If walls had ears, then windows are its eyes.

Christina tried to push him away, "Let go of me." She struggled to push away, but with her force, she can't fight against him. He dragged her to his office. Locking the door, he pinned her down on the closed door, trapping her in-between his arms, leaving no space for her to leave.

"What are you doing? I am telling you…."

" Did your family ask you to do this or did you do it yourself?" Vincent interrupted even before she could finish her words.

"What?" Christina looked at him in amazement, where did he even get this belief?

Almost everyone knows that she only likes Jacob. And she will never fall for anyone else, and at least not for him even if there was no other man in this world. Someone devil and ruthless like him doesn't deserve love.

"Then who could do this except you?" His sharp words bring her back from her thoughts. Christina breathed out, one can clear the misunderstanding but no one can clean the garbage in one's head, she pushed him away, "I don't have to explain anything." She tried to walk out of the room before he put a dumber assumption about her.

Why will her family make her do it? She is the princess of the house. She had no responsibility to do anything except for maintaining a good life.

Christina was spoiled for her life even though she was the kind of girl who likes more time in nature she was still a queen. If she likes nature, her parents created a whole forest around the mansion so she can spend time there, and made an extra house in the jungle with everything she needed to live. Till this day she lives there but goes back to her parents whenever she wants. She got her space while being close with them, they never forced her on anything then how could he say that. Does he know them? No, she only heard of him being the devil but now she saw it.

Vincent was already annoyed, he never saw a girl like her. How can someone be so annoying? Yeah, these rich ones are always annoyingly, trampling the others like they are nothing. Did he expect that she was different? No. He can trust anyone, not these rich kids.

He held her wrist and pulled her back into his arms, his other hand around her waist.

Christina was astounded for some time, her mind went blank, this was the first time so close to a male in her life. Their lips just a few inches away to touch, she could feel his warm breathing. His furious eyes look like gems shining in the light, how did she not notice before, her heart skipped a beat suddenly.

Vincent removed his hand away from her wrist and moved his hands towards her face, she couldn't help herself from turning red. He pushed away some strands of hair away from her face.

Just then someone barged into his office, "Young master…" the person stopped speaking on realizing he came at a bad time. He coughed and instantly looked away, blushing," Sorry, I will come later." Finishing his sentence he dashed out of the room like he saw nothing.

Vincent pushed Christina away and tried to stop him but he already left till he could explain anything, it was an awkward silence between them. Christina cleared her throat, she had nothing to say, it was embarrassing. Mostly because of the remembering that her heart skipped a beat when he got close to her.

Is she crazy? He is a devil, a devil. How can her heartthrob for him? She was surely sick.

Vincent tried to calm himself and then glanced at her. He can't stop himself from thinking she went crazy, why was she making weird faces? Did she get bitten by a dog or had some virus? Vincent walked a bit away from her and coughed to make her realize she was not alone.

Christina heard the cough, and she just wanted to dig a hole then and there and hide. It was so embarrassing. She turns completely red and dashed out of the room without saying anything to him.

Vincent wanted to stop her, after all, he still didn't sound out why she did that but when he thought this was the last time, what he didn't notice was the eyes looking at the time all the time.

If walls had ears, then windows are its eyes. We can't see them but they are there watching everything and you don't even know we are being watched and so did Vincent.
