85 Dangerous Game

It was like she was stuck in a daze but mentally slapped herself out of it seeing his teasing face. Without any hesitation, she punched Ivan in the gut make the man pale as a sheet and stumble back.

Ivan looked at her dark face with a pissed off smile and knew that he took it to far this time. He straightened up and wanted explain to her that he was sorry and want to tease her but he was cut off by the cold stare.

"Heh. Bold of you to think I wouldn't punch you. I suddenly feel like I need a new specimen and I guess I finally found a new way to test it out." She gave a wicked smile.

Ivan who was playing around and trying to apologize didn't know whether to laugh or cry at this situation he made.

He really shouldn't have pushed her too far.

"Don't move or my hand would slip and do something bad to you." She warned and snapped her fingers when her fan suddenly appeared.

She unfolded it and looked at him with a sinister look that was in a mood to play and attack him any moment that he moved.

"Your strong but so am I. I think running away is quite easy don't you say?" Her eyes made crescents and saw the changes in his face after she mentioned running away.

"Princess you think I can't catch you?" Ivan asked her.

"Hmm. I think you can't if I was serious about it. I'm a bit angry today, I wonder if I should make it harder for you to find me? But I feel like your teasing has gone to far. I would have killed you by now if it wasn't for my grandmother warnings." She hissed and got up to walked towards him.

Ivan froze seeing her poke chest and then slowly and teasing move it up to his chin. It slowly caressed his chin making a shudder of thrill go down his back as his golden eyes narrowed down onto her seductive blue ones.

"Your not the only man I've kissed, just to be clear. But certainly you are the only man who audacity is high as the sky Duke Constantine, to take advantage of me many times." She watched his eyes become dangerously dark with something. "How about this..."

"Find me before the end of the day and you can have whatever you want from me." She watched him frown.

"No I don't want that." He said seriously with his golden eyes blazing down on her.

Angelica eyes who were dead serious, looked at him with confusion.

"I don't just want you for your body but for the persons you are. Angelica I want you heart and love. How about this if I find you before midnight, you become my fiancée?"

Angelica who was playing a dangerous game froze hearing his words. "F-fiancée?!" She gasped and immediately asked, "W-why fiancée?! Are you out to you mind?!"

Ivan darkly smiled and lean down with his face almost touching hers. Angelica refuse to be at a disadvantage and continue to look back at him provokingly.

"By being my fiancée I can have permission to ward away unnecessary men and have rights as your man to do so. I also have an opportunity to date you and show you what love is. Your scared of it but I promise it not as bad as you see it. Love come in different forms and is special for each person." He said. "That why I'll show you my way of loving."

Angelica's eyes moved for a slight moment. Before it calmly reverted back to its normal calm eyes. She moved her hand away from his chest and suddenly disappeared.

Ivan who was frozen, only remembered her eyes that looked like they were in pain and showing helplessness, before she suddenly disappeared.

Why are you scared of love? He asked her yesterday that same question. He got an answer but why is she still hesitant?

Ivan shook off his thoughts and decided it was time to catch the Princess who suddenly disappeared. But first he wanted to meet a few people before he left.

Angelica had swiftly made her way to Lance's house where Wolves were staying at. They seem to love the guy so she didn't mind them staying there.

Angelica hopped off her staff and pushed open the study room, to find Helix looking at some books without noticing her arrival.

She stepped into the place and smiled seeing the young boy engrossed in the book.

"Helix." She called out making the boy snap out of his reading and look at her with surprise. He got up and ran to Angelica with a smile.

"Master! Why didn't you tell me when you where about to arrive?"

"I just came. You seem to be having fun.." she smiled and crouched to meet his eyes.

Angelica hesitated but she decided to ask anyway, "Helix, do you and Harry like this place?" She said.

Helix nodded and gave a smile, "I do like this place, I have learn a lot from you master but I want to learn more. Harry on the other hand has learned many fighting skills here, I think he likes it too." He said.

Angelica patted his head, "Do you still have your anklet?"

"Of course I still have it on." He said and stretched his leg out to show her.

"I'm gonna make some changes so just stay still."

Angelica suddenly chanted something and the metal lit up. She manipulated the formula and was almost done the procedure when Harry walked in.

He was surprised and happy to see there master. But she was concentrating on something so he stay quite and Waite for her to finish.

"Harry, look at you! You've finally learn your transformation magic." She said seeing his human form body. "Come here, I haven't seen you both in a long time. Let's have a chat before I go for my errand."

The three spent sometime together before Angelica felt a threatening presence. She looked at the door and saw a pink hair lady come in and was surprised by seeing her.

"Princess! What are you doing here!" Alina came over to greet her.

"I've come for you. Are you busy today, Alina?" Angelica asked and watched the woman become surprised.

"I'm free. What's up?" Alina asked in confusion.

Angelica gave her a mischievous smile.

"We're going out to play in the town. Let's go you three." She said making them only stare at each other before going along with her.

Angelica had teleported them into a alleyway and had them changed their appearances to simply commoner clothes. Angelica manipulate her eyes and hair to pink, just like Alina.

"Now we look like twins. Let's go have fun today. Oh but before that," Angelica touched her earring and made sure that it was completely messed up so their location couldn't be found. "We don't want any followers today let's go."

Angelica hooked her arms with Alina as the walked out of the alley with the two kids behind her. They three of them walked onto the busy streets of City Gold. Angelica and the tow boys hadn't explored at all and left all the navigation around o Alina who kindly explained it them about the places they were going to.

The food stalls had caught the attention of the two boys and Angelica and Alina generously paid for the food and also had light snacks as they travelled.

"Alina why are you staring at me? Am I caught?" She asked with giggle seeing that the girl looked at her sometimes with something on her mind.

"An, did something happen? Your heart seems bothered and afraid is something. Is there something wrong?" Alina asked worriedly.

Angelica laughed and suddenly felt that she was a bit obvious. The little girl found her out from the start but didn't ask. She was a kind one.

"I'm afraid of someone. He's chasing me and cornering me but I escaped some how. He said he love me but I told him I can't love because I'm scared of it." Angelica said as they walked.

The two boys were running ahead of them but she wasn't worried about them getting lost since their strong.

Alina smiled and looked Angelica with a kind look, "What made you afraid of love?"

Angelica looked at the glass window where glasswork was being displayed. She looked at her reflection and only saw the woman of the past that was her.

"I afraid that if it's to sweet it'll kill me. I'm not a good person and I believe love is only for those who've done good in life."

"I see. What is love in your words?" Alina asked and facing Angelica. Angelica didn't look at he through instead she stare at the glass window.

"Love is something good people can have. Since I've killed more than I help I don't think I deserve that. I can like a person but I can't love them completely. That why I don't believe in love."

"Do you think that the man who said he loves you will hurt you?" Alina asked.
