It never meant anything at all,
the clouds and rain that would fall.
The stars that unite the skies,
as a garden of flowers dies.
The meadow meets the sun
as all the suffering has begun.
And they wait for the light to shine,
to taste the taste of the divine.
In all the despair in the world,
it has never coiled or curled.
True strength is shown too late
death was our only fate.
I implore to every one to hear me say
what should have been said long ago.
We have lost out sense, our pride, our humanity
begin the drums of all insanity.
Children born just to die,
life is life, do not lie.
Succumb to all the people who have to die
for causes, they prayed against.
If we could only see the pain they endured,
as we claim it was to cleanse the impured.
If only we could hear the millions of screams
of torture where light can reach past the seams.
Open your eyes; open your ears,
feel for those who we gave fears.
Understand this broken world in chains,
to fix it we must inspire hope and life ingrains.
