Shackles of Mana

I've awoken from my little... nap.

I'll call it that.

I've been asleep long enough for it to be 4 in the morning. So I guess it isn't really a nap, but does that really matter in the end? Haha

...

..

.

Anyways, ahem. It seems that there is quite the few amount of PMs sent to me... mostly people requesting weapons or gear. I'll ignore most for now. I still need to make Cav and Horizons gear. Wait, shouldn't I make stuff for me too? I've completely forgot haha! I'll make some stuff later.

I'm a bit hungry right now, it's still 4... but midnight snacks are an experience. It's something special. Especially the Crisp taste of delicious ice water. Just Manna from heaven!

Mana? Wait...

...

Anyways. I went back to bed after eating some fruit or whatever... what was Special about that Staff?

Was it the design?

The amount of crystals?

Because I'm the protagonist?

Whatever it is, I am inclined to recreate it because it will put me at a huge advantage when leveling up again, since I've lost the ability to do the Ant Hill glitch.

So I guess I got a goal list now.

• Craft Divine / Relic Gear for me and pals

• Bring Back Asi

• Level up

• Figure out what Crimson is / stop it.

Optional

( • Map out the skills of my new class)

(• Figure out all Blood King stuff )

( • Figure out what level +1 is )

A nice crisp list for now, I'll be making sure to check of each and everyone of these down the line. First up is Crafting.

I'll finish that.

So, lantern. How the fuck do I make that cool.

I think there is a mineral that makes fire green, could do something like that... maybe the frame out of bones...

oh wait!!!!

...

nothing.

Honestly, I barely understand Necromancy... it's all just code, but Necromancy is like putting code into a folder that can be unlocked by processing a folders worth of code.

It's terrible... I feel bad for the people who mapped that shit out.

I'm sitting here in bed, at 4am, trying to figure out Necromancy. What does the lantern do to function? I don't think Cav even knows.

I'll start on Horizons then.

Shields are simple, but you can make them more complex by adding magic. I've seen plenty of shield users more effective than actual swordsmen before.

I'll make her shield similar to a riot shield. Lightweight, yet strong. At least that's what I think... dunno much about riot shields...

Creating things through alchemy is very similar to creating your Avatar back in the Hub, I described it basically as... " Sculpting clay with auto correct. "

It's very accurate actually. You can't make a whole lot of fine detail, but the system doesn't expect that. It takes your design that's already been fixed by Auto Correct, and it adds finer details to everything. For example... Actually I don't have alot of examples cause I decorate them myself...

WAIT!!! THAT MIGHT BE IT!!!!

That could totally be the reason I am making Relic and Divine Gear! It's cause instead of adding detail to the creation it's adding to it's strength because I already have details added!

I could sell that info.

It's still night, but I'm fully rested... so I'll begin construction of the shield right now.

I'll make it similar to a kite shield in size, but the shape will be more similar to scales, Dragons Maw worked out because it looked like a dragon staff. So I'd make a shield that looks like a dragon shield.

Using more of my Special " Flat Bone™, I began the construction of the base.

I'll be having the main base as the " Hub " for magic cores and where Horizon where hold it.

I began shaping it similar to a large upside down triangle, I'm going to lay a few more plates on top to create a complex shape... each of the extras will be thin compared to the Hub, weight is still a factor despite Horizons supposed High Strength.

With the main Hub finished, I began some basic crystal work, wind magic pushing down towards the ground to reduce weight is my main idea. This will allow stronger designs.

Second plate, I've taken a square chunk of Bone Plate and cut a triangle out of one of the sides... placing it then atop the other and fusing it's slightly together. The end result looks like a tooth. That isn't the end however!

I began to decorate.

First of all, scales. Plaster that shit all over facing downward. Spicy.

Next, Flame Mana Crystal In ball form... placed as centerpiece within the design... wired to shoot fire on command.

Next, Claws decorating the sided of the shield like feathers, I used individual claws ... 3 on each side pointing upwards.

Bam, Next we need a shit ton of Mana Crystals in it.

Lighting will be unique!

Swap out the fire core for a lightning one, and add 10 to the Hub as well. Direct it all to the front Core.

I'm going to supercharge this shield... anyone who gets near this will get zapped!

Next dye... I'll borrow some from Arch... yellow and black.

Dye shield yellow, draw marked on the side with black dye mixed with mashed Mana crystal... I'm going crazy Coco!!!

This better work!

Don't care! Show me the stats!

| Stats - | Auto Counter | | Electric Throrns | | Overdrive | | Shield bash | | Defence x3 | | 6% XP boost |

That's the good stuff... oh yeah.

I laid the shield down on the ground before starting debating more about the Lantern I needed to make, but right after I did it got struck by lightning!

Its not even cloudy right now!

I don't notice any stat changes, so I guess it was coincidence? Doesn't matter... it didn't hurt that badly, at least as not as much as anthille glitch did.

Maybe if I make a staff, with the lantern on top. I'll try that out real quick actually.

First I made the lantern... I'd say it's a basic design of 4 Fire Mana Crystals and 4 death Mana Crystals. I added an Earth Crystal in the middle to add copper to the fire, making it green.

I made the case out of my Special Flat bone™, making the design specifically bone like.

Next the pole, I decided to just make it a large bone that splits off into other smaller bones at the bottom. Design choice is impeccable right?

I also began carving dimples throughout with Death Mana Crystals that vein out to the top orbs.

And, at last I finish.
