The girl who brought him smile

Sebastian gritted his teeth, the only thing he could do right now. Since it was fate, what was there to fight for. He already knew he was fated to be like that, if he fought what would change. How much he wished that yesterday he would have died, but that sudden urge to survive on thinking of her.

If her face didn't come in front of him he may not even run from there. People may think he was waking because of not fighting, but he didn't dare to. Getting hurt by him and dying there was way better than getting torture daily by his own father.

He can feel every whip back, but he didn't even dare to wince in pain nor to duge back. How can it be not painful, that whip already leaving scars on his back. Same whip that he used to him from a young age.

Hurt? Yeah, he was, but not because of the whips he was getting but the pain was in his heart it was crushing him. He can't cry, he can't show, he can't let it go. Why was it so hard?

Samael showed his face, he was not at all wincing in pain but how much one can hide. He didn't show but his body already, Samael scorned seeing how weak his son is.

He dropped the whip on the floor and looked towards the old butler,"Take this worthless bastard to the hospital." He said stepping on his right hand and crushing it under his foot, before leaving as if nothing happened.

He walked upstairs like nothing happened. He didn't care what happened to him. For him he was tool to continue.

After he left, old butler ran towards Sebastian,"Young master " he called out his name in a worried tone.

He walked close to him and helped him to get up before sending him to his bed. He can see him finding trouble to be conscious. He was still holding on to as much he could.

Old butler hurriedly calls the doctor, putting him to bed.

Sebastian could hear the old butler calling the doctor, his voice was not clear but he knew what they were talking about. He looked up to his ceiling, can he not just sleep peacefully. He was tired. He can't take it anymore. He wants to leave this hell. He was tired, and before he could realize he dozed off.

"Frog prince, wait for me." A cute little voice of a small girl echoed around. Sebastian opened his eyes and looked around. It was dark and extremely cold.

He knew that young girl's voice. How can he forget that voice, she was the first girl ever who made him smile.

The girl who brought a smile on his face, when was the last time he met her? Fifteen years ago?

He tried to run towards the voice but he could hear it from all sides. Her laughter, her cry, her voice and her last yelling. Yeah, last because she was dead. A dead one because of him.

He plopped down in the midst of darkness, as if someone sucked both his blood and energy from his body.

If only he can revive her back. She was one close to him, the only person he cared about but he killed him. He is a devil, he could have saved her, but he didn't. He was really a devil.

Suddenly he saw a light flashing around him, so bright that he had to close his eyes and bind it with his palm.

"Brother, save me!!" Her cry was last he heard before he jumped up from his dream.

He sat straight, recognizing the familiar place. It was the same bedroom of his, he ran his long slender fingers through his messy black smooth hair, before leaning on the headboard, closing his eyes as his breathing started to become normal.

"Who brought you here?" He questioned in a calm and hoarse voice not even giving a glance to the girl sitting beside him.

"I just came, I was worried about you." She replied with the same shy and meek voice.

Her voice remembering him as his princess, the same way of talking, the similar voice. But he knew it was not true, she was dead, and death one can never come back. She was gone, she took his soul and heart with her. And like her, he can't get back those.

He didn't want to remember her, all those memories flash in front of his eyes everytime he thinks of her. He thought he already forgot and moved on and buried all those memories in some corner of his heart but the voice of this girl sitting beside him, made him remember all those memories.

"Leave me alone." He stated coldly, his voice sounded distant as if he didn't know her anymore. He didn't want to be in contact with her, because she remembers him or her and he didn't want to remember.

He turned his head away from her, and acted as if he felt asleep.

"B-but…"

"I said leave!!" He interrupted her explanation and yelled at her, glaring at her with cold bloodshot eyes, making the girl in front of him tremble in fear but still she didn't run away.

He was aghast seeing her will. Did she like him that much? No, she should not like him, a devil is not made for love, a devil like him is destined to be alone.

He gritted his teeth, before pulling her towards him with the wrist. She was caught off guard by his sudden and before she could realize she was on top of his chest, their faces a few inches apart from each other.

"Since you want my interest so much, fine." His words sent chills down her spine, she was muddled by his words and before she could think straight, she was pinned down on the bed, him over her. Her hands pinned up her head with one of his big hand.
