Zeol after coming back form his tour to Europe was informed of the meeting held between different countries for after war world peace and global political stability.

The U.S., British, Soviet, and Chinese representatives met at Dumbarton Oaks in Washington in August and September 1944 to draft the charter of a postwar international organization based on the principle of collective security. They recommended a General Assembly of all member states and a Security Council consisting of the Big Five plus six members chosen by the Assembly. Voting procedures and the veto power of permanent members of the Security Council were finalized at the Yalta Conference in 1945 when Roosevelt and Stalin agreed that the veto would not prevent discussions by the Security Council. Roosevelt agreed to General Assembly membership for Ukraine and Byelorussia while reserving the right, which was never exercised, to seek two more votes for the United States and Britain helped Kandor to be one of the Big Fives.

With this done Kandor was officially the member of UN with veto power, construction of Kandor capital was almost complete and Kandor had a population of 4000 kryptonian and 2 million humans and his business covered vast verity of product and markets throughout American continent and almost entire Europe.

There was also the discovery made by the military department, a gap inside earth wide enough to fit an entire African continent inside it, was occupied by a large octopus type beast grading what the scientists imagine it to be lost weapon of King Atlan from the footage recovered from the helmets of kryptonian worriers who returned back.

Zeol who thought of developing this gap in to the haven for kryptonian was met with the challenge, there where no direct source of heatlight in the gap and and the light that illuminated the gap was from the earth's core that were reflected by large crystals embedded in the gap illuminating the entire gap.

But what the gap had in abundance was the relic of King Atlan time and the most important thing for Zeol, a large area of land covered in drawings that the kryptonian scientist can't decipher but Zeol knew it was Anti-Life Equation but he couldn't understand it.
