Quetzalcoatl

As Ao Xisu was penetrated by the knife, and his life was flowing away, he suddenly felt an incredible suction force coming from the altar underneath him.

A spatial portal opened up above the altar, while the altar absorbed Ao Xisu's splattered blood, flashing with a green light as it did so.

After the altar absorbed Ao Xisu's blood, the spatial portal sucked his body in.

Upon seeing this, the Golden Core cultivator's eyes glinted with a fanatical light as he shouted,"Oh Lord Quetzalcoatl thank you for accepting our sacrifice!"

After this a voice which seemed to possess an incredible majesty, and aura far surpassing even the Golden Core cultivator emanated out from the altar.

"With this body, after it is tempered for 8 years it will be worthy for me to possess, possessing talent equaling my original body, enough for me to break out of this prison and ascend to the peak of Nascent Soul..."

Having said these words the incredibly awe inspiring voice faded into obscurity, as if it was never there.

However all the men within the room were wearing feverish gazes.

"Lord Quetzalcoatl will once again descend onto the world, and we will rule the world with the help of the strongest existence on the planet, a Nascent Soul cultivator!"

Laughing out loud the Golden Core cultivator left the altar room, followed by the rest of the men within the room.

Meanwhile within the separate space into which Ao Xisu had been taken, there was nothing except for a circular area, seemingly an empty void of space tinted in green around the edges, which appeared to be around 10 square kilometres in size.

Ao Xisu awoke and found himself to be floating within this space, unable to move even an inch.

He was shocked and frightened by what he saw as soon as he opened his eyes.

In front of Ao Xisu was the largest beast he had ever seen, a serpent which appeared to be similar to look like the dragons he had read about from Chinese mythology, except with a crest of feathers, made out of blue, red and green feathers on its head.

Its eyes appeared cold and merciless, as if it viewed human life as grass, and its body was at least 1 kilometre along, an entire 1000 metres.

As far as Ao Xisu knew, Golden Core demon beasts could reach up to 100 metres in size at most, meaning that this beast...

Must have surpassed the Golden Core level!

Upon thinking to this point in his head, Ao Xisu felt absolutely terrified, uncertain of why such a lofty existence, of which there were thought to be none of left on the planet, would be interested in him!

A voice which seemed to emanate out from the incredibly large serpent in front of Ao Xisu, pierced into his very soul. Ao Xisu knew that this was a divine transmission from the being in front of him.

"Finally, a good vessel... I will refine your body for a year with my remnant elemental sovereign energy to give it a perfect breakthrough to Foundation Establishment, with the energy being produced from my cultivation technique the {{Qiankun Heavenly Scripture}}, which is at the Nascent Soul level, before then using the precious materials gathered by my subordinates to temper your body and make it absolutely perfect for me, allowing me to possess it and breakthrough to peak Nascent Soul and possess superlative power even among those past the at the peak of the Nascent Soul realm."

Having continued to this point the voice stopped for a second, Ao Xisu still being terrified out of his mind and unable to move.

"Child you possess the bloodline of Fuxi, making you the perfect candidate to be refined and become my vessel, that was your only sin, and why you are facing death here, however rest easy knowing that your body will become unbelievably powerful, before being used as the vessel for a venerable Nascent Soul cultivator such as myself."

Having said this the unbelievably large serpent in front of Ao Xisu suddenly moved forwards at lightning speed, gently touching Ao Xisu with the end of its gargantuan body.

This simple touch dispersed Ao Xisu's soul, causing his body to be completely ownerless.

The giant serpent had a trace of excitement flash through its eyes.

"Finally, I, Quetzalcoatl, will be able to return to the world!"

Quetzalcoatl then began to direct the energy into the body of Ao Xisu in front of him, using it to not only cleanse the body in front of him of any remnant divine sense, but also to make it more perfect for him so that there would be no rejection.

It also allowed Quetzalcoatl to form an initial connection with the body in front of him, as well as strengthening it to break through to the Foundation Establishment realm, after which he would use the myriad precious materials gathered by his subordinates over the years to form this body into the perfect vessel.

"It is impossible for me to fully cleanse the memories of this boy due to his bloodline being that of the human sovereign Fuxi, however I can clear away his resentment by taking his name, Ao Xisu, and fusing with his remnant memories. This will change my personality, but only a tiny bit, and it is a necessary evil. I will still be Quetzalcoatl at heart, but I will present the facade of Ao Xisu to the world!"

Having thought this far Quetzalcoatl once more showed excitement within his eyes, however it was far more than last time. He would finally be able to escape his prison and experience the world of cultivation once more, and this time his talent would be even greater than last time!

He would possess his own bloodline ability as a Heaven Devouring Serpent, as well as the bloodline ability of the Human Sovereign Fuxi, and many other special attributes after he fully tempered the body of Ao Xisu and imprinted a divine physique into it.

Quetzalcoatl settled down and began properly refining the body of Ao Xisu, intent on laying a perfect Foundation Establishment breakthrough down within the body of Ao Xisu before he began refinement.
