After defeating the Wind Raccoon and crafting his Tough Bear Bone Spear, Kuma knew that he needed to work on his spear skills. He had faced many challenges on his journey and he knew that he couldn't afford to be caught off guard again.

The next morning, Kuma set out early in search of a small river where he could practice his spear throwing. He knew that the river would provide a good challenge, as he would have to not only hit a moving target but also contend with the currents and other obstacles in the water.

As he walked through the forest, Kuma noticed a small stream in the distance. He made his way towards it, eager to put his skills to the test.

When he reached the river, Kuma saw that it was teeming with fish. He quickly found a spot where he could stand on the riverbank and began to practice his spear throwing.

At first, Kuma's throws were a bit awkward and he struggled to hit any of the fish. But as he continued to practice, he began to get a feel for the spear and how to aim and throw it accurately.

After a few hours of practice, Kuma was starting to hit more of the fish. He was still far from perfect, but he could see improvement in his aim and accuracy.

As the day went on, Kuma continued to practice his spear throwing. He tried to catch fish in different parts of the river, using different techniques and strategies to hit his targets.

Eventually, Kuma's persistence paid off and he was able to catch a fish using his spear. He was thrilled with his success and couldn't wait to try it again.

Kuma excitedly used his Analyze skill on the fish he had caught.

Normal Fish:

This fish is of normal size and appears to be in good health.

Kuma couldn't wait to cook and savor the flavor of the fish he had caught. He quickly built a fire and started preparing the ingredients for a fish stew. He had a small dipper made from a fox skull that he used to scoop water from the river, and he used this to create a broth for the stew.

As he cooked, Kuma couldn't help but feel a sense of accomplishment and pride in his new skills. He was grateful to have such a delicious meal, and he knew that he would continue to improve and hone his spear skills in the future.

When the fish stew was finally ready, Kuma sat down and enjoyed every bite. He savored the flavor and took his time, relishing in the sense of accomplishment and enjoyment that came with catching and cooking his own food.

After he had finished eating, Kuma spent the rest of the day lounging and enjoying himself. He was grateful for the opportunity to relax and recharge, knowing that he would face more challenges on his journey in the future.

As the sun began to set, Kuma knew that it was time to find a place to rest for the night. He had been walking for most of the day, and he was tired and hungry.

He looked around, searching for a suitable place to sleep. The forest was full of dangers, and Kuma knew that he had to be careful where he chose to rest.

Suddenly, he had an idea. He remembered seeing a giant tree earlier in the day, its branches reaching high into the sky. Kuma thought that it might be a good idea to sleep on top of the tree, where he would be safe from most of the dangers of the forest.

He made his way to the tree and began to climb, using his strong arms and legs to pull himself up to the branches. It was a long and difficult climb, but Kuma was determined.

Finally, he reached a flat surface on one of the branches and settled in for the night. He pulled out his blanket and wrapped it around himself, grateful for the warmth and comfort it provided.

As he drifted off to sleep, Kuma couldn't help but think about how he needed to find a better place to stay in the next few days. He knew that sleeping on top of a tree was not a long-term solution, and he needed to find a safer and more permanent place to live.

But for now, Kuma was just happy to have a roof over his head and a place to rest. He closed his eyes and let himself drift off into a deep and peaceful sleep, grateful for the small comforts he had managed to find in this harsh and dangerous world.

The next morning, Kuma was walking through the forest, searching for food and supplies as he always did. He had been on the lookout for any signs of danger, knowing that he was not the only predator in these woods.

As he walked, he heard a familiar sound behind him. It was the low growl of a mountain lion, a fierce and dangerous predator that had almost killed Kuma before.

Kuma froze, unsure of what to do. He slowly turned around, hoping to see the mountain lion at a safe distance. But instead, he saw something that made his blood run cold.

There, just a few yards away, was the mountain lion, feeding her kittens with a strange green arm. Kuma could tell that it was not the arm of any animal he had ever seen before.

He approached cautiously, his curiosity getting the better of him. As he got closer, he could see that the mountain lion was holding the arm in her jaw, tearing off chunks of flesh with her teeth.

Kuma's stomach turned at the sight, but he couldn't look away. He watched as the mountain lion's kittens tore into the arm with ravenous hunger, their tiny claws and teeth tearing off chunks of flesh.

"What kind of creature are they eating?" Kuma thought to himself, his mind racing with possibilities. "It can't be a human arm, it's too small and green. It must be a goblin."

Kuma remembered the stories he had heard about goblins. They were small, mischievous creatures that were known for their curiosity and their love of causing trouble. They were also said to be a little dumb, and prone to getting themselves into dangerous situations.

Kuma wondered how the mountain lion had come across the goblin, and how it had managed to capture it. He knew that mountain lions were skilled hunters, but goblins were known for their cunning and quickness.

As he watched the mountain lion and her kittens devouring the goblin arm, Kuma decided to use his "Analyze" skill. The game menu displayed the following:

Goblin's Arm

A small, green limb belonging to a mischievous and curious creature known as a goblin. Goblins are known for their love of causing trouble and their inability to communicate with humans directly. This particular goblin seems to have met a grisly end, likely at the jaws of the mountain lion.

Kuma was shocked by the analysis. He had never encountered a goblin before, and he couldn't believe that he was seeing one now, in such a gruesome and violent way.

He watched as the mountain lion and her kittens finished their meal, their fur and faces smeared with the blood and guts of the goblin. Kuma knew that he had to leave before the mountain lion noticed him, but he couldn't tear his eyes away from the gruesome scene.

Finally, he turned and ran, his heart pounding in his chest. He knew that he had to get as far away from the mountain lion and her kittens as possible, before they turned their hunger on him.

As he ran, Kuma couldn't stop thinking about the goblin. He had never seen one before, and he couldn't believe that he had encountered one in such a violent and terrifying way. He knew that he had to be more careful in the future, and that he had to be on the lookout for any more signs of these mysterious and dangerous creatures.

Kuma was filled with curiosity as he ran through the forest, his mind racing with questions about the goblin. He had always heard stories about fantasy creatures like orcs and elves, but he had never actually seen any of them.

"Could there be other fantasy creatures out here?" Kuma thought to himself. "I wonder what they look like and what they're like. Maybe I could find a way to communicate with them, or make use of them somehow."

Kuma's mind turned to the goblin, and he couldn't help but wonder what it would be like to encounter one. He knew that they were mischievous and curious creatures, but he also knew that they were known for causing trouble.

"I wonder if I could tame a goblin and use it to my advantage," Kuma thought to himself. "Maybe it could help me find food or supplies, or maybe it could even help me fight off enemies. But then again, goblins are known for being a little dumb, so maybe it wouldn't be worth the hassle."

Kuma's thoughts turned to the taste of goblin flesh, and he couldn't help but feel a little disgusted. He had heard that goblins tasted human-like, and he couldn't imagine eating something that reminded him of his own species.

"I don't think I could ever bring myself to eat a goblin," Kuma thought to himself. "Even if it meant saving my own life. I just couldn't stomach the thought of eating something that looks and tastes so human."

As he ran, Kuma couldn't stop thinking about the goblin and the other fantasy creatures that might be lurking in the forest.
