TREATMENT

Mrs Donald sat close to her husband throughout the night while Frank was sleeping close to his mother. Mr Marcus came early in morning when he enter the room, he saw that Mrs Donald was not sleeping and he greeted her before sitting down.

"How is he doing "asked Mr Marcus.

"He's doing okay, he woke up last night but went back to sleep after sometime "replied Mrs Donald.

"aren't you going to sleep" asked Mr Marcus.

"I will when I get home" replied Mrs Donald.

"What about him" asked Mr Marcus while pointing Frank .

"I will take him home to prepare for school, after that I will sleep a little before coming back "replied Mrs Donald.

"Okay, I will look after him until you come back before going to work" said Mr Marcus

"Thank you Mr Marcus but wouldn't you be fired going to work late" asked Mrs Donald.

"No need to worry about been fired, I took permission from my boss before coming" replied Mr Marcus.

Not quite long while they were talking the doctor came in and greeted them before going to check on Mr Donald. After checking on Mr Donald he turn to face Mrs Donald and said

"Your husband is doing better than yesterday, we'll need to take him to the theatre to check on his spinal cord before proceeding with the treatment"

Mrs Donald nodded before turning to Mr Marcus and said

"I will be taking Frank home now". Before waking Frank up and left the hospital with him. They stop a cab and drove home, when they got home Mrs Donald told Frank

"Go and take your bath and get dress for school"

"Okay mother, are you going back to the hospital "replied Frank

"Yes Frank, I will prepare your launch before going back so you don't need to worry about that okay" said Mrs Donald.

"so when are you coming back "asked Frank.

"In the evening so you don't have to be alone all by yourself in the house"

"Can I also go to the hospital after coming back from school" asked Frank

"you don't have to Frank, besides your exam is around the corner so you have to study hard" replied Mrs Donald.

"Okay mum, am going to take my bath" replied Frank

After taking his bath Frank put on his uniform, ate his breakfast and left for school. When he got to the school premises he met a few friends from his block and went inside with them while chatting along the way with them like nothing happens. When they got inside John called from the second row asking Frank to come and sit with him which he did. They were still chatting when the school head of the school came to their block and started advising them in advance about their upcoming examination which they are going to take in two months time.After advising them the school head left the block while their teacher came in to conduct the class. They learnt until it was time to go back home when John was getting ready to go home Frank suddenly said;

"John I will be staying at your place until its dark"

"why, are you not going home early today "asked John surprise since it's the first time that Frank has ever mention stay to play at his home until it's darker

"I will be home alone, mother went out and will be back very late" replied Frank

"Oh, if you say so them there is no problem at all, besides we're going to have a lot of fun" said John.

"Maybe depend if my mother come on time" replied Frank.

While they were discussing Mary went straight to the front of the hall with are squad and order everyone to be silent for a while that she has something to say after the crowd of students calmed down she started talking .

"As you all know we'll be taking over exam very soon and after the exam many students will be leaving the country and never to be seen again "

"So what did you suggest we should do "asked someone from the crowd.

"I will be leaving the country and I don't know if I will be coming back" said another student.

There was all such of speech from the students.

"Since some of us will be leaving the country and might not return why don't we organized a party a week after the examination to spend some time with each other one last time before leaving "said Mary with a smile on her face.

"That's a good idea alright "replied Alex who was the son of a well accomplished businessman

"So how do we go about with the planning" asked Jessica who was friend with Mary,

"After many consideration my friends and I with some other students came up with an idea of hosting a party here in the school" said Mary.

"And are you sure the school head will Approve of it" asked John.

Hearing this some of the students sigh including Mary.

"Although the school head is not aware of this but I will personally tell him about it after this meeting "said Mary.

"What's the need asking the school head about it when we are not eve sure if he's going to give his approval, I will talk to my father when i get home it. it will be okay to host the party at our place" replied Alex while feeling proud of himself when he Saw the way some of the student are looking at him.
