Outside

"You have to promise mom you are going to be safe," Rae said with teary eyes. Owen had a stern face but anyone could tell it was forced. "Son you must remember to never let anyone bully you alright. A man must never be stepped on by others." Owen was oozing with heroism when he said that.

The trio walks towards the entrance of the village and along the way many of the villagers. Lenin didn't really know most of them as he never really had much interaction with them. Soon almost the whole village was gathered at the entrance sending away the little monster.

Fredid walked over to lenin and said "You must be careful of the outside world. People only respect the strong and the weak is always bullied. With your strength, you will be fine but you mustn't let your guard down. Once you face trouble just show them the token. alright?"

"I understand grandpa" Lenin listen carefully since he knew Fredid was more knowledgeable about the world than him. He used to travel around when he was younger and learned the customs of the world.

Lenin embraced the crying Rea one more time and said his farewell to his parents. "Mom, Dad, I promise I'll visit as much as I can. I will definitely bring home a beautiful daughter-in-law"

"You little bastard! Look at you thinking about marriage already. Your not even a man yet." Owen berated him but immediately shuts up when Rea glared at him.

"Of course my son will bring home an outstanding daughter-in-law. Look at how handsome he looks nothing like you, you big bull"

Even though they knew this day was coming it was still sad once the day actually arrived.

Lenin started walking down the dirt path that would lead him to a new adventure in life. This was his first time leaving the village from this entrance. He would usually take the back entrance which leads into the forest. After walking a little, a giant shadow appears in front of him.

The dark shadow turns out to be a 4-meter tall wolf. It had a fearsome aura that was comparable to the big lizard that nearly killed him back then. This giant wolf didn't show any hostility instead it lowered its head and allowed Lenin to mount it.

"Come on boy, let's go," Lenin said as he patted the wolf's head. As if understanding Lenin the wolf started running down the dirt road.

Soon they came out of the forest and in front of them laid a seemingly endless stretch of grassland. According to Fredid at the end of this road, he was supposed to reach a city called Sarce City. This city was one of the border cities under the Evergreen Royal Family.

Lenin took one last look at the Desolate Beast Forest and among the trees, he could see several giant shadows. They were undoubtedly the demonic beasts he had befriended over the years. 'they must also be sad to see me go'

"I'll definitely come back to see you guys" lenin shouted as he waved his hand biding farewell.

In the trees, the several demonic beasts watched Lenin disappeared into the horizon. Suddenly one of the beasts howled into the sky and the rest followed. one might think they were doing this out of sadness but only pure bliss could be seen on their faces.

How could they not be happy? They were mighty kings of their area feared by myriads of creatures. This all lasted until this despicable human came and pummeled them to sorry states. Then this human even had the gall to call it 'sparing'. It wasn't even a one-time thing they were beaten up every now and then.

Amongst them, the giant ape was the happiest. Not only was he beaten he was ordered around by this little despicable human. His status as a mighty beast was turned into a luggage carrier by this tiny human. Now he was finally gone and he prayed that the human won't come back.

The despicable little human was currently enjoying the ride as he sat on the back of the wolf. Lenin was very excited about the future. Just as he was daydreaming he heard a commotion in front of him.

"You scums of the Valir family should know your place." A domineering voice of a man rang out.

"Scums?! You rats how dare you block our way" immediately an angry voice follows.

Upon first glance, lenin knew exactly what was happening. He saw two groups of people with weapons drawn as they face each other on a crossroads. Leading them were two men on one side was a muscular man and on the other side, it was a more skinny man. Lenin could feel qi from all of them meaning they were all cultivators.

"oh boy," Lenin muttered under his breath.
