Chapter 11 (Waterfall Of Memories)

"Whoa!" I whispered.

"This was your favorite place," Ascelin said. I look around the beautiful scenery before me, it was a waterfall hidden behind a cliff we was standing on. The waterfall was crystal like-blue and magical. It was swishing over the rocks joyfully. The waterfall was raining down into the pool like a gigantic water spout. When it toppled into the ecstasy-pool, it foamed it at the bottom. The rest of the pool was as clear as a cellophane, where I was enable to see down into the rocky bottom. Fronds of forest-green plants waved gently in the depths. The waterfall looked like a sheet of blue velour as it swished down. Its edges were hemmed with whipped-white lines. Creatures was walking, crawling, and flying around the beautiful scenery and I couldn't help but smile.

"It's beautiful," I whispered wanting to go closer, "can we go closer?"

"Of course," Ascelin said grabbing my hand and jumped off the cliffs. We land on the ground below softly and I feel like my heart was in my stomach, "are you good?"

"No, you should have warned me," I said holding his arm and he smiled down at me.

"I'm sorry," he said placing his hand on my cheek, the world stop as I look until his eyes when he touch me. His deep red-pool eyes look down at me so lovingly that I feel like I was drowning. I just can't imagine someone making me feel like this and I'm fine with it, damn, I'm becoming soft.

I broke away from him turning around and walk over to the bed of the waterfall. The sound as the water hit the big rocks underneath the waterfall was slightly soothing. I bend down at the bank looking at my reflection in the water before placing my hand in the water.

"Huhhhh...." I gasped before things...memories start coming to me at once. They all was of Ascelin and I, they where coming through my mind fast as I saw them.

When I first met Ascelin when I was little, I don't know how old was I, but Ascelin is a little older than me. Then I see me running after Ascelin trying to catch him with a smile on face. Then it skip through time until I was a older after my parents die and I was living with my adopted parents.

(Flashback)

"Ascelin!" I gasped when I see Ascelin appeared in front of my mirror. I was sitting at my makeup station whipping of my face so I could get ready for bed. I just came back from my brother birthday dinner.

"Hey beautiful," Ascelin said walking towards me and I smiled.

"You're back, I really miss you," I said getting up to hug him. He left for some business of some sort a few weeks ago and now he's finally back. Ascelin didn't say a word, he just bend down and kissed my lips.

"Uhm," I moaned kissing him back.

"I want to show you something," Ascelin said when he pulled away.

"Ok," I mumbled turning around to grab my robe and place it around me. Ascelin then grabbed both of my hands and told me to close my eyes.

"Open them," he said and I opened them to see the most beautiful scenery in front of me.

It was the waterfall, this must be the first time he took me here.

"It's beautiful!" I whispered.

(Flashback Ends)

That flashback cut off and now I start seeing little bits of Ascelin and I relationship, and slowly I start to remember all of it even when we...oh my gosh.

(Flashback)

..."Are you lusting for me, Rose?" Ascelin smirked laying in my bed looking sexy as hell with his shirt off. We just came back from a walk in the park and I decided that he was going to stay over but I'm starting to regret that because dirty thoughts was flowing through my mind.

"Can you tell?"

"Your heartbeat is beating a mile a minute, and your sweating..." he mumbled coming in front of me whipping my beaded sweat coming down my forehead, "...nervously. You don't have to be nervous around me, Rose, you know that I will never hurt you."

"Never," I whispered placing my arms around his neck. I trust Ascelin with my life, I know he wouldn't hurt me. What I'm nervous about is that he doesn't love me and want me the way I do, I am just a human. What would a vampire want with someone like me? Blood, if it was that he would have taking it a long time ago.

"I don't want your blood, Rose," Ascelin mumbled running his hand down my face, "I want all of you, you are mine, Noelia Rose; and I'm going to protect you and make sure you're safe from danger, even if you have to forget about me. I love you, Rose."

"I never want to forget you, I love you!" I said kissing his lips passionately, my hands run down his tone back down to his waist before pulling him close to me, "please have me."

"You're mine, Rose, and I will protect you," Ascelin plead, mostly to himself. I looked up at him curiously wondering what he mean by that, but before I could think to much I was laying on my bed with Ascelin on top of me.

"Are you not scared that I may not be able to contain myself for your blood? I know I said I wouldn't but sex bring out the urge for blood." Ascelin asked kissing my neck, I felt his fangs rubbing against my skin and I gasped.

"I trust you, no matter what," I mumbled.

"Hmm," Ascelin said before kissing me and that's when I knew it was going to happen and I couldn't back out now.....

The scene of him and I together just played in my head like a movie as I start to remember everything with him, specially that night. I remember it being magical, everything Ascelin did take took my breath away to the point of realization that this wasn't just sex, Ascelin was making love to me. He was able to control his urge of not sinking his teeth even when he want too, which made him love me harder. It seems like that night couldn't be better until I woke up the next morning.

(Back to reality)

"...hhhh" I gasped shaking my head coming back to reality. I look down at my hand in the water.

"Rose?"

Ascelin!

I quickly get up on my feet and turned to him, "I remember!"
