Chapter :-89 Battle Begins!

"RPG!!!….. TAKE COVER!!!…"

*Whistle!*

A missile flew past 'Cobra' at a high speed towards an elevated wall of rock which Henrik maintained to protect the train and its compartment from harm.

The 7-soldiers if Hydra squad took cover and braced for the shockwave which would hit them after the missile had exploded.

*Boom!*

The missile impacted the wall of rock and detonated causing a small explosion which blasted the air outwards. Even so, there wasn't even a scratch on the wall as Henrik had reinforced the wall using [Ancestral Magic] which he comprehended in India.

The spell reinforced any and all surfaces, increasing the durability and density of the materials by 1000-times. Unfortunately, without a solid medium, the spell wouldn't work.

"Tsk!…."

Retsu looked at the incoming soldiers wielding lethal weaponry and explosives, 7 versus 200 wasn't easy especially since the opponent also had magicians within their ranks.

He turned towards 'Panda' and 'Snake' before speaking in a low but audible tone.

"|Panda| you talk care of the incoming Rpg shots, |Snake| deal with the incoming soldiers who attack him, if we successfully take care of the Rpg shots then the fight would become much easier."

'Panda' was a rather large man with muscle all over his body whereas 'Snake' was thin, his physique was more of a mobility type.

'Panda' and 'Snake' nodded before turning towards 'Rabbit' and asking for defence.

'Rabbit' was a blond with a curvaceous figure, no one knew about her voice as she never spoke to anyone even when Henrik asked her a question.

"|Rabbit| cover us with a barrier while I take care of the Rpg shots."

'Rabbit' nodded as she pointed her M.A.G towards the ground and pulled the trigger.

"[Modern Magic:-Shield of Zelda]….."

Psions burst forth from her body and formed an activation sequence on the ground. A transparent wall appeared in front of the four of them as the bullets bounced off the surface after impacting the wall.

Another Systematic-type magic, Acceleration-type and AoE-type magic hybrid. As soon as the bullet impacts the surface, all of its momenta is transferred to another spot where another bullet impacts the wall, the transferred momentum is then used to neutralise the momentum of another bullet.

Thus one bullet neutralises the other and no energy is spent while enduring the continuous barrage of bullets. But it also has it's own weaknesses, if the first impact is too strong like that of an RPG then the barrier wouldn't hold also if the interval between the impacting of the second bullet is too long then barrier will suffer from the stored momentum.

"Stop firing! They have erected a barrier in front of them! Blast them with the Rpg shots!"

One of the terrorists yelled at his companions to stop firing and save ammo while letting the Rpg bust the wall.

*Bang!*

*Thud!*

Suddenly a bullet penetrated the skull of the soldier who just yelled at his companions, blood splashed all over the place along with the brain matter while the body flew on the ground with a thud.

Seeing one of their own killed in such a manner, the terrorists took cover and yelled at the top of their lungs.

"SNIPER!!!…."

*Click!*

*Ting!*

'Eagle' reloaded his Sniper while Retsu let out a satisfied smile.

ᒥ....Don't give them the time to adapt and strike off their leaders….ᒧ

"|Eagle| see if you can take care of the others leads, I am going after Al-Rimi…."

'Eagle' was a dark-skinned man with a heavy voice, he was a brilliant sniper personally groomed by Nubi Gerard.

Hearing 'Shifu' (Retsu) words he replied in a heavy tone.

"The three magicians that you sensed before must be protecting him, take 'Grasshopper' and 'Spider' with you."

"Yes, I know…"

Retsu turned towards around and signalled towards a man of short-stature and a woman with a sexy figure.

"|Grasshopper| attract their attention towards yourself for a few second while I use my magic to alter their senses."

"….ok"

"|Spider| once they are caught in the illusion, bind them together and kill them all!"

"Yep…!"

"Let's go!…"

'Grasshopper' existed the cover and pointed his M.A.G towards a bunch of soldiers who were trying to break the wall around the train to get the materials inside.

"[Wind Element:-Great Break-Through]…."

An activation sequence appeared beneath the terrorists as they realized that someone was targeting them, alas it was too late.

'Grasshopper', being a [Element] utilized his 'superpower' and attacked the terrorists with a compressed air cannon. A sphere made of pure compressed air enveloped their bodies.

Normally 'Grasshopper' would minimise the intensity of his magic, resulting in Skin wounds but when he uses his magic at high-capacity.

The compressed air was blown into the mouth, the lungs, stomach or intestines causing the different parts of the body to rupture.

It entered the bloodstream and caused an embolism with serious to fatal consequences. The air bubble entered the brain, causing a stroke and in the heart, it leads to a heart attack.

If the compressed air is directed towards the eye, it can blow out an eye.

Thus, after being caught off guard the terrorists couldn't react in time and were subjected to 'Grasshopper' 'superpower'. Their organs and different body parts burst inside their bodies, giving them a painful death and they turned into blood mist after having their body explode.

They couldn't even scream before their bodies exploded.

This cruel and dangerous attack managed to capture the attention of the other terrorist who then fired bullets on the Hydra squad member.

'Shifu' (Retsu) raised his M.A.G and pointed it towards the bunch of soldiers firing towards 'Grasshopper'.

"[Ancient Magic:-Illusionist's perception]…"

'Shifu' channelled his pushions into his M.A.G and used conjured spirits to alter the perception of the terrorists, making them misjudge 'Grasshopper' position and ultimately causing their attack to entirely miss the target.

The senses-distortion type magic was every well crafted and executed, the recipient didn't even notice that they were under the effect of such a simple spell which was purely non-offensive in nature.

'Spider' circles around the terrorists while pulling the trigger of her M.A.G.

"[Lighting Element:-Static Web]…."

An activation sequence appeared beneath the feet of the unsuspecting terrorists and a net made of flexible lightning covered their bodies.

*Scream!*

"Ahhh…..!!!"

An electric shock passed into their body as soon as the net can in contact with their skin. It burned both internal and external tissue and caused organ damage.

The nervous system was very sensitive to electric shock injury, and neurological problems were the most common consequences suffered by electric shock victims.

Damage to the respiratory and cardiovascular systems was highest at the time of injury. Electric shocks paralyzed the respiratory system and disrupted heart action, causing instant death.

The severity of electric shock injuries depends on the magic invested in the activation sequence, the amount of intent, the body's resistance to the current, the current's path through the body, and the length of time the body remains in contact with the current.

The nasty smell of burnt meat and intestine permeated throughout the area as 'Spider' undid her magic.

Looking at corpse burnt to crisp, Retsu couldn't help but let out a smile.

"As hot as always….hahaha!!!"
