A day at the amusement park

Xue Er gave him a side eye look. He suddenly took out the necklace, "You don't want this anymore????" Xue Er furiously sighed, "yes, I'm free." "I can't hear you," as he teases her. "I said I'M FREE!" She rolled her eyes and suddenly a loud voice screamed at them. "SHUT UP!! DON'T YOU KNOW HOW LATE IT IS ALREADY," as Wei Wei storms inside. "Sorry sis," as she exited the room, Xue Er saw Zhi Chen laughing. "It's funny right?," and she threw a rock back at him, and hit his head. "GOOD NIGHT!," and she closes the window.

The following morning, Xue Er barged into Wei Wei's room, "SIS, WAKE UP!" Throwing the clothes she brought with her onto Wei Wei's face who was still sleeping, "Does this shirt match this or this with this?!" Wei Wei forcefully moved the clothes off her face and reached for Xue Er's neck as she stood up, and irritated yelled, "BAI XUE ER, DO YOU KNOW WHAT DAY TODAY IS?! WHY CAN'T YOU WAKE UP LIKE THIS ON YOUR OWN DURING YOUR SCHOOL DAYS?!" Xue Er holds onto her waist, desperately answers, "THIS IS IMPORTANT!!"

Wei Wei lifted her eye mask and randomly picked a piece of clothing by her and threw it back at her, "Go now." Xue Er happily left her room, "You're the BEST!" After she finished dressing up, she stood by the window looking over Zhi Chen's. By the time he opened his curtain, he freaked out, and threw a piece of acorn over to her, "Are you a Yūrei??! What's with the mood around you?" Xue Er tries to control her anger, "ha.ha...a japanese ghost?..." Zhi Chen mistakenly ruined the mood and tried to lift her spirits up and said, "Head out now."

"Why do I even have to listen to you," as Xue Er mumbles to herself and leaves the house. "So, where are we going today?" as Xue Er sees Zhi Chen standing in front of her house. "You'll see when we get there. Don't worry I won't sell you away," seeing her worried face makes him laugh. As Zhi Chen got inside the driver seat, he saw Xue Er hesitating. He rolled down the window, "You're waiting for me to carry you in?" Xue Er shook her head, "then get in." Xue Er opened the passenger seat and sat down. "Seat belt please." Xue Er didn't have time to react and Zhi Chen scoops over, and helped her buckle the seat belt. "Uhmm, thank you."

They didn't talk much since it wasn't a long ride. "We're here," as Zhi Chen pulled over. Xue Er took a peek outside and saw so many kids. "The amusement park?" Zhi Chen nodded, "my best buddy Ah Hao and his girlfriend will be with us today too. They invited me over, but I didn't want to be the third wheel." "So, you drag me into this???" Zhi Chen looked at her smiling and nodded. After leaving the car, they met up with Ah Hao and his girlfriend. "Hey bro, is that your girlfriend?" Zhi Chen looks at Xue Er, "Her? Who knows." There was an awkward silence, "Well let's start the day with riding the tallest roller coaster." As they ran off, Xue Er stood there with her face white and pale. "Let's go," as Zhi Chen asked her politely. Xue Er didn't respond. "Are you scared?" as he looks at her.

She gulped, "...no, let's go." giving him a smile. As she started to catch up to the couple, Zhi Chen pulled her by the arm and said, " Meet you guys up for lunch later," and went off with Xue Er.

"What do you want to ride?" he asked while looking for a ride that will suit her. She stopped and stared at the Ferris Wheel. He leaned on her shoulder, "What are you looking at?" as he looked at the direction she was staring at, "You want to play with guns?" Zhi Chen grinned, and took her hands, "Let me show you my skills." as they walked to the booth. "COME HERE, COME ALL!! TEST YOUR SKILLS! 5$ FOR 10 SHOTS. COME TRY!" " WOULD YOU LIKE TO TRY?" pointing the mic at Zhi Chen. "SURE!" and glances over at Xue Er with a smirk, "Watch and learn."

With the third shot, he was able to knock down the biggest bear. Xue Er was so hyped up and went to hug Zhi Chen in excitement, "O.M.G!! You got that HUGEE BEAR!!" Seeing how hyped up she was, he went and asked for another round but Xue Er stopped him, "One is enough" as she carried the huge bear behind her back. Looking around for another game, she slowly got tired, and told Zhi Chen, "You hold it," lifting its paw.

Zhi Chen stares down at her, "I could, but you're gonna own me another favor." Xue Er sees his sneaky face,"actually,my arms aren't tired anymore," and starts walking. Zhi Chen looked at her and couldn't help, but laugh. "WOWWW, THAT'S A VERY HUGE TEDDY BEAR," as Ah Hao's girlfriend exclaimed. "I want one too, baby," as she looks at Ah Hao desperately. Xue Er couldn't help,but seeing how sweet they are makes her smile.

After lunch, Ah Hao and his girlfriend left them to win that big teddy bear. Zhi Chen and Xue Er just walked around the amusement park since they just finished eating. "Can you give back my necklace to me now?" as Xue Er stops him from the middle of walking. Zhi Chen looks at her, "Look, it's ice-cream. Let's go get some." As he walks off, "of course.." she sighed and walked over to him. "What flavor do you want?" "I don't want any." Zhi Chen stares at her, "are you sure? I won't share any of mine." Xue Er wasn't listening to him, but was gazing somewhere else. "Isn't that nice?" Zhi Chen followed her gaze and saw a group of kids taking pictures with a polar bear. Zhi Chen saw how Xue Er is smiling like a child and couldn't help, but tease her, "You want to go and take one too?" Xue Er looks at Zhi Chen, "Well, uhmm…" "Well, what are you waiting for. Let's go," dragging Xue Er on her wrist with one hand and the other holding his ice cream.

As their turn was coming, Zhi Chen told Xue Er to pass her bear over. She gave him a suspicious look, and questioned, "Why?"

"Relax, I'm not pulling any string here. I'll carry it while you take a picture with that polar bear," he claimed. She looks behind her and sees only kids on the line, and blurts out, "You're taking it with me." "HA- I don't do these." Zhi Chen said, rejecting the offer. "Then I won't take it too." "What?-But we are already on line?!" not understanding what she's thinking. She stood there pouting, "Let's leave then."

One of the workers announced, "The following group can go take a picture with Ruby Bear." Zhi Chen looked at the worker who was guiding them to the polar bear and at Xue Er, he gave up and said, "Fine… let's go take it." Xue Er's face lit up, and shouted, "Let's go!"

"OKAY, You guys ready? Mr. Boyfriend, please smile at the camera." Xue Er turned to him, "Smile." He looked at her and couldn't help but think he got tricked. "1,2, RUBY." Handing the film to them, the worker commented, "You two look good together." Xue Er straight out said," AH, no you have mistaken he's not my boyfriend." while taking the film. Zhi Chen took the Stuff bear's paw and used it to slap Xue Er's face, "Oops, my bad. Let's go find the couple now."
