Faceless God with a Thousand Faces

So the Locust God was a disguise all along. A disguise of Nyarlathotep or perhaps this Nyarlathotep was also another disguise. After all, this was an existence with a thousand faces. Silence blanketed over the altar. Then some of the kneeling disciples raised their heads to demand, "Locust God, Our God! We are merely mayflies in the stream, following your order is our destiny…" With this, more cultists joined in with renewed passion. But suddenly, the thin figure above the altar waved his hand and an invisible force surged through. Before the impassionate cultists could make any noise, they disintegrated into nothingness after immense torture. These people, both humans and Flying Locust, still had many things that eluded their mind at their moment of destruction. But at the very least, they had seen their Locust God.
