Chapter Six

~ Tyrell

My P.E.T. quickly walked in and looked back at me. I shut the door and gestured it to follow me. We walked down the short entry hall into the kitchen. There was a living room off the kitchen that had the double glass doors to my bedroom. There was a bathroom in the right corner of my room .

"This is the bathroom. I'll leave some clothes on the bed for you. There are some scissors in the top right drawer of the bathroom sink." It nodded and shut the door. I heard the lock click into place.

~

I cried under the warm spray. I was wholly unprepared for being outside my cell. The first other human that I met was the last one that I had killed the family of. He was probably in his late twenties now. I had killed his grandparents and parents in front of him and his two other siblings.

I curled into a tight ball at the bottom of the shower and let the water warm me. It would do no good moping now the best thing for me to do was to complete my last mission. I stood and cleaned my hair and skin. I would have to work hard in order to do this and I needed Tyrell to help me.

I quickly dried my hair and wrapped the towel around myself. I walked over to the sink and opened the drawer. The scissors were cold and metallic. I wiped off the mirror with the hand towel that hung over the toilet. How did I want to cut my hair? As a young woman, I felt it was necessary for it to look fairly nice. I began at the bottom two inches at a time when I had reached mid-waist level I stopped, grabbed the comb lying on the counter, and attacked my tangles. When it was nice and straight I picked up the strands of hair as well as I could and threw them into the trash. I undid my towel and dried my hair again. I admired my reflection in the mirror for a second. Two grey eyes stared back. I had freckles covering my whole body.

I smiled. My body was in perfect condition. Then I saw them, those two cursed ears and that tail. Although they weren't too noticable, the sight of them infuriated me. The poor red panda that these 'attachments' had come from. I shook my head. I was taking too long.

I unlocked the door and peeked out. The clothes that Tyrell had laid out were on his bed. I walked out cautiously. I had sworn to myself that no man would see me before marriage, if ever. He'd taken the time to cover the doors with a curtain. I picked up the clothes. A hoodie, boxers, and shorts. Hopefully they would fit.
