A State Alchemist

System, it's good to hear from you again. How long was I in there?

| It has been 4 hours and 57 minutes |

Oops... I didn't mean to spend that much time in there. So, the new class right? Do I just, get to swap or something?

| It will cost a few of your levels. |

Fuck, alright let's put this into positives and negatives.

Positives:

• Stronger Magic and Alchemical Power

• Lots more companions

• Actually able to properly make a Chimera

Negatives:

• Levels

• Lose " Trick Shot "

Damn it, I know I've been leveling up ridiculously fast with what has been happening... but truly leveling is pretty hard. If an easy opportunity to level doesn't come to me I might be stuck there for quite a while, on the other hand I'll be stronger in the long run with Chimeras and such.

System, what is level speed for Battle Alchemist?

| 72% effect |

And that's compared to Hitman Wich is?

| 99% effect |

Really? That high? Holy shit, wait I should probably think about this a little more...

So, considering 72% leveling effect to 99... that's the difference at level 5-30 with an extra 8 hours of grinding. Monotonous....

The percentile of leveling effect determines how fast you level up, usually that is based on the rarity of the class... Wich itself is determined by how many people play that class. But, in this case I assume Battle Alchemist is lower due to it being a unique class, were it's already determined on how fast it levels.

I think the lowest leveling speed is about... what, 12%? That's for base Swordsman I believe, might of changed recently.

I'll put it out in easy to understand English.

10% Leveling speed:

You gain 10% of dropped XP from objectives.

20% Leveling speed:

You gain 30% of dropped XP from objectives.

30% Leveling speed:

You gain 50% of dropped XP from objectives.

It basically increases like that over time, I think there is a formula about it?

XP = OB/LP + BP

OB = LV( If # then 10) - LV

BP = SC - TSC/10

Yeah, I don't remember how i can just list this off the top of my head.

OB -> Objectives ( Killing targets or crafting )

LP -> Leveling Speed

BP -> Bonus Points

LV -> Level ( Love™)

SC -> Story Contribution

TSC -> Total story contribution

XP -> Experience points... duh.

Base XP from combat is calculated by...

( Enemy Level - Your level ) x 100

And the amount of XP needed for each level is about...

( Your level ) x 100

Of course that is different for each player as age, class, race and so forth can change it up.

So... taking into account my leveling speed for the alchemist class, all my XP before me actually getting it into my level progress when grinding will be...

XP = Base XP ( 1.3 )

For Story missions... it be -

XP = Base XP ( 1.3 ) + Bonuses

Not a bad situation, but it will be annoying to lose out on the 99% ... It will take alot longer to level up.. btw, here is the formula for leveling up with 99%

XP = Base XP ( 1.88 )

That difference is ridiculously overbearing in the Ridiculously long leveling type of game this is, it's taking so long and we are just at level 90 right now... how long have I been on he Cobalt account?

| Nearly 5 months, its remarkable that you have leveled up so fast during this time... even if it was from not normal Means. |

I'll take that as a compliment, by the way... I appreciate you handing me everything on a silver plated leveling wise, makes it easier to become an OP protagonist.

| I won't be doing such things from now on, rather I'll attempt to keep such events away for a more reliable experience. |

Rats.

So uh, yeah... what time is it now again?

So, I woke up at 7am right?

The sun rises kinda late around here... anyways, about 5 hours... so it's midday.

Alright then.... system? I'm ready to swap classes.

| Of course, swapping.... |

Alright... im pissed.

Level 30? I lost 60 levels damn it!

| Reason: Second class needs to be picked. |

... oh yeah... forgot about that...

I don't exactly... know what will pair best with this...

... Any recommendations system?

| Listing combination classes.

| Elementalist -

For the creation of elemental Chimeras

| Necromancer -

Creation of Unique Undead Chimeras

| General -

Increase the Power of all Creatures

| Sniper -

Increases Power of primary weapons

| Summoner -

Grants summoning slots.

| Paladin ( Iron ) -

Grants buffs towards allies, and increases natural defence

| Paladin ( Ice ) -

Grants buffs towards allies, and Debuffs to enemies... and increased ice magic.

| Paladin ( Blood ) -

Grants Debuffs to enemies, increases blood magic, and natural defence.

{}{}{}{}

Alright, I guess I might want to go with .... either necromancer or elementalist, the reason why is because both of those... despite what the system is telling, they have the ability to use ridiculous magic... the additional bonus of Chimeras for them both is pretty good, but the magic is really what I'm hoping for.

... Shit... Wich one...

...

Rats, any other options system?

| Due to the nature of magic, it is possible to just buy the effeciencies with the skill points you have been refunded, so either one could be done with just that... but, there is an advantage towards elementalist as the Necromancy class doesn't let you bind raised undead, so creating your own without the class might be more effective. |

Ah, thats true... damn, your smart system.

| ~...~ |

Aww, made ya blush.

| No, it isn't possible for me to blush. |

Right.

????

Anyways.

Uh, let's go with Elementalist then?

| Confirmed, leveling... |

| You are now level 50. |

Sweet? I lost quit the bit of levels, but it's better than 30.

So, do I have to redo all my skills and stats?

| Stats, no...I'll optimize those for you. Skills? Yes, from level 1. |

More time for this to consume huh?

Ehh, whatever. I got time to burn any ways, 50 skills right?

| Right, shall I help you out? |

Yeah, I want to be a pretty alright shot with my guns and able to effectively use my knife to the point of combat ready... max effeciencies in Necromancy and Alchemy. I still get free maximum ice from my gear, so that just leaves blood right? Max that out please.

| Confirmed, 10 for combative skills, 19 for Necromancy and Alchemy, 6 for Blood, that leaves 15 left. There is available options to allow Chimeras to level up, create intelligent undead, and improve all companions by a large sum for those 15 points left, shall I? |

Yeah fuck it. I'll deal with whatever comes back to bite me because of this in the future.

Since I got time, I'll make some Chimeras and undead real quick.

So, undead magic... put the... then... maybe I could mix it... with what though...blood? yeah, that sounds... alright.

Creating a divine level black magic circle, adorned with a skull in the center... I began fusing it with a divine blood magic circle.

Adorn Banished Spirit + Primordial Crimson Sea =

Revive Undead Primordial

I'm eager to try something out beyond just two Magic circles though... How about, three?

Alchemical magic, the spells that come with it are very weird in deign, as they mostly overlap with all kinds of other different magic types, this is due to the nature of how it's cast... I.E. it never creates anything, but rather it draws on using already existing material and uses it as the magic

For example, using Alchemical Magic spell " Quick Freeze " doesn't reduce the temperature directly using Mana like Ice Magic, but it takes the heat and swaps it with someplace that had tons of ice wherever they may be. So, for mixing with an undead with blood magic mixed in... I think the best result will be improving those with the Alchemical magic using the substitute for them...

Obviously I'm going to use it for death type, I don't want to accidentally steal some poor dudes blood. So, I wonder if that will just take a random NPC that has died at some point in the lore.

Let's, try it out?

...

Whew, what a headache... thankfully I have maximum affinity with these elements or I could probably collapse at any moment and let the spell run wild... mixing 3 different Magic circles, using an example I guess it would be similar to trying to control 17 different R.C. Cars on the same frequency towards different goals.

I can't imagine what that might of been like should I not have these affinities.

Adorn Banished Spirit + Primordial Crimson Sea + Undying Effigy =

Regenerate Undying Primordial

Wow, what a middle schooler syndrome esc name... not like a lot of other type of titles and names I got aren't... I mean, Blood King.

Alright, let's fire this bad boy up.

With a loud, echoing scream that pierced through the calm daylight... the circles contracted into nothingness before they re-appeared upon the icy terrain before me, this castle is suprisingly surrounded in a lot of ice huh? Morin is lucky that it somehow doesn't have this weather despite only being so far away.

The Etched runes upon the neon lights began twisting within their circular barrier, growing faster and faster before slowing... at that point the magic circle slowly became opaque before melding into the air... where the Magic circles Stood before lay a large skull with two horns.

Around the skull, slowly began the formation of other bones being assembled into a skeleton, the towering figure of the being stood at roughly 6'5'', noticeably there is a large frame around the back of the creature of bones, maybe wings?

After the bones finished snapping into place, I was prompted by the system to commit any " Edits " Nessasary... hehe.

Of course, just a shit load of Mana crystals in the chest area is the best option right? How many... oh shit, I got only 20 left!

I'll have to refill eventually, hopefully the guy who I sold the car idea to hasn't began buying all crystals...

After forming the crystals I had into a large ball, place directly into the chest cavity, I couldn't decide what type of magic to infuse... so I didn't, I just let it be neutral for whatever good that will do.

|Addition complete :

- Mana Core ( Max ) |

So, I don't think I can add much else... wait...

...

I took out the rest of the material I had on me, with the reduction in inventory space I now only held up to 1000 different items... all full with leftover demon material.

So, I replaced every bone with a custom made demon bone made out of various materials, such as bone.

I had to supplement the design with a few bones made of other material, but luckily the system just changed it to bone... saying it's due to my Alchemical affinity. Bullshit I say, but it's the good kind... anything to make something ridiculous again.

| Addition Complete :

Demonic Skeleton |

| Finish? |

Yes, I guess there isn't much else I can do...

| Confirmed... generating... |

Flesh appeared straight out of thin air, accompanied by veins and organs... all standard Necromancy procedure... next up, the system prompted my to send a contract... now, being the edge Lord I am... and the proven effect of what I'm about to do... I offered it my blood.
