19 Thief! Stop Running!
Helix growled at her before his paws made his way to his sleep brother on the bed. He hopped on and cuddle with him. While his eyes stared at Angelica, as if asking her how he was.
Angelica gave a soft smile before sitting the bed with them. She stroked Harry's fur as he was sleeping, "Don't worry about your brother. He'll be fine when he wakes up but he'll still need to drink some medicine and take lots of rest."
Getting up she told Helix, "I'm heading out to get some food I'll be back shortly. Then I'm going out again so take care ok?"
"Woof!" Helix woofed to her and saw her walk out the door leaving him with his sleeping brother.
Angelica was walked downstairs and looked around at the inn. It had a bar counter serving food and people mingling around while talking about the day. She looked around and saw an empty table near the window facing outside and decided to sit their.
Soon a old lady came to her with a big smile before speaking to her, "My! My! You must be the girl my husband talked about! I'm Halie Jon, the wife of that Ricky, over there!" She pointed to the man serving dishes of food and was moving around laughing and talking to customers in cheering mood.
Angelica smiled at her and got up and bow before introducing, "Hello Mrs. Jon. I'm An and thanks you for having me!"
Halie laughed and gave her a sweet smile, "The pleasure is all mine. I must say your quite the lovely lady and beautiful too!"
"Thank you" Angelica blushed a bit. Even she was a bit narcissists towards herself and her beauty.
"Now, now you must be hungry here I'll take your order and these are the things our small inn has to offer" she pulled out a small paper and gave it Angelica and waited for her to answer her.
Angelica study the food on the list before telling her order to Halie. Halie walked away with the order and she waited around for her meal and two others for the wolves.
She looked out the window and saw the bus street.
When she woke up it was already 6 in the evening. That means she slept for 10 hours before waking up. Smirked at her mess up sleeping routine and found that the longer the poison last the way more messed up days are to come.
She really needs to find a cure. Right now she doesn't have any ingredients to fix it and she tried to rush herself back to the Witch Forest, but then both hers and Harry's conditions deteriorated from the small battle.
She sighed and let her thought run around in that pretty head of hers.
People in the tavern looked at. She was a stunning beauty! Beautiful face and body to die for! That silver hair was uncommon in town, so it brought a lot of attention to Angelica, she remained oblivious to their stares.
But along with those stares came a malice gazed that never seemed to leave her, yet she didn't notice.
Halie soon came around with three dishes at her table. She looked at the food and couldn't help but gulp from its smell. It smelled so amazing!! She dug right into the food and finished it fast. She called over Halie and pulled out a gold coin and gave it to Halie and walked towards her room with the two plates.
The amount startled Halie and she quickly looked at Ricky asking for help and then explained what happened to him and told her it's best to keep it.
"What a kind girl. It's been awhile since I saw such a gentle person." She remarked and looked at the staircase before returning back to work.
Angelica came to her room and saw that both wolves were awake sitting on the bed. She came over and out to plates of steak on the table and turned to the wolves.
"I'm going out now so eat up and take care. I'll put up a barrier blocking the door after I leave. If you need anything use the water mirror and communicate with me. Now then, bye bye!" She said and left the door and sealed it so no one can walk in but and could only be broken if they break in the outside or open it from the inside.
She walked out of the inn and headed out into the busy street. It had the festive aura around the people as many enthusiastically looked around at the stalls and shops selling food and items.
She walked around in wonder as she study the many people many on the street. They were having fun. She couldn't help but feel her mood lift up a bit too as she looked at stalls with excitement.
Some stalls sold clothes with nice colours, while another stall sold jewelry such as rings and pendants. She even wanted to by some of them so she can modify them to her liking.
She felt for her pouch in her hips and felt stunned.
'What? IT'S GONE?!! I just had it, whet did it go?!!' She looked around for her white pouch and finally saw it.
What the hell?! She got robbed without even knowing!
She didn't think much into it and chased after the man without stopping. Her eyes never left the man's back as he ran away from her.
"This son of a bitch! Does he really think that I'll let him go?" She murmured, "WHY THE HELL DON'T YOU STOP RUNNING??!!!" She yelled while running through the busy crowd.
Many people looked at them and gave way. They didn't stop them or tried it help Angelica, since they where stunned by seeing her.
"YOU JERK! STOP RUNNING!!" She yelled one more time at the thief.
'This is going nowhere, I might as well used some magic to end it quickly'
"Swift Wind" She casted and felt her feet become lighter and faster.
She dashed through the crowd never letting her sight off the man. She saw him run past someone who was blocking her without hesitation she jumped into the air and stepped on his shoulder to kick the thief down, landing perfect.
