Liking it

The shrill noise echoed in the whole manor. Sebastian was pretty shocked by what his father did to him. He touched the warm cheeks which are red from the slap. 

"You are just like your mother." Eyes filled with disgust and hatred for him. Sebastian could never forget the look on his father's face. 

He ran outside and was still running away. Just two days created such hatred in his eyes, that even after he could not forget.

Back to the present…

Sebastian stopped reminiscing about the past and looked down on Sarael and sighed. He patted her head warmly. Sarael looked up at him feeling his touch. He smiled warmly at her. 

"This is a dream," Sebastian assured her, him smiling, holding down the tears. Sarael nodded to it. Somewhere she knew it was not a dream.
