Growing and learning in Business

It's been quite a while since I start writing again. Business seems to grow and a steady pace and I've learnt a lot from other like minded business owner on marketing and making sales. When your business gets bigger this is the time when your mind is on consistently thinking of new ways to make your sales. You start to think global and how to get your product out to other parts of the world. But before that you will have to capture your local market first. If you are only supplying to small shops and you have done quite good enough. Now this is the time to go for the supermarket and bigger outlets to promote your products. Why do I say that? Well very simple if you have captured a big share of your local market then you can make use these sales figures and achievements as your testimonial. It will be easier when you want to spread your products to other countries of your choice. Try to handover day to day tasks to your employees and let the business run without you getting involved in the day to day operations. Your job now is to monitor sales and target your new market outside of your local market. Meaning you have to learn to get out of your comfort zone and start to rethink new strategies to improve your business network and sales. You might have visited a country that you will want to go again. So if your local business is not on auto mode how can you go out explore these countries for business and of course take that we'll deserved holiday trip with your spouse. Make use of your achievements on local ground as testimonials when you do your business presentation.
