Chapter Thirty-Three
Suddenly three raptors were charging towards me!
I hurriedly shot my Tranq Arrow loaded onto my crossbow and as luck would have it the Tranq arrow struck one of the three raptors in the head.
The raptor fell to the ground asleep while the two other raptors continued their charge.
I put the Crossbow away into my inventory and hurriedly pulled out my metal pike.
But before I could raise the metal pike the two raptors pounced.
BAM
They crashed into my body and we went tumbling down the forest floor.
[A/N: they are on a hill]
Once we hit the bottom of the hill I quickly got up and stabbed one of the Raptors in the head with the metal pike, killing it.
But before I could kill the other Raptor it got up and pounced on me.
It knocked away my Metal pike and left me without a weapon fighting against it.
The raptor clawed my chitin armor and left deep scars in the armor.
Luckily it has not clawed deep enough to reach my body...
I punched, grabbed, and kicked in an attempt to get it off of me.
After a dozen minutes of fighting the Raptor fell unconscious while I had barely 25% of my max HP and now broken armor.
Now that I had two unconscious raptors it was time to tame them both.
I pulled the raptor that I knocked out first with the Tranq arrow to the raptor I knocked unconscious through a fight and began to feed them in their sleep.
[A/N: Unlike the game, I will be adding some features that I feel should be in the game, like moving dinosaurs while they are knocked out and having the player lose his weapon in a fight, as well as you don't take damage until your armor breaks or unless you get struck were the armor does not protect]
Soon an hour passed and I now had two Raptors which were luckily both male and female.
I smiled and had the Raptors follow me back to the Starter Base.
Once I reached camp I asked if we should begin moving our base to a better spot and I got nods of confirmation from all of my morning customers.
"Okay! Then let's clean this place up and head west along the beach!" I told the customers.
[A/N: They should be around Lat 78 and Lon 35 on the Island Map]
[A/N: Also the map's size is extended by 4 times the size, so the normal time to walk to a destination would take four times as long]
So walking along the beach were 20 people, 50 Dilos, and two raptors!

We walked for dozens of minutes before finding a location I deemed as perfect due to its position on the river and its easy to defend.
[A/N: 79 LAT and 26 LON, I don't really know how to explain the location, if any of you have been there before on the game please help]
What I remember about this place was that it was near the red obelisk, a river, a large forest, and right at the center of the rock formation was a Survivor's note!
If I remember correctly it's a note from Helena, the biologist.
We climbed up the hill and I told everyone that this would be our new home.
I walked over to the metal box that contained the note and opened it.
"What's that?" Jack asked.
"This is the signature box that contains a note from Helena, across the island their are dozens of boxes like this that hold a note from Helena," I told the young prince.
"Who's Helena?" Jack asked.
"She's a biologist from before the arrival of the tribes on the island," I told the young prince.
"So there were groups of people on the island before the arrival of the new tribes but they all disappeared?" Jack asked.
"Also, what's a Biologist?" Jack asked unfamiliar with the term.
"That's right before this Generation of tribes the previous generation mysteriously disappeared and left behind only notes, and once all notes have been collected then the secrets to their disappearance will be revealed!" I told the curious young prince.
"Also, a biologist is a person who studies the mysteries of life including things that have long since been lost in time throughout 'this' universe," I told him.
"Studies Life? So they are like Alchemists and Beast Tamers?" Jack asked.
"That's right, but a biologist's knowledge and skills are far past the skills of our generation," I told Jack honestly.
I wasn't necessarily wrong, people have long since forgotten about Cells, Atoms, and many more branches of science.
Society has truly devolved compared to Earth.
"Hmm...Is it possible to study the way of the Biologist?" the young prince asked.
"Maybe someday," I told him.
Who knows? I may be able to get informational games in the future.
Once everyone got the XP boost the note gave, I let Jack have the note and I walked over to a corner of the rock formation that I would build my house, workshop, and dino pen.
I had the Stone Buildings engram and wood buildings engram so my side of the base would obviously look better compared to the Wooden buildings they could build.
I created a few Large Storage Boxes and started gathering the materials needed to create my home.
I also had the two new raptors join Dina and her pack while they hunted for more meat.
Once I collected enough materials to build my home I first created a feeding trough and a water reservoir connected to the river below through stone pipes then build a stone wall around my part of my base to provide security and privacy and built a Stone Dinosaur Gateway to allow me and my tames to come in and out.
Once I did that I began creating the stone foundation of my home.
I built a 6x20 stone foundation and began working on the frame of my house.
I built my walls with wood and had the walls supported by stone pillars, once I created the first floor which held the frame of my workshop, kitchen, living room, and dining room I began working on my second floor.
On my second floor, I created the frame of a storage room, bedroom, guest bedroom, and bathroom.
Once I was done with that I started creating my sloped wooden roof.
I added windows, then lighting then worked on the decoration of my home.
And before I knew it once I was done with my home my morning customer's time ended and I reached level 50!
[A/N: do remember the map is 4x bigger so everything else is bigger as well]
