Chapter 41: Irritation

The class started normally. Aside from the constant eyes that gaze on Jin, nothing unusual happened. The classes were quite interesting and Jin was Keen to listen to the lessons as the majority of them were new to him. The monster classification was where he was widely knowledgeable since he had encountered all the varieties of monsters back in the other world. He liked to hear their words about what type of monster it is, its power, defense, and weaknesses, and Jin could sometimes find false answers from the teachers which he did not try to correct but seemingly just chuckle slightly.

It was lunch break when things started to change. Jin was ready to go to the next class when suddenly, a group of students crowd him. Most of them were delinquents and one stood out from the group which was the bully he had mentioned.

"I've been observing you for quite a while now and all I can say is that you disgust me." The bully spoke with a cringed face.

"And why is that?" Jin responded with his eyebrow quivering.

"You want to know bitch? You're an entitled commoner and you being in our class makes me sick. Phtwoo!" The bully spits his saliva on Jin's uniform and Jin looked at the saliva stain as he stared back at the man with his cold eyes and expression.

"Ooh! I'm so scared! What you gonna do bitch?" The bully taunted Jin and the delinquents started to laugh but Jin didn't spat out a word.

'I really wanna kill you right now. No, every one of you. So please leave before my patience run out.'

"What you gonna do? Huh? What are you gonna do?" The bully began slapping Jin in the face continuously and although it felt like he was being slapped with a feather, it was just humiliating.

'You're dead...[Steel String: 1st Form]'

A thin hair-like string flowed out from Jin's fingertips and was ready to coil around the guy when suddenly, out of nowhere, a man grabbed the bully's hand which stopped his arm from moving.

"Violence is prohibited inside the school premises. If you insist to do so, we can settle this with a Monomochia." The young man said in a cold tone.

"Get your hands off me!" The man flick away his arm and caressed it as the strength of the young man had left a handprint on his wrist causing mild pain.

"Brother Lance, let's leave. Messing with him is a bad idea, his uncle is the vice-principal of the school and he's currently top 2 of the strongest student in the 1st year." A student whispered to Lance as the delinquents backed away as they were afraid of the young man.

"Tsk, I know that! Everybody let's go. You." Lance made a 'You're Dead.' gesture to Jin and left the premises disgruntled along with his goons.

"Are you okay? Here." The young man gave Jin a handkerchief and Jin gladly accepted it and began wiping the saliva on his uniform which easily disappeared as if there was no spit on his clothes at all.

'This is a neat handkerchief.'

"Thanks," Jin said and smiled lightly at the young man but the young man just stared at him coldly with his blue eyes.

"I'm not doing this out of kindness, it's just my duty as the representative of this class. If you don't want to be bullied by them, avoid them at all costs. If you want to stand up to them, be strong and raise your title, without one, you'll be seen as nothing but trash to everyone." The young man said.

"Quite harsh words but I'll accept it. Anyway, what's your name? You seem like a bigshot." Jin asked. Suddenly, every student in the room stared at Jin in shock and confusion.

"What? You don't know who he is? The only Prince-rank in the first year? The handsome swordsman? The candidate for the next sword Knight? The moonlight swordsman? Only someone who has lived under a rock wouldn't know him." A student replied in utter disbelief as she looked at Kal in certain disgust. Everyone nodded in agreement and now Jin was disliked, no, he was hated by everyone because he didn't know this young man.

"I'm sorry if I didn't know okay? What's the big deal about it?" Jin responded light-heartedly.

"What's the big deal? Not knowing who is Christian Lancaster is like not knowing that Android is better than iPhone. Not only are you untitled, you're a commoner, a disgrace, and you're also retarded! Maybe we should call you a Nomad since you don't know about the happenings of the world. How did you even become a student?" Another student scoff at Jin.

Christian left the classroom silently leaving Jin continuously bombarded with sharp words which are mostly discrimination. Jin was immune to their words since he had suffered worse than being teased, he was tortured for years that words of hate didn't affect him anymore unless they include physical violence, Jin wouldn't be so triggered but he still didn't like listening to them so Jin stood up and left the classroom.

A student slid his leg on the path where Jin was walking and attempted to make Jin trip and fall on the flight of stairs but as his leg make contact with Jin's, a cracking sound could be heard from his leg as he screamed out of his lungs.

"Ouuugghhh..." The student's leg had been snapped as he tried to moan loudly but in his surprise, his voice didn't get out even his mouth didn't open, it's as if he had been shut up by an invisible force. His body didn't even move to and he maintained his dull composure, just sitting on the chair normally.

Jin had used his mana to shut his mouth and body that made him freeze like a statue and his eyes were twitching yet all his body was screaming in pain. Nobody noticed his leg had been snapped since he looked normal. Jin stared at him with his deep brown eyes and used [Mana communication].

"Be quiet if you don't want to die."

Jin sneaked a salve of healing potion and splash it around the student's leg and quickly left.

**********

Jin left the classroom walked to a wide pathway filled with students. As he leisurely walk, he could see the gazes of the students avert on him, with the look of disgust and hate.

"How is a commoner in the royal class?"

"He bribed an examiner to put him on royal class."

"Ugh, that's just embarrassing, he's staining the reputation of the royal academy."

"He should know where he truly belongs, the shit academy."

"If I was him, I'd kill myself."

Jin continued to walk leisurely as he listened to the gossips of the students. Jin remained calm face but in the back of his head, he was raging in anger.

'Discrimination in this academy is higher than its education. Are these students not taught the Values Subject? I don't even know if the teachers are trying or not, they're probably just waiting for their payroll. Fuck, I really wanna blow some steam off.'

Jin gritted his teeth and walked away. He soon arrived at the canteen where food and drinks were served. The canteen was the size of a medium supermarket, and on one side was where the food and drinks were served and on the other side was where the tables were placed. The canteen was crowded with students and there were very limited seats available.

He walked around to check some of the foods served and he could find classifications of food based on cultures of different countries. It was very diverse and Jin found it impressive, Jin went to a stall which was labeled Mexico, the line was relatively shorter than the other stalls so Jin lined up to try some Mexican food.

"One taco, and Avocado shake." A student said.

The chef then heated a large taco and made an avocado shake which he placed on a tray and gave to the student.

"That'll be 1 silver coin." The chef said and the student gave him a silver coin.

Next was Jin, Jin looked at the food but the chef stared at him in annoyance.

"Hurry up and don't waste my time kid." The chef bluntly said to Jin.

"Then I'll have a taco and mango shake."

Jin replied.

The chef responded and heated a medium taco and a mango shake that wasn't even properly crushed in the shake that Jin could see stones of ice on the shake which he felt grave irritation about but didn't show it.

"That'll be 2 silver coins." The chef said and showed Jin a smug.

"What? You gave me a small taco, a half-assed mango shake and you asking me for 2 silver coins when that student just now got bigger and better ones for just 1 silver coin?" Jin frustratingly replied.

"That student was Baron titled while you don't even have any badge. How can I show courtesy to a commoner? I'd be made fun of! I'm already giving you what you want out of kindness when in reality, I would've not given you anything. Try the other stalls and I'm sure they won't give you any service. You're already lucky I'm a kind man so pay up."

"Sigh, fine." Jin was already hungry and didn't want to start commotion so he paid up 2 silver coins and walked away with the tray of food. He looked around for a vacant spot and found one but was gathered with students.

"Don't mind if I sit with you guys." Jin sat down on the seat but as soon as Jin placed his food on the table, the students looked at him in disgust and left with their food.

"Eh? Okay?" Now there was a huge space all for him so he wasn't offended by their actions but was quite glad. He munched on the taco and was satisfied with the taste.

"Although it's quite expensive, it's still tasty as fuck." Jin savored the taco only to feel uncomfortable as the students around were constantly looking at him.

'Stop looking at me assholes.' Jin wanted to hurry up with his food and leave the canteen when suddenly, Jin heard a loud voice that alerted everyone's attention away from him.

"Ah! The seniors are here!"

A student cheered. Immediately, everyone stood and crowd around the seniors who entered the canteen.

"Oh my god! It's the leaders of The 3rd division and 2nd division! Even the leader of Tokyo Ravagers is here!"

"Wait, how are they together? Aren't they hostile to the 3rd division?"

"This is gonna go viral! Hey, lead a path for them to walk."

The student crowding around formed a path wide enough for the three to pass and as they look around the canteen wandering as if they were searching for someone.

"Who are you looking for Seniors?" Lance had personally attended them as he was a huge fan of the three despite being in the 1st division.

"Have you seen a tall guy, black hair, brown eyes, and somewhat very attractive?" Cole asked Lance in a detailed manner.

"Pardon? There's a lot of guys that match up with that features." Lance showed a questionable expression.

"Okay then, have you seen a student who has no badge and looks like a pushover?" Jae Dong-Soo asked.

"Oh! That shameless student! Believe it or not but we're classmates, I feel so irritated when he's around and he's such a sore in the eyes. I should know his place and I just want him dead, no, I'll kill him myself." Lance said with no contempt and as the three listened to his words, their face turned grim.

"Watch what you say young lad if you don't want me to pull your tongue off." Cole pointed his staff at Lance who reacted in fear and confusion.

"Oh, I'm sorry. I didn't know you dislike that topic." Lance backed away and lowered his head down.

"Just tell me where he is if you don't want to beat to pulp," Jaa son said as he cracked his knuckles.

"Gulp! I don't know." Lance replied shakingly.

(I'm here at the table in front of the Mexico stall.)

Jin sent a Mana communication to them which they immediately responded as they went to his location.

The students followed the three and wondered where they were going including Lance, Christian, and many other elite first-year students.

Their curiosity quickly exploded as they found the three leaders sitting on a circular table each sitting on each side.

"Nice to meet you again, great leader." The three leaders greeted Jin by bowing in unison which shock the whole crowd as they were too stunned to speak.

"I said don't call me that. What did I say about not calling myself a leader? Now you're calling me Great Leader? You're causing a wild commotion now and my plan of laying low has failed."

Jin simply smiled as he felt good with the students' reactions.
