Chapter 164: Plans to Leave

My mind raced as I headed back to the apartment above the tailoring store. I couldn't help but think about the movements and everything I knew. My instincts told me something was about to go down in this city.

Still, I had to cover my interests and kill Sherry. She was a fucking moron that couldn't keep her mouth shut. I would have Cassandra look into her movements, but Melony or Missa wouldn't point out Sherry if she didn't know something. It was either everyone who knew what a moron the woman was or that she said something to someone. There were other circumstances and many that it could have been, but I didn't care anymore.

I wanted out. I needed out, and I would have to get the Marchioness to help cover my businesses. Zee would have less time than she thought to take over, and that slave woman I purchased might just be scrapped for expediency. So many things were happening all at the same time, and I felt It in my bones that shit was going to hit the fan.

I would have to spend some time with her to make her remember my touch and long for it too. But that was neither here nor there as I needed to plan the escape plan as well. I hated running, but there was nothing I could do here. The risks were no longer in line with the rewards of taking over the city the way I would with Sherry. Controlling an idiot sometimes wasn't the best option.

What was that saying in my past world? I believed it was: Who did the world's best swordsman fear the most? It was not the Second-best swordsman but the world's worst swordsman because he couldn't predict what the idiot would do.

That summed up my current situation perfectly as I reached the apartment. I looked over the building and checked everything, looking for signs of forced entry into my house. I found nothing and finally opened the door from the main floor and looked around the shop after locking it behind me. Everything looked good, and underwear was all around, either in the making or about to be made. I heard two soft sounds of breathing as the two slaves I brought back were sleeping in the store at this point in time, it seemed. I quietly walked past both of them and headed up the stairs without making a single sound. My mind was still racing as I opened the apartment door and locked it as well. I went over to the fridge and ate what was inside while thinking.

My mind raced over possibilities, and I decided I wouldn't stay longer than a week. I wanted out of this city before then, and the escape routes would need to be large-scale. My instinct told me it had to be large scale, and I couldn't think why. It might have been with the gangs moving outside the city for an unknown reason. It could have been many things, but none were crying out to me. My instincts told me I had to go big, and I listened to my instincts, even if an undead triggered it unnecessarily.

I yawned, moved to the bedroom, saw all my toys sleeping, and saw the boy Freya was currently training for Sherry. It was a shame, but I could only smile as I got an evil thought when looking at him. I grinned as I realized I could use him if I wanted to for the clean-up and escape from the city.

I laid in bed beside Stacy, who lightly moaned, and I felt her snuggle up to me. I didn't care as I passed out without realizing I was still wearing all my gear.

Hours later, I woke up to the sound of movement, and my pussy wasn't wet. It told me that Freya thought better of waking me up but was still in the kitchen, it sounded like. I got up and saw Kitty in the cage and decided that now wasn't the time to train her more. While she had been in my hands, her subtle changes were growing more apparent, and I wanted to change her into an asset to keep around slowly. At this point, though, she was still a liability that I had to bring with me.

I had so much on my plate now, and I walked into the living room after opening Kitty's cage. She was still sleeping, it seemed, and I wasn't pulling her out at this moment. I moved to the kitchen to see Stacy and Freya, just finishing breakfast. "Mistress!" Stacy noticed me first, "Good morning. Is everything okay?" She asked, her voice showing some worry.

"We are leaving soon," I told them both, and their expressions turned serious. I pointed at the table, "We will discuss this over breakfast. I want you both to get ready as this is faster than our plans currently dictate. I already talked to Cassandra, and I will plan an escape route. Something tells me we are not leaving this city without a fight."

Stacy wasn't an experienced fighter, and that was something I would have to change in the coming days, but Freya trained as a bard with her flute in the Adventure Academy back in the kingdom. You do not graduate without fighting and learning to fight well.

Stacy wasn't that strong, though, and was still in the late stages of D rank, looking to move forward and needing opportunities to increase in rank. Freya was in the early stages of C rank after continuous practicing. I had not heard her flute playing recently, and that was a shame as she was really good and still improving on her techniques. They both needed more experience in combat, though, and both knew it. To make matters even worse, Stacy and Freya had been really busy putting in the time and effort needed to train properly truly.

No, that would be fixed next time, and I wouldn't allow this to happen in the next country we go to. We would take our time and go to the Demon lands and make sure that on the way, we would train. Maybe take some adventuring targets and train ourselves. I think a trip to the dungeon would be a prudent choice when I found some more toys. I needed to upgrade the striking force I had at my disposal. Toys like Cassandra and Carl were too damn weak to control the largest parts of an organization. I relied a lot on fluffy back in the Kingdom of Arlin, and it wasn't good to rely only on one person to be the strength of an organization.

When I left the Empire, many would probably still fear the unknown B ranker that the Bloody Candies had. After a period of time with no one to fill in the ranks, someone would test if that B ranker was still around. To make matters worse, I wasn't a true shaker and mover of power. I would have to stay in the shadows even after I reached the A rank, as I knew there were rankings among the A rank. There must be since I felt there were further ranks in the memories the system gave me. It was in my head but indistinct, like I couldn't quite understand the memories of them for some reason.

Freya and Stacy were now sitting at the table, and I heard a cute "Nyah!" Behind me as I woke up from my thoughts. I looked at my toys and sighed, "Kitty, you're cute; go eat." I ordered and heard a cute "Nyah!" Again, before she went to the food bowl that Stacy set down for her.

"We are leaving the city in haste. No longer than a week, and we will be gone. Tomorrow I want to see the Marchioness here, Stacy. Send someone to go give her a message. I don't care who; just tell her that the Tailoring shop's owner wants to see her as soon as possible." Stacy nodded, and I turned to Freya. "That little treat that you are training for Sherry will have his revenge sooner than I was planning," I said with a smile.

Freya shivered, and I could see her smile looking predatory. "I believe, although unconfirmed, that Sherry tried to enslave me and maybe try to trap me as I leave the city. This is highly unconfirmed, but my instincts are shouting that something is happening, and normally leaving the city would spell disaster." I told them, "I will take everything I can and leave what we an in place to support future operations in the Empire. For now, we need Zee to get her stuff together and take over the tailoring shop. It isn't an ideal exit, but that is still in the planning stages." I said, and Freya looked like she wanted to say something, so I turned to her and raised an eyebrow.

"Sorry, Mistress, I am wondering if we are going to do something about Sherry?" Freya asked.

"You know better than even to ask," I told her, "I plan on having the little boy in the bedroom now to do something for us." I smiled viciously. "Sherry messed with the wrong person; now here is what I want you to do," I told Freya, and she nodded along with a smile growing on her face. "I will only assist you a little in the later stages," I told her as I finished telling her the plan. "I hope you will have broken the boy properly by then." I finished.

"Don't worry, Mistress, I will," Freya assured.

"What would you like me to do, Mistress?" Stacy asked.

"I need you to consolidate the assets and liquid funds here. Zee will need some capital, and we will need some for the road. My contracts brought in some funds but not nearly enough to thrive." I told her seriously. "I need you to set up what we will be bringing and what we will be leaving as well as setting Zee up to take over for when we disappear."

Stacy nodded, "Everyone needs to be on their game. We do not have a lot of time to do this, so we need to be going soon. Understood?" I asked in the end.

"NYAH!" Kitty exclaimed, looking up at me.

Stacy and Freya then acknowledged that they understood, and I waved at the table. "Eat; we have a long week ahead." I told them and sighed thinking about the days to come.
