Ash's POV

I saw Nick talking to Kylie when she came back into the cafeteria from where ever she went. She looked angry and mad. She stormed out of the cafeteria after saying something to him. I went after her.

"Kylie wait!" I exclaimed when I saw her all the way down the hall. She stopped and turned around to face me.

"What happened?" I asked as I hugged her. "Cara, she said that I must stay away from you or else," she said.

"Or else what?" I asked. "I don't know," she said as we started walking to class although its not time.

"What about Nick?" I asked. "He wants to go out with me," she said in disgust. "But I turned him down." She ended with a laugh.

The rest of the day went by fast.

After school...

"Where are we going?" Kylie asked as I parked the car. "Its a surprise," I said. We were Noe walking across a bridge with a river running by under it slowly.

"I hate surprises," she grumbled. "I know that you pretty much hate everything," I replied as we came near the river. We are in a nearby forest and we have to skip on the stones to cross the river.

"No I don't," she said. "I love candies and chocolate, flowers, teddy bears and ahhhh," she didn't finish because she fell into the river.

"You could have told me we were gonna swim so I could have being my bikini," she joked as I helped her out. I was laughing at her when I slipped and we both fell in.

We got out of the water and were soaking wet. We came upon a tree house. Kylie stopped looking at it in amazement.

"You like it?" I asked. She nodded. We climbed the ladder and were now on the small porch like thing that goes all the way around. I opened the door with a key and we stepped inside.

Kylie's POV

We stepped inside and I couldn't believe my eyes. There were roses on the ground making a path to a table for two. The table had candles on it and my favorite food. Macaroni and cheese with ham.

"Oh. My. God. You did this?" I asked. He smiled. "No my dead grand mother," he joked. I gave him a playful fist.

"So let's get dried," he said. "I have spare clothes in bag," I told him. "Okay, you can get dried in the bathroom and me in the bedroom," he said opening the door to a peach colored bathroom.

"OK," I said and he walked out after handing me a towel. I guess this gonna be my second date with Ash. Luckily I brought a dress.

I took out a white dress with big red flowers on it. It stopped just above my knees. I put a red flower in my hair which made my face look cute. I put on a little bit of lip gloss and matching shoes and looked at myself in the mirror. I looked great except something is missing. A necklace.

I stepped out of the bathroom and saw Ash come out of the room beside the bathroom. I smiled at him and his mouth was wide open.

"You look beautiful," he said after a while. He was wearing blue jeans with a plain white T-shirt and a leather jacket. Man he looks hot.

"You look hot," blurted out and then blushed. He flashed his gorgeous smile making me blush even more.

He took the chair from under the table and gestured for me to sit. I sit and he went to sit in his.

I looked down and saw a small package in front of me. I looked up at him questioningly.

"Open it," he said still smiling.

I opened it and found a necklace and a note. I took out the note and read it.

Dear Kylie,

          You are my sunshine  you lighten up my day. You are my moonlight you shine on me during my darkest times. Your smile warms my heart. I love you more than anything in this world.

I looked up at him and smiled. "Do you want me to put the necklace on you," he asked. I nodded.

He got up and carefully put it on me. "You look gorgeous. It goes perfectly with your dress," he said after putting it on me.

We had a hearty meal and was now on the porch that goes all the way around the treehouse. I looked up at the sky.

"Wow! That's beautiful," I said looking at the start sky. "Well, not as beautiful as you," he said and looked at me.

I looked at him and smiled. We leaned in to kiss each other but my phone rang interrupting us. "Damn," Ash said making me giggle.

Me- hello?

???- hey, where are you?

Me- with ash. Why?

Tina- oh, nothing I just came home and didn't see you.

Me-oh, well now you know. You just interrupted the best moment I was gonna have.

Tina- so so sorry. Bye!

I sighed and turned back to Ash who was looking up at the sky. I guess he wasn't listening. The rest of the night went well but we didn't kiss. Wish I had that intimate moment.
