Stop thinking I will ever

Samael smirked,"Why? You don't want to?" He questioned raising his brow.

Sarael and Sebastian glanced at each other. Their engagement, both were surprising.

He likes her, she likes him yet they can't be. It was the chance but yet not, Sarael can say yes and get him but was it fair.

Was it not like trapping him in a relationship forcefully? It was not right. It will not be love if she forces him.

"I...I don't want to." Sarael shook her head, holding her emotions back. Sebastian and Samael were surprised to hear her reply.

"Why? Don't you love him?" Samael took a sip from the glass questioning her the question she wanted to ignore the most.

She stood silent, before taking a deep breath and looking up at Samael, smiling,"No, I don't."

She turned around to leave but someone grabbed her wrist and pulled her around and placed his lips on her.

Warm and soft like petals made her blood rush, her eyes were about to come out of her socket. Was she dreaming? Or was it really happening?

He was kissing him in front of his dad, and it was his move. Her heart was about to explode but still can't unfold why he did that?

No matter what he did, he can't take advantage of her like that. She pushed him away suddenly and broke away from the kiss.

Samael who was surprised by how daring his son was, even marked his territory in front of him. He smirked,"I will take that as yes." He said before getting up from his place.

Sarael looked at him, hearing what he said,"No,it's…" she tried to explain but Sebastian held her hands signaling him to stop talking.

She saw that and tried to break apart and complete her ignoring him but he pulled her closer by waist, and placed his palm on her mouth so she couldn't say anything to him.

She tried to remove his palm but can't, like always he was stronger. "Shh," he signaled her to stop fighting.

He looked around and his father had already left,"Come with me." He literally dragged her with him.

Sarael didn't complain she also wanted an explanation, why was he playing with her like that. He already has a lot of girls so she doesn't have to be his plaything.

Sebastian to the backyard, which was even bigger than her house. A swimming pool just beside the door and garden which had no words.

The moment she saw her jaw drop, roses it was just rose plants everywhere and in every colour. But something was still missing, it was pretty which was no doubt but it still needed something.

But Sarael didn't get more time to look at it when Sebastian dragged her to one of the wooden swing poles which were surrounded by vines.

Sebastian made her seat in it, before he started speaking.

"Let's get engaged." First statement that came out of his mouth, which made her grasp in surprise.

She can't help herself except getting her mudder and more. One he acts so cold that he fears her but then he kisses him out of sudden and then proposes. Was he planning to play with her like that? She doesn't want to.

She liked him but she didn't accept being played like that. She had her life, if he doesn't like her. She doesn't care. She respects it but because of it getting played with her feelings was not what she wanted nor would she accept it.

She bit her lips, lowering her head, and clasped her fingers tightly. Tears, it was becoming constant now. Tears, pain was only she was getting after falling in love.

She doesn't want to ever again fall for anyone, she just got hurt nothing. Countless pain, countless times get disrespect by some unknown one because you fall for him.

She looked up and without any further notice she raised her arm and slapped him hard.

"What do you take me for? Do I look so cheap to you?" She questioned him coldly as tears rolled down her fair jade like skin.

Sebastian was dazed a bit but he could have guessed it, he just pushed her away and now asked her to get engaged to her.

He was not angry, it was legit for her to slap if she didn't he may think something was wrong with her.

He still didn't want to get close to her or let her come close to him, but he also can't let her get married to his so-called brother. It's the same as him marrying her. Maybe he was just jealous or he just worried that his brother who took everything from him will give Sarael freedom, or he just can't accept that his brother even took her.

He sighed and calmed himself before glancing back at her.

"I just want a contract engagement. I don't love you and stop thinking I will ever." His words were harsh and enough to kill her from inside.

She stayed in her place, not moving. His words ringing in her ears,"I don't love you and stop thinking I will ever."

Was it so hard? She just loved him, just love why was it so regretful.

Just one feeling, one person, and a few moments with him and she hates it. She starts hating herself, she wishes that if they never met. If they don't meet, will she be the same innocent, happy Sarael? Unlike now, she was broken and dead from inside yet still alive. She was lost in the dark tunnel and she was scared trying to find her way back but she couldn't.

She also never wanted to fall for him but she did and now she can only regret what she did, she regretted that she fell for the devil out of all.

Yeah, she never wanted a god but she also never wanted a devil. But how to stop herself from falling for him? That question still lingers in her mind.
