Reborn

It was really dark, only a black field covered me all this time.

I don't even know where I am, but I do remember what happened to me before this scene appeared.

I was hit really hard multiple times, maybe this is afterlife? Maybe I'll meet a kind god that will accomplish my wishes....

Nah, I don't think so. I started walking randomly in a a direction, it's not like it could get worse, and if this is truly afterlife, why is it so dull?

After walking around a little bit I could notice a ... white tunnel in the distance? so, I started walking towards it, I don't know how much time has passed, but I could feel I was not getting nearer the tunnel.

Suddenly, I started feeling tremors all over the place, I started looking around, looking for the origin of the tremors, but I couldn't see anything in the dark field that covered all my senses.

After looking again In the tunnel direction, I could see it was getting nearer, even though I was not moving. After some time, the white tunnel was right in front of me.

A desire appeared inside me to know what was at the other side of the tunnel, but I stayed still.

There were conflicting thoughts in my mind. Even though I wanted to know what was in the other side, there was something telling me to get away from the tunnel....

After some time thinking, there was this sudden desire to sleep, so I did, and it was the most comfortable sleeping I had in a while.

After waking up, I realized I wasn't In that dark environment anymore, but a big room with white walls, moving a little bit, I noticed I was in a bed with white sheets, definitely an hospital room.

There were some white curtains blocking my sight

I was still kind of dizzy, but I could hear:

— Ms. Lim, the boy you brought is stabilizing now, he could wake up at any moment right now. Don't you want to meet him before going?. — A woman's voice said.

— There's no need. The little guy does not know me, nor do I know him. I did this because any person would do it. Couldn't you contact his parents?

It's not like I could do anything else, it seems I was heavily sedated, because the dizziness wasn't going soon.

Suddenly the door opened, and Yuri noona got in while carrying a big tray. she came closer, put the tray on the bed by my side. Then she helped me get In a seating position. Afterwards, got Into the bathroom and got out with a plastic spoon on her hand, put it on top of the tray and then sat on the bed next to me.

I looked at the tray, it looked like rice with maybe beans? I don't really recognize the food but it looked delicious. I tried to take the spoon but Yuri noona beat me to it and put a lot of food in it.

— You're still a bit weak, so let me do it for you. Say aah....

As she said this, before noticing, tears started pouring out... I couldn't stop them, nor I wanted to stop them...

And while my tears were flowing, she just maintained her smile filled with kindness looking directly at me waiting for me to eat.....
