"WHY!?" Ezekiel shouted, seeing a person who sacrificed herself for him, her tears trickling down her cheeks, to the cold, hard floor, smiling as she looked at them for one last time, before her she died. "WHY DO YOU HAVE TO KILL HER!?"
"Simple" He replied, throwing the body away to the sides, feeling the flesh of a deceased as it is slowly removed from his arm, a bit of blood still dripping to his hands. "The contract is complete"
"HOW DARE YOU!" He answered, running in a full sprint towards Avilius, summoning a sword to his hands, raising it up and feeling numb, from feeling the sword to the coldness of the place, as he only focused on one thing, revenge.
Avilius grabbed the sword he's holding, and shattered it into pieces. He then grabbed Ezekiel by the neck, suffocating him, and brought him outside to another room.
Evan ran towards him, only to be stopped by one of Avilius's subordinates.
"Not so fast" He said, punching Evan down to the ground. He didn't know where he came from, or how he didn't sense him. All he knew is the pain of hitting hard concrete, making him gasp in pain, as his body ached from the solid blow.
"EZEKIEL!!!!" He shouted, as his head suddenly come close to the ground, feeling a hand forcing him from behind, the subordinate. He punched him harder now in the back of his head, wanting to make Evan faint and stop shouting.
"Shut up" He spoke coldly, as he punched him over and over again, the crater getting wider and deeper by every blow.
"Seriously" Avilius answered, still gripping Ezekiel much more harder this time, while he tried to breath, only to feel so much pain in his neck, feeling his adam's apple getting crushed from the grip.
Avilius walked to another room, leaving all of his lackeys to the other room to find some privacy, wanting to have a one on one talk with Ezekiel before he killed him.
"Do whatever you want with the child" He said, not even looking back and continue to walk to the exit, closing the door behind him, bringing Ezekiel with him.
"Really" The subordinate said, stomping Evan using his shoe, making him feel the rough, hard concrete even more. "I had big expectations from you".
He raised him up from the ground, gripping him from his neck to sloely suffocate him to death.
"But I guess no one can really match....."
"You really are an arrogant bunch" Evan replied, managing to speak even with him suffocating and the pain from his neck and lungs.
"What are you saying you....." He threw him down to the ground, as a spear stabbed his stomach, after he left his guard down after he thought he had already won.
"Seriously" Evan said, wiping a bit of dirt in his head, face and clothes. Still standing even if his whole body screamed in pain. "Look what you did to my black suit".
"How.....can you still.....stand up?" The subordinate manage to say, pulling out the spear in his stomach and putting his hand to it to stop the bleeding, trying to ease the pain a little.
"Comparing to how Marco stabbing me with every weapon he could after defeating me" He wiped the remaining dirt, before walking to him with cold eyes. He gripped his hair so much, that he felt his head is gonna tore apart. "Its nothing"
For the first time of that subordinate's life, never did he saw something this scary in his whole life. Even with every possessed body targeting him in all directions, he didn't even flinched.
For the first time...
He wanted to beg for his life...
Sadly, he couldn't...
As he was already dead before he tried...
>:T
"Wake up" Avilius said, throwing Ezekiel down to the ground, then kicking him until he hit a nearby wall. He gasped for air and stared in front of him. He saw a guy still wearing full white clothes from top to bottom, while he threw his fedora away to the side, and started to walk to him.
He barely stood up, summoning two daggers at both his hands and gripped it harder, feeling the hard steel hilt making a mark. His rage towards the man reached his breaking point...
Only wanting for to see this guy dead.
"I see I snapped a nerve" The guy stopped inches before him, waiting for Ezekiel to make a move. "Attack, and let me test your mettle"
"AHHHHHH" He screamed, charging with only anger making his body move from the pain, wanting to get his revenge for Castriel, even if he betrayed him.
He dodged from left to right, making a fool out of Ezekiel for even trying to challenge him to a fight.
"WHAT?" He mocked him, making his rage burned brighter. "IS THAT ALL YOU'VE GOT?"
Ezekiel screamed again, this time tears trickled down his eyes, remembering how utterly worthless he is, powerless enough to protect anybody. Nevertheless, he still charged, wanting to atleast die fighting with honor.
Avilius dodged again from the right, making him trip down while attacking, hitting the floor face down.
"Is this really the one I taught all those years ago?"
"WHY?" He shouted, wiping the tears on his eyes. "WHY DID YOU BETRAY US?". He took his sword and stood up, going on the aggresive again even after knowing he won't ever stand a chance against him.
This time, Avilius summoned something to his hand, a long katana shining against the moon's glow. His graphite Chronos revealing itself to his right arm, the timer colored in a state gray.

"You wouldn't understand, even if I told you" He readied his katana, gripping its hilt tightly as the tip is inches from the ground, looking down to not see his apprentice's face.
"I WOULD UNDERSTAND...." He said, before he was kicked into the wall, with many stabs piercing his whole body all at one, bleeding everywhere and fainting from the intense pain.
Avilius wiped the blood stain , before unsheating his katana back to its Shirasaya.
"You wouldn't know" He looked up to the dark ceiling, reflecting on the actions he did all these years, all for the final moment of achieving revenge towards the Reige family. Years of plotting, waiting for a chance, an opening, to strike the royalty down to its core.
"Knowing your curse" He looked down again at the battered body of Ezekiel, now full of wounds, bleeding a lot by the pool of blood forming around him. "The Reige family will never gave birth to a male successor again".
"You've got that wrong" Someone said, her voice echoing all arounf the room. "Since the Reige men are quite the stubborn fellows, not giving up even in a hopeless situation".
"Who's there!?" He asked, looking around the room to search for the person talking, only realizing that there's no one here to begin with, as he sense nothing.
"Just look at the boy's body in front of you" The voice said again, this time, making him think twice of his senses, and maybe there'a actually somebody here. Following the voice's advice, he looked again to see where the boy is, realizing there is no body to begin with, only a pool of blood remained as proof that he had beat the boy. Or so he thought.
"Once they put their hearts into something"
Avilius blocked his right, feeling an ominous aura forming up all around him, something full of hatred, despair, and self loathing.
"They see it...."
He turned his back, to see a boy, who knew it is unconscious, seeing that his eyes were pure white and his teeth gritting until a bit of blood dripped from accidentally bitting his lips. The stabs from the katana still remain embedded all over his body, except there is something different. Something that could change the tide of the entire battle.
The boy has been equipped with red gauntlets shielding his hands, and red armor starting from his feet to his legs, supporting as the foundation of strength for movement if ever he needed it. He gripped a normal sword to his hands, holding it tighter through his gauntlet.
"....Come through"
"So" He said, trying to hold in his laughter inside him. "You're saying that just because he got a bit of armor and a new sword means that.....". He dodged the attack by blocking it using his katana, its tip aiming down from the sudden attack, as he didn't see nor sense him that he will suddenly charge.
And the sword...
He didn't felt anything so strong like this, the weight of it felt like it was devouring him whole. If it wasn't for his insticts, he would've already died from that single attack just now, getting sliced in half.
He saw before him, is the incarnation of rage from the countless people sacrificing their lives for Ezekiel, making sure he won't ever die.
He screamed an animalistic roar, like a tiger wanting to defeat its foe so much, that it led him to getting consumed by the anger he felt for so long.
He mercilessly attacked over and over again, while Avilius barely blocked or dodge his attacks anymore, unable to adjust and adapt to his opponents attack.
Avilius gradually tired himself from the countless, fruitless attempts of trying to beat Ezekiel, until he finally made a mistake, which put him at death's door, the sword only inches at his throat, before it got stopped by someone, someone he thought that was already dead.
"Oy!" Evan spoke, gripping the sword from Ezekiel, his hand shaking a bit from the tremendous strength Ezekiel has at the moment.
"How...." Avilius stuttered a bit, shaking in fear after almost getting killed by the one he mocked. "How did you stop something I can't?"
"Heard the voice around you?"
"What?"
"That's Ezekiel's sister, giving me a bit of a boost so that I can stop his raging bull of a brother before he kills somebody and regrets it".
"Thank goodness...."
"But that doesn't mean I won't kill you too"
"What?" He last answered, before he felt suffocating from Evan's tight grip to his neck, making sure that he won't ever let go.
A blue screen showed up at Evan's sight, seeing a message he thought he once saw before, making him
==================================
Welcome!
Do you wish to take *Opponent's* remaining and accumulated time?
■ Yes ■ No
==================================
"Yes" He answered, slowly absorbing the time Avilius has, making him suffer a pain that outranks any kind. If he had any words, anything that he can use at all to describe his suffering, it would felt your soul getting sucked out, forcibly leaving its physcial shell. He felt his insides getting scrambled and pulled out, his heart beating fastly, the blood flowing freely to the outside. His brain getting torn apart as his nerves cried out in mercy, telling for the pain to stop at once. Still, he managed to talk.
"Please..." He said, trying to hold back and beg for his life. "I....Can't....Die....Yet...."
"What do you mean?" Evan asked, his last words piqued his interest as he made him suffer twofolds than last time. Avilius screamed in pain but continued on.
"My.....Family....." He pointed towards the unconscious Ezekiel, his lifeforce deteriorating, his eyes turning white. "His.....Reige.....Fault..."
"Well" Evan said, letting go of the grip on his neck, freeing Avilius that barely manage to stay alive, gasping for air as he thought it was the last. "I don't know who's side I'll go with"
Avilius gripped his neck, remembeing the pain he survived just now, then looked at Evan again with fear on his eyes. Fearing his life that might be taken away by a second.
"What do you want?" He begged, trying to get Evan on his side at all costs, no matter what he's wishes might be. "Power? Fame? Fortune? Wish and it shall be granted....."
"I only want Ezekiel's story, nothing more" Evan replied coldly, thinking if he should let the guy live after the atrocities he has committed for all his life.
"Ezekiel's story....." Avilius pondered, sitting cross legged against the cold, concrete floor. He ignored the pain taking over his body, and focused only on the boy behind Evan, the person who wasn't involved in any sins his father did, yet he took revenge on him, making him suffer, to think that he would pierce the old man's heart. The massacre he knew that day, on that special mission alone.
"Don't....." Someone groaned, crawling over to them and raising his hand in mercy. "Don't....Tell....Him...."
"S***" Evan cursed, as he didn't want Ezekiel to know that he's been trying to get any information about him, after they met since the Scorpix incident. However, he never heard anything about him, nor any people that is involved with him. The only ones he knew were Pierre and Miranna, but even then, do they only talk that he's a prince, and nothing more.
"Please..." He manage to crawl to Avilius's side, begging him not to tell anything about his family history "I'll....Promise....To....Avenge....Them" He pointed his hand towards Evan, even if he's whole body bled and ached, the blood trail behind where he crawled still left a proof of the battle they did. Even then, he never cared.
Avilius realized afterwards, that he made a mistake. He mistook the boy like his father, never really caring if they were different at all. Only he could see, is the spitting image of the person who killed everyone.
Evan looked at what's happening, seeing that the red gauntlets, boots, and sword that Ezekiel had, were all gone. He only saw a boy, begging to a guy who tried to kill him, telling that he shouldn't disclose any information about his family, at the cost of doing anything, anything to keep him shut.
"Alright, alright" Evan answered, walking up to the two who were heavily wounded, carrying Ezekiel using his shoulders while he left Avilius on the ground, pondering on what just happened. He looked at Ezekiel and saw a pure boy, a light who shouldn't be tainted, unlike him. He grinned at him to lift up the heavy mood. "I won't barge into your personal life". He looked back to Avilius, glaring at him and turning his head back.
"I can't, and won't ever forgive the things you've done this day" Avilius shivered in fear, knowing the fate that awaits him. "And wish that the boy beside me will always be there to bring me down" He stopped in his tracks, nearing the exit.
"Or else you won't ever see the light of day again" He closed the door, calling Pierre and Zach to come over to their side and pick up Miranna. He also has been very anxious all this time, knowing the message he will deliver in Ezekiel's stead, and how would Zach react to what he hears, knowing that the killer is still not dead.
He continued to walk, continued to call, not wavering in his decision of not killing him. But then, he remembered something that he couldn't control.
And that would be the tampering of time...
He immediately, and carefully dropped Ezekiel to the floor, and hurriedly ran towards the room. Only to see Avilius already dead on the floor, crying for failing to get his goal, his revenge against the Reige family. His Chronos and timer all black, indicating that the user has past away.
Evan looked away as he moved towards Miranna, walking past Avilius and carried her to the door. Before he manage to do so, a compilation of memories strucked him, remembering everything that happened, even if it is not his. He knew the pain, the suffering, the regrets Avilius had.
Remembering the massacre of his family from thirty years ago.
Before he passed out...
