My relationship with Alex

"Are you okay? Do you want me to come over and be your nurse? Or are you feeling a little under the weather?" He asked seriously.
"I'm just a little under the weather. Can you tell me a story?" I asked.

As soon as I asked for a story he began to tell me one of my favorites. Geek Girl by Cindy C. Bennett. It is one of my favorite books he owns. After getting to chapter 4 my eyes began to feel heavy and I began to lose consciousness. Before I could knock out I plugged in my phone and put the phone on speaker and told him to continue until he heard me snore.

I wake up a few minutes before my alarm rings. It is only 5:40 am and I just decide to get ready. I go to the kitchen and make lunch for me and Alex ( a small gift I do when he helps me). Today is Friday, February 3rd.
It's almost February 14th and Alex's birthday. I made him a shirt with our faces in front and behind it says "Our meeting was fated and we will always be together " Love Eliza.
The shirt isn't the only gift I got a limited edition lightstick for his favorite group SHINEE and a Red Velvet poster. I hope my gifts will make him happy.
I just can't wait to give it to him and see his reaction.
As soon as I finish his lunch I look at the clock and it reads 6:10. I grab all my things and walk to the bus stop. Its 6-minute walk to the bus stop and the bus usually arrives around 6:35.

Once I arrive at school I go get breakfast and walk to the tables. As I am eating Alex arrives and as soon as he sits down he asks "Are you feeling better?"
"Yeah, I think listening to My Girlfriend is a Gumiho made me a little sad" I lied as I avoid his eyes.
"Please don't lie to me. I just want to help and protect you. Is it Ana? Did she do something to you when I went to the restroom yesterday?" He looked sad while asking me.
"Come here Alex, "I say but before I hand him the lunch I grab him and give him a long hug and whisper a small thank you to him.
He looks at me and says "Do you know how much I love you?"
"Hmm, this much?" I answer with my hand only showing a small pinch.
"NO! I love you more than the world can describe!!!!" he spreads his arms and laughs.
Delilah arrives when he says that.
"Yo b**ch go get me some food." She looks at Alex.
Alex looks at me for a second and decided to go. "Okay, whatever!!"
Delilah watched Alex leave and then turns to me "Okay has Olivia arrived cuz I want to know what the hell happened!!!"
"No, but I'm wondering the same thing. I sure hope she's alright." I add worriedly.
Alex comes to the table with Delilah's breakfast and they start arguing but I'm worried about Olivia so I don't pay attention to what they are saying.

Olivia and Ana didn't show up to school today. Simon even came to ask me about Ana but for some reason, my stomach wasn't feeling like I had butterflies. My worry for Olivia overshadowed those feelings I guess.

As soon as school finished I called Olivia only to be answered by the voice machine.
It was at that moment I would go to check up on Olivia.
As I walked to her house with Alex I could not stop having bad scenarios in my head.
"What if she got in a big fight with Ana and can't show her face at school? Or what if she got so much trouble she's transferring schools? What if she got a really bad punishment? What if--" I rambled until Alex stuck a strawberry in my mouth.
"Calm down and forget those thoughts. Now look at me and breathe in and out." I copy his moments and relax. "Alright now let's not panic and keep walking understand? If you don't feel better just hold my hand." I nod my head and held his hand as we keep walking. I feel my nerves calm down but my stomach feels as if a million butterflies erupted and my heart kept pounding.
Maybe I still like Alex? Maybe I never liked Simon? Maybe Simon is just a phase? Or maybe Simon is a way to hide my true feelings from Alex?
I kept thinking about this until we reach Olivia's house.
We go to knock at the door but before I can knock Alex squeezes my hand.
I have the courage to knock on the door.
Mrs. Freebs answers the door. "Oh hello there Eliza and Alex. I am guessing you are looking for Olivia? If you are she's upstairs in her room. Please come in."
We walk up the stairs and walk through the hall to the first door on the left. The door has 💖OLIVIA💖 on it and Alex knocks the door. We hear a weak come in. We come in to see an empty room. We soon hear noises from the restroom. It sounds like she's throwing up. I rush to the bathroom to go help her. As soon as she finishes I help her walk to her bed and sit her down.
"What happened?" Alex asks
"Well I kind of put something bad in the food last night and Ana had the same idea so we pretty much gave each other food poisoning" she answers with her eyes looking down and red cheeks. Just a few moments later she grabs her stomach and runs to the restroom. She kindly thanks us for coming over but she asks us to leave because she didn't feel comfortable at the moment.
With most of my worry gone, we walk down the stairs and say goodbye to Mrs.Freebs.
We walk across the street to Alex's house. We walk in and we go to his room. I go to his desk and begin doing my homework while he goes take a shower.
Since today is Friday his mom is out for the weekend to work. After finishing my math homework I am left with my essay. I work on it for a few minutes before I give up. I walk over to his bookcase and reach for one. I grab a book called Seraphina the cover has a dragon and attracts my attention.
I change into some of his clothes and lay in his bed reading. I hear him come in the room and walk up to his desk. He asks me if I finished my homework and I answer with an "almost".
As I reach to the 100th page my eyes begin to grow heavy so I bookmark my page and close the book. I put it on the nightstand and lay down soon falling asleep to Alex typing on his computer.
