His arms no longer can move they were cursed by the enemy. His could no longer feel pain so even if had cut on his arm he couldn't feel it. Lifting, touching, holding.
He could no longer preform them.
That's why he was ashamed of showing it to his Teacher.
He tried his best to act like it was okay. As first of all he was excited to see her after 21 years. He had so many things to say and share. He even shifted the topic to her.
"Teacher, why are you here? Weren't you at the Forest?" He was referring to the witch forest as she told them that she lived there.
"Uh-Huh, I was there recently but now I'm traveling." She said and looked Felix's neck catching the black wound.
'He still so naive.' She inwardly grumble as the boy in front of her shifted topics to her and she patiently answered him.
She stopped and gazed down to his arms.
"Pulled our your arm." She commanded. Pin drop silence vibrated around the room. The sound of their breathing was even loud.
Felix froze and even Fea when was by the side froze. He looked at them both hesitantly and then look at Ivan for help since he couldn't do anything.
But Ivan only shook his head in denial. This was something they needed to solve and an outsider like him should respect it.
Feeling his throat dry Felix smiled at her. "What's wrong Teacher? Why are you so serious? Anyway like I was saying-"
But who knew-
Angelica grabbed his suit sleeve and teared it apart to see the whole curse wound. She used magic and the same things happened in the other sleeve tearing it into shreds.
"Felix, your to naive. Even though your magic has definitely reached to the point you can hide it form me. You shouldn't underestimate who I am." She said.
She looked at the the completely black arms and sadness washed over her. She touched the black markings slowly and felt her heartbreak seeing such a deadly curse fall in such a lovely child.
"Prince, throw that green glass." She asked Ivan who was by the side. She stuck out her hand towards him.
Ivan gave the glass and stood by the observe what she would do. Soon a flash a light surrounded the group as Angelica study the piece.
She looked through the piece and was startled to the point of disbelief. She read the runes that displayed itself on the glass and felt her heart drop.
This was beyond cruel.
"Chain magic... if I were to disable the magic right now then the other two will blow up." She said shockingly.
"But if I don't disable it or find the caster than your life will forever be in the hands of the devil. This magic... no one should ever use it. But who knew that this forbidden magic would be used once again... this marks are moving."
"Ivan... you said the curse was affecting three people right?"
"Yes." Ivan sallowed at her expression.
Dread. Something she had never shown to them.
"Five years... why didn't you call me!!!" Is this necklace for show?!" She grabbed the necklace that Felix hid in his shirt.
"Why didn't you call me??! And where's Cathal!?! Huh?! Why did he tell me anything?!? Didn't I say that those crystals can teleport me to your location no matter how far I was?!! Why?!?" She yelled.
Felix stay quite as he couldn't answer it.
"You idiots!! What force have you faced that you were cursed by a Rogue Witch?! But first of all where is Cathal?! Don't tell me he left you here like this?! While he went to mess around again?!"
"Cathal's not here, Princess." Ivan said.
Angelica let go of Felix and fell back and sat on the ground in defeat.
"Princess!!" Ivan called out seeing her fall down. He grabbed her shoulder and helped her sit up. But he froze seeing her expression.
Big fat tears fell out of her eyes as she looked at Felix with pain.
"Why didn't you call me?" She asked Felix as her tears fall down.
They all watched her cry tears that fell out endlessly like a water fall.
Felix looked at his Teacher who's tears never stopped. He quietly kneeled and softly explained.
"You said you needed to break your magic seals. That's why we didn't disturb you. Cathal told us not to bother you."
"Did you really think I would be bothered by that?!" She raged.
Felix gulped and his his face away from her and awkwardly said, "No, you would never. But.. we just decided that we'll fix this ourselves."
Angelica tear ducts didn't stop and she slowly said to them.
"I taught you magic and taught you how to fight with it. And in return I got three amazing students. But do you really believe that hiding it from me would make anything better?"
She hid things. Everyone hid things. But when you do hide them you never know how others would feel and vice versa.
"You three kids... I'll make sure that once I see you all three well and healthy, I'll throw you into the Magma Zone." She said and got up dragging Ivan with her.
She held onto his wrist and didn't forget his earlier word.
'Cathal's not here.'
She stopped at a random place to the gigantic mansion. Letting go of his wrist she turned around and faced him.
"Ivan... the story that Lance spoke about. I want to hear it one more time from your lips. Make sure to tell me everything about it."
