When a virtual game becomes reality but you’re the only player. I really enjoyed reading this novel and you should too! The synopsis is pretty bad so I’ll explain a little about the story. We follow Sean, a gamer and raid leader. But the game he plays, Miracle, has suddenly turned into reality with himself as the only player left. Everything is real but he still has game abilities like leveling up. But he doesn’t have his possessions and level from the game. That’s the bare minimum you need to know. As for what kind of setting, it’s a sword and magic world. There are kingdoms and empires as well as demonic creatures. The gods exist but mostly in lore... for now? There are magical beasts and species that don’t exist in reality, like dog-headed guys. They are lizards though. Others might say the novel is slow or has nothing unique, but I see it as a high-quality, polished writing that is very exciting to read even if it’s a bit slow (It didn’t feel slow but you can tell it’s slow). They take their time describing architecture, clothing, and even game UI. I like the MC. He’s not a wimp nor does he do things without a purpose. He’s laid-back when he can afford to but is an authoritative commander that takes no sh*t. He requires absolute trust which doesn’t help when he’s just a young boy in the eyes of others. He also only brags to and teases his companion. His companion (which is a girl of course) is very nice too! She was meh in the beginning since first impressions are sometimes off but then you learn more about her and see her personality better later on. She definitely has a story behind her and is a pretty good fit with the MC. The story has no solid direction for now other than getting stronger. Despite that though, the story is feels pretty linear with some degree of freedom when it should feel kinda vague and ambiguous. That’s a good thing if you couldn’t tell. But there are definitely other goals that they are aiming to accomplish, just that I cannot say because smol spoilers. Just so you know, Sean knows of what happens in the future of the game and has pretty in-depth knowledge of game mechanics and information. Though sometimes those game mechanics don’t follow through since it became reality. The translation is very high-quality but there are very few but noticeable mistakes. Such as DUBUFF instead of DEBUFF. There aren’t many cases of this. I can count them on one hand but they are very easy to notice. All in all, great read and I expect it to be one of the better ones in this batch of trial reads even though this is the first one I’ve read from them. Now it’s time for this man to sleep. It’s 6:45 as of writing this.

It's okay. I've read a lot of game/system novels and they might not all be good, but I enjoy powering through them. This book is okay, not great...but okay. Personally, it just seems a bit boring to read for a novel that is a system/game/whatever genre. Paragraphs seems too wordy/flowery when it comes to the different scenes and can be overly descriptive, with extra info dumps thrown in. Others might enjoy the novel and you need to read it to make your own judgement, but to me, the story flow is boring.

I really enjoy this novel... From the world building to the character growth I can see why his novel will go boom when it's finally released.

At first I thought it's even worst then 'Summoning the Holy Sword' as it's badly executed. It tried to be 'Amber Sword'. What made 'AS' good was not explosive knowledge but how he used it. I can't help but find 'Night Ranger' better than this one. MC- This MC is very egoistic and keeps repeating the same mistake of being caught everywhere because he doesn't keep his mouth shut. I don't like how he uses his knowledge as it feels too forced. But honestly, it does get slightly better around the 50's, to the point where I want to read more of this story. I see a lot of potentials but at the same time I don't want to get my hopes too high if MC keeps messing up like this. But if he shows improvement then I think this story worth reading. But hey at least this is not Harem right? There might be a chance it's good..

This is a kingdom building story where the MC transmigrates into a world with future knowledge. The world appears to be almost identical to an online game the MC plays, which means he knows shortcuts and important NPCs to contact. The system is gamelike, but not overplayed by the author. There is no harem and only one real love interest. Spoiler (I finished the raws): As mentioned, this is a kingdom building story where the MC uses his foresight, brain, and gathers smart people around him to establish an empire. The path is bloody with kingdom/army warfare, strategies, alliances, and luck (MC is very lucky for a reason that you will find out later). Overall, not a masterpiece, but I enjoyed reading most of the story. There's a few slow/boring parts in the middle and the author never really explains why there is a game of the world on earth which was a bit disappointing. The ending was good, but didn't feel like a real complete ending, more like the ending to an arc.

Updates and World building are 3* since it's new. The writing is good, not a lot of mistakes. The flow of the story is slow but its written well. Log Horizon type MC with a loli sidekick. A lot of redundancy, either because he's padding his chapters or the author likes to hold our hands as we read. To me, it's meh. It wasn't good and it isn't bad either. It was bland with a few eye twitches when the MC becomes too full of himself. I mean, if you know how to solve the problem, then solve the f*cking problem instead of playing around and causing more problems. Anyways...Verdict: Pass/Dropped

So, how shall I put this, the story seems a bit bland due to the writing style. The story in itself is promising with a hard working transmigrated MC, and the difficulty leveling and growing in a real world fantasy. The growth progress is steady, with steady plot. There is some stereotypes but such is life.
