A Rare Occasion.

When he woke back up, it was in a well-furnished hospital bed. There was currently someone typing something into a holographic display on one side of the room but he couldn't get the right angle to see it. "Hello?" The person turns their head to the side to look at Jack, then turns their whole body to face him with a bright smile. "You're up! That's good I didn't think you would wake up before the week ended." Now that he rubbed the sleep from his eyes he could actually see defining features of the person, they seemed to be a doctor, her hair was tied up in a bun, allowing you to see the underside was actually white in comparison to the dark brown hair that was covering it. Jack remembered that there were a couple of singers with a similar hairstyle, though they were in different colors.

"Where am I? And how long have I been asleep?"

They walk over to a container near Jack's bed opening it and taking out some weird device it, it was a very skinny cylinder followed by a flat surface on both sides, and on the assumed to be top was a screen, the actual cylinder was the weird part though it looked like you needed to hold onto that part for something to happen. "You are currently In Government facility K4, you passed out after you got a Death's Kingdom PUD do you remember that?"

Jack slowly nods his head then looks at his wrist noticing that the wristband he had got is no longer on his wrist. "Yeah I do, I can still remember the feeling. Again how long was I out?" The woman walks over to Jack. "I was getting to that part, you were out for four days meaning it's currently Friday." Stopping next to them they hold the device in front of them. "Squeeze the cylinder for me."

"What does it do?" Despite asking the question, he still does so, grabbing onto the cylinder and squeezing. "Just lets me see a couple of things, squeeze harder." Knowing that he doesn't have the best stats in terms of strength he does so, and as he does it feels like some of his energy is slowly being drained out of him, a couple of beeps could be heard from the device, then a chime indicating it was done. Which causes the doctor to go wide-eyed.

"They said to expect it but I really didn't figure it would be true." Jack could just barely hear what was said as it was muttered under their breath. "Wait, what?" He looked at them in confusion as their face of shock soon turned back to their regular smile.

"You know of the five council members and the World President correct, and how they are all awakened."

"Who doesn't? They literally rule the galaxy." Finally taking his eyes off of the strange contraption which is soon put back in its case he looks at the name tag, 'Dr. Smith', "Well what if I told you that you were awakened as well?"

"I wouldn't believe you." Jack's face was a blank face of, 'stop joking and just tell me whether or not I'm going to die soon.' Which Dr. Smith frowns at that,

"Well, I'm not. The cells in your body were evolved because of the chemicals that the wristband injects into the body to strengthen the 'Player', it happened specifically with DK's wristband because you gain 'skills'. Sometimes it can happen later or earlier down the line though, but anyway because of the fast evolution speed of your cells the wristband attempted to inject more something that would stabilize the body but that didn't work for you obviously and it caused you to pass out. I'm surprised you're not dead actually, any longer and you probably would be though."

"Wait hold up I only got half of what you said, but the gist is the wristband caused me to become a superhuman?" She nods, "Basically. Although players are already superhuman so we normally refer to you as a super-player though it does sound a bit weird. Anyway, enough of my blabbering mouth. You will be getting a SPUD Overworld Variant by tomorrow."

"I am soooo confused right now." Jack attempts to stand up feeling a bit awkward when he does so, but Dr. Smith soon stops him, "Sorry very important piece of info I forgot to tell you, your leg uhhh exploded...."
