Food. Then we talk

We all walk towards the outer villages, Emily in front of me and Will.

I look at Will and slowly grab his hand, intertwining them. He steps away but holds onto my hand.

"You know, we haven't talked about the prophecy.. Like what it's about, the two ends it could have.." I look over at Will, waiting for his answer. Will looks over at me and shrugs. "Whoever is in the prophecy with you will find out. Mean, someone like me can't be apart of your prophecy, No matter what you say. It can't be true."

After our conversation, we didn't talk again about the prophecy or anything.

I walk up to Emily, leaving Will behind us.

"So..What did you say to Will?" Sighing I them to Emily. "I just talked to him about the prophecy..He doesn't think he is in it." Emily moves to the side as a cart starts to come out way. "Well, You didn't tell him the real prophecy. It's on you for lying.." I groan and lean my head back. "yeah, I guess so."

The cart comes by and the driver chuckles when he passes us. Will walks forward and gets right behind us. "Hey Will. I have something-" He covers my mouth with my hand for a second before letting go. "Get me food. Then we talk." I nod and try to determine how long we have until we reach the village. "We have about a few more minutes until we reach the village. You can see the lanterns that hang on the gate." Emily and Will nods and starts to walk a little faster. Will as a slight limp as he walks. Emily wraps her arm around him to help carry some of his weight.

We soon get to the village and I talk to the guards at the gate, asking for transport to be ready in the morning and to make sure a letter is sent to the Queen that I am alright.

When she saw I wasn't at dinner she sent a guard to come up to my room but I wasn't there and the window was broken. She freaked out since I am the only heir, and sent all the guards out to search for me.

Once we got to the inn and got some food the guards sent out a courier to the castle with a letter I wrote. Will also finally agreed to get checked out by the physician of the village. He had a mild sprain in his leg and a few cuts on his face. Otherwise, he was fine.

After we ate and went to our rooms for the night, I called Will and Emily over to my room.

It's time to tell Will about the real prophecy.
