The crew members greeted me as I walked up the staircase and opened the door to the deck above. My body was covered with multiple coats and layers in fear of getting sick again.
"Good morning captain!"
I waved at Weston's crew members as I walked up to the front of the deck. The salty air entered my lungs filling me with a nostalgic feeling. Being out in the open like this truly was a calming experience. As I reflected on that face I watched the expanse full horizon. It was about mid day as the sun was at its highest point shining above. The sky was cloudless and clear. The only thing in sight was the ocean itself. The soft lull of the waves tapping the ship as they crashed made quite a melody. As I opened my eyes once more a feeling of trepidation filled me.
