Chapter :-48 Mission Accomplished (Part-2)

The [Black Grimoire] quickly opened as all of it's pages immediately started turning, one by one, until it stopped near the middle and a giant [Mandala], appeared beneath their feet, accompanied by the feeling of being suppressed, debuffed and nerfed.

Black kanji letters appeared on the deserted land and covered all of the [Shinto domain of Underworld]. Intense power fluctuations could be felt from miles away as the kanji letters formed an intricate [Mandala].

Izanagi, Izanami, and the other divine-creatures could feel their divine-powers decreasing to mortal levels. The aura around the already weakened Gods plummeted as they found themselves struggling to resist the power of the [Black Grimoire].

Only [Fujin] remained unaffected by the black Grimoire due to his immense power. Their battered figures dropped down from the dark sky as the black sun reached the highest point in the air, marking the beginning of an end.

"What is that book!?..."

Izanagi stared at the [Black Grimoire] floating mid-air, releasing a menacing aura. He exhaustible moved his spear towards the artefact (British English), intending to strike but a strange force covered his body, causing him to freeze up.

The strange force was powerful and restricted his movement, even after using his leftover divinity, he couldn't break free.

Izanagi turned towards the source of the sound which resounded near Izanami who was also not in good condition, but the strange smile etched over her lips gave him chills.

"Well, well... it's about time we wrap things up!"

A white-haired man with ocean blue eyes stood the three [Ancient Gods], he had a pale white skin, sharp eyes, detailed features, a purple pendant hanging from his neck, and wore a Black Cloak.

Around him was a dense white aura, the same force which immobilised Izanagi. Henrik was waiting for Izanagi to drain his divine-powers and aura so that he would be weakened enough for Henrik to immobilise him using the 1000x times boost he gets when using [Ea], the "Sword" had returned into the hands of it's the rightful owner.

Behind Henrik were Freya and Kiyohime who looked vigilantly at the three ancient Gods, collapsed in front of them.

Freya was always watching each god so that she could immediately act if anything goes wrong. To say she wasn't worried would be a lie, [Raijin] was bloodthirsty for Izanagi, Izanami was bloody for Izanagi, Susanoo hated Izanagi but [Fujin], his alignment wasn't clear to her.

Every one of the Ancients Gods had already exhausted themselves by fighting, but he was the only Ancient God who was currently at the peak of his power. If he decided to act against Henrik, then she wasn't sure that she would be able to escape with her brother.

In truth, Henrik was also aware of the fact that the relations between [Fujin] and Izanagi were good, killing Izanagi once and for all wouldn't be possible as long as he was here, but he wouldn't act against Izanami and [Raijin].

Thus, Henrik decided that it would be for the best if sealed Izanagi inside the [Yomi] just like he once sealed Izanami inside. Enslaving him wasn't an option, no matter how weak or exhausted an Ancient God was, he still was strong enough to resist the seal of the pendant.

Izanami had agreed to bind herself to the pendant; thus Henrik didn't have to forcefully subjugate her, as he did with Amaterasu, not that he wouldn't have been successful in his attempt if he had tried.

Henrik mobilised the entirety of his [Force] inside the "Sword" as an enormous reddish aura surrounded its body, the three cylindrical compartments of its body—representing Heaven, Earth and Hell, one each.

Izanagi gritted his teeth and asked in an angry tone.

"WHAT IS THAT "Sword"..!!!!!"

The air immediately solidified around Henrik, and Izanagi's body erupted with the full might of the leftover divine-power within his Spear. He was going for the last attack which contained the last bit of divine power that was stored within the Spear by the [1st Generation Gods].

Faced with such might, Henrik remained calm and collected as he pointed his [Ea] towards Izanagi and spoke with authority. The solidified air immediately broke as the fluctuations around [Ea] maximised.

"The [Sword knows the truth] of the World, where it once existed, and by using its power, it can bestow its knowledge upon others. As it is [The Sword That Cut the World Apart]."

"I like to call it [Something that knows the hellish planet before genesis], the planet's primordial form before heaven and earth were split, where it was a land filled with nought but lava and gas and a hell of scorching heat and intense cold. Referring to it as hell, it is the source of all legends of the land of the dead."

"The memory of the time before the existence of the planet, a place and time when organic existence had been impossible, is something possessed by all organisms, but it is no longer found in the imaginations or spoken memories of people."

"It is the first memory of the life that is a genetically inherent and repressed knowledge which can only be shown to those looking upon the sword."

"This weapon is the epitome of creation, and by it, I shall condemn you to the same fate as once you did to Izanami..."

"The time of judgement is now, split the Heaven and Earth my [Sword of Rupture]. Experience,

.Enuma Elish!"

The reddish vortex of distorting space blasted towards Izanagi devouring every single matter within its way, and the area was shredded into pieces along with the atmosphere. Even the ancient plane, Underworld wasn't able to quickly regenerate the lost matter.

Faced with such fearsome attack, Izanagi stood up with great difficulty and threw his Divine-spear towards Henrik with the entirety of his leftover strength.

The jewelled spear tore through the air, intense fluctuations emitted from its body. Even when compared to [Ea], it didn't lose out. [The Golden halo] that once protected Izanagi appeared around the Spear and covered it, reinforming it.

Izanami also used this chance to pour the entirety of her strength into one last attack and attack Izanagi who was left defenceless, Raijin had long lost his conscious while fighting against the [God of Creation] while [Fujin] was healing him.

Amaterasu and Susanoo also participated in the clash, they poured the entirety of their strength into a single, combined attack and blasted it towards the incoming Spear in hopes of slowing down its momentum.

Unfortunately, the combo barely slowed it down without actually causing any real debuff on the incoming Spear. The reddish vortex also reached towards the Spear and collided with it.

*Boom*

Freya immediately moved towards Henrik and placed her palm over his and Kiyohime's shoulders while casting a [Teleportation] spell to move out of the attack range.

A mushroom-shaped explosion lighted the ever dark-sky while it also heated the ever-cold atmosphere of the Underworld. Amaterasu and Susanoo being Gods, managed to escape without taking any real damage other than some burns and slight injuries.

The two polar energies collided as a powerful after wave of the explosion shook the different individuals present in the Underworld.

[Divine constructs] are quite different from conventional weapons because of the massive amount of explosive energy they can put out and the different kinds of effects they make, like high temperatures and nuclear radiation.

The devastating impact of the explosion does not stop after the initial blast, as with conventional explosives. A cloud of nuclear radiation travels from the hypocenter of the explosion, causing an impact to life forms even after the heat waves have ceased.

The sheer scale of the explosion could even dwarf the detonation of several Future-Nuclear ballistics. Not to mention the damage caused by such release of energy was devastating.

The epicentre of the explosion was extremely quiet as something flew out of the mushroom cloud of destructive and embedded itself within the ground.

[Amenonuhoko], the jewelled spear of creation, a divine-construct made by [1st Generation of Gods] had lost all of it former brilliance, all of its shine was now replaced by dullness. Not even a single drop of divine-power of left inside it, Izanagi had already used most of its power against Izanami and Ruijin.

Even though it had lost its divinity, it could be restored to its prime by a true god's Divinity, under the condition that the Divine-construct acknowledges that individual. Other than Izanagi, only Izanami could use this year which now lay embedded within the cold ground.

"Aghhh...!!!!"

Izanagi screamed as his body was launched backwards, sent crashing into the cave blocked by an unbreakable boulder.

Izanami had already utilised the short window created by Henrik's all-out attack and hit Izanagi with everything she had. A direct blow onto Izanagi's chest, it left him winded and struggling to breathe, divine bones were broken, divine blood was spilt, divine curses escaped his mouth as he felt his body being sucked with [Yomi].

"I WILL RETURN!!! AND KILL YOU ALL!!!...."

Those were his last words to everyone who were present to witness this historic day, some were happy, some were relieved, some were unconscious, some were sad, some were feeling complicated but all in all, Henrik had accomplished what he wanted.

He got himself a Goddess who has an equally strong divine-creature for her friend, a young god who's sword houses a [2nd generation God], he successfully sealed the only person who was a threat.

Now all that was left was to bind Susanoo since the sword [Kusanagi] was bounded to him, [Fujin] was also their ally, Izanami's friend was also tied to Henrik's dearest sister's pendant. Izanami stumbly walked towards the jewellery spear and gently wrapped her finger around the handle.

The shiny spear started turning black, the jewels embedded with its body glowed with a demonic light, and finally, the head of the spear seemed to have gained a newfound sharpness.

The multiple injuries over Izanami's body slowly disappeared as a newfound strength filled her entire being.

She walked towards Henrik after pulling the spear from the fold of the ground. Freya immediately grew cautious and placed her palm over Henrik's shoulder, ready to teleport away, if required.

Even Kiyohime held her [Flintlock] within her hands, ready to act. Henrik just raised his hands and signalled both of them to stand down which they reluctantly did.

Izanami kneeled in front Henrik and bowed before speak in a mesmerising tone which seemed to be extremely sweet to the ears.

"Servant greets!!! Master...."

Henrik observed her for a few moments as a smirk appeared over his face as he watched the astonished expressions on Amaterasu, Susanoo and Kiyohime's faces.

Freya already knew about the requirements to free Izanami from her prison so she knew about it, the same couldn't be said for the others though even she found it strange that a [2nd Generation Goddess] would submit so quickly.

"You know what to do..."

"Your commands are absolute!!!..."

Darkness surged from within her body as Susanoo's body was covered within her darkness, Izanami forcefully established a connection between Susanoo's soul and Rebekah's pendant and bounded him to it.

Amaterasu was summoned back within Henrik's pendant, Izanami to Freya's and Susanoo to Rebekah's pendant. [Raijin] also went inside the pendant along with Izanami while [Fujin] turned back into [Kusanagi] and entered Rebekah's pendant.

Henrik looked deeply at the purple pendant within his right hand; this was his gift for his sleeping sister, Rebekah, the sweetest of the [Mikaelson family] and also the most troublesome one.

Rebekah is the second daughter of [Mikael] and [Esther]. She is the younger sister of Freya, Finn, Elijah, Kol, and the elder sister of Henrik and the younger half-sister of Klaus.

Unfortunately, due to the curse placed upon the coffins of his family. Most of his siblings were asleep with Freya being the only one who was awakened by Henrik.

Henrik had a deep bond with Niklaus and Rebekah; if not for the fact that his magical powers were far from recovering till now, he would have already freed his 2nd sister, but alas, all his could do was to wait for the cooldown to end and his magical reserve to be restored.

Henrik tightened his grip around the purple pendant as he thought to himself.

ᒥ...Soon sister, you too will awaken just wait for some time...ᒧ

"Let's return...."

Freya nodded before placing her hand over Henrik and Kiyohime's shoulders and teleport away.

Year's passed as [Izanami] and [Raijin] recovered from all the hidden injuries inflicted on their body by [Izanagi] who was sealed has sealedi]. During this time, Henrik had sealed two more Gods within Niklaus and Elijah's pendants.

[Tsukuyomi] and [Benzaiten] were the two Gods which he sealed inside Elijah's and Niklaus's pendants.

[Benzaiten] is the Japanese Goddess of luck, love, beauty, and everything that flows. Everything that flows includes water, eloquence, music, and words. She is one of the [Seven Lucky Gods], meaning she is a very lucky individual.

There are many feats committed by [Benzaiten]. Her husband, who was a wicked dragon wasn't the best thing to deal with. So [Benzaiten] created enoshima island and built a chamber in it. She used this chamber to seal away the five-headed dragon she called her husband. After a while in the chamber, she reformed him and now rides him as a mount.

Dragons and Snakes are sacred to her, and Serpents are often seen as her messengers. On [Enoshima island], she has three different shrines strictly dedicated to her; therefore, the island is one of romance.

She is mostly seen holding a Japanese flute, and Shamisen. Being one of the [Seven Lucky Gods], she has not had many dull moments of luck. And I would not suggest gambling or making a bet with her. She is also seen as a geisha goddess, many dances being with the inspiration of her. She is the top-notch agricultural deity of Japan, and altogether an essential Kami.

[Benzaiten] is an optimistic, and sadistic person, who can face reality, and knows when to tone the joy down. She uses her luck and beauty to get away with many things and thinks highly of herself.

When sealed, she took a good look at her 'temporary master' to see how she would rate their beauty. She takes mental note and proceeds to business.

In the battle against [Tsukuyomi], she is the one not to take it that seriously. When things get dire is when she begins to panic. After spending a few years sealed within Niklaus's pendant, she started calling Henrik, husband. Much to Freya's amusement and Kiyohime's death threats.

She also loves, to show off her talent in the arts of music, geisha dancing etc. and incorporates it with battle.

Whereas, [Tsukuyomi-no-Mikoto], has beautiful blue long hair and white skin, and defined body. He has a big fluffy tail he floats on, and cat ears, just like his sister.

Instead of the Mirror [Tamamo-no-Mae] was given by [Amaterasu], [Tsukuyomi] has his mirror that was his perceived birthplace. He wears somewhat traditional Japanese clothing and has a little bit of jewellery. His hands resemble that of both felines and humans, but he can transform them to look normal.

[Tsukuyomi-no-Mikoto] is a very calm servant, but at times, he can get a bit cruel or rude. He is most loyal to his temporary master Henrik, and would never hurt or betray him.

Overall, Henrik was happy that the last two Gods weren't troublesome like the others but very straightforward, which made it easier for him to defeat and capture them.

But one thing that Henrik was most happy about was the last purple pendant. Henrik had made [6-pendants], one extra using the power of sacrifice.

He had been thinking for a long time about sealing a [Divine creature] inside it, just as a backup in case he ever needed it.

The thing sealed inside the pendant was...
