"I talked to Ron here and we decided that we accept that Jack becomes a hunter like us, we will teach and protect him until he is ready to be a hunter."

Mark said this with all the joy and Jack smiled a lot of happiness when he heard Mark saying this, he got excited again and wanted to hug them both if he didn't know it was an exaggeration, and Tim was quickly disappointed to hear Mark saying this.

But Tim couldn't show that he was unhappy about it because he had asked them both a favor and they also knew how difficult it would be for them to teach Jack how to become a hunter.

"Thank you so much, Mark and Ron, I know you are going to have a hard time teaching Jack and having to protect him, and for that, I really appreciate you agreeing."

With everything settled, Mark and Ron left Tim's house after agreeing to start teaching Jack how to become a hunter the next day, Jack thanked his father very much because he knew his father was against it.

Tim was not happy that Mark and Ron accepted Jack as a hunter, but he trusted them both and Jack would still help him in the morning in the workshop and so after a few years Jack would be as good a blacksmith as he was.

Tim did not praise Jack often for not making his son arrogant, but in fact, Jack had already learned almost everything he knew, the problem was that Jack had no experience and because he was still 16 years old he did not have enough strength to properly use the hammer to make swords and armor correctly.

So Tim thought that when Jack was strong enough he would be quick to teach Jack everything he knew, so Tim thought that 4 years was enough for Jack to become a good blacksmith, of course, the more experience and skill Jack had the better he would be as a blacksmith.

So Tim was happy knowing that Jack knew he had to be patient and wait a few years to start making weapons and armor with him, Tim was also happy that his son could learn to fight because it could be useful for him in the future.

The other day Jack started his new daily routine, in the morning he helped his father in the workshop, his father took the opportunity to do the most difficult services in the morning and only in the afternoon would Tim do the maintenance of the agricultural tools and tools. daily use that was easier to do.

In the afternoon Jack went to a hut that was a little away from the village, hunters had a hut at the entrance to the forest and away from the village and hunters used that hut as a home to spend the day and store hunting equipment and even to train, and at the end of the day, they went back to their house in the village.

Because the village was far from the forest, hunters had to have this hut so they wouldn't have to go back and forth to the village several times during the day, and even though Jack had to walk a lot, he didn't care about that.

Tim gave Jack a leather armor that was light and resistant, Jack also had leather pants that also served as armor and boots that protected his feet from traps, it was better equipment than hunters and it was the privilege of being the blacksmith's son.

Jack also took the bag he had and put the pepper bombs, water, food, ropes, a small knife and a lantern that was ready for use, Jack had his sword and a quiver to store the arrows he had and he also had a bow.

Jack thought Mark and Ron would laugh at him if he arrived at the cabin like that, but he always liked to be prepared for anything that could happen and that is why he can save women in the river and not be killed by the lions.

But contrary to what Jack thought the two experienced hunters praised Jack for his preparation, it just showed them how serious Jack really was about becoming a hunter.

"You are right to bring these things, Jack, you may need a few more things on the hunt, but that is why we have this cabin, our things are all kept here, otherwise we would have to carry even more things than you do."

"Always being prepared is the first lesson that every hunter has to know and you already know that, another thing that a hunter has to know is to always stay safe if you think a place is dangerous don't hesitate to go back to the hut."

"With what we have here in the hut we are not afraid even if several lions show up, these are the most important things that a hunter has to know, in the next few days we will teach everything you have to learn."

Jack was even more impressed by how different Mark and Ron were than he thought of them before Jack thought that Mark and Ron only knew how to fight well and so admired them, now he could see that they were also very intelligent and knew well what did.

Unlike what Jack thought he didn't start training to fight from day one, first, he learned how not to get lost in the forest, Mark said that one of the most important things a hunter had to know how to do was always to know how to get back to home regardless of how deep he was in the forest.

Jack learned to use the sun as one of the ways to know which direction he had to go and he also learned to use the stars as a direction at night, Mark and Ron also taught how Jack could make a compass using only a needle and leaf in a place with water to know how to locate yourself.
