Chapter 21 Taking my Mother's Title

After the TRI-PACK training session and before Alice left, she had a few things to finish. She did something no one saw coming.

As Alpha Queen, I hear by strip you of your title as the Alpha of the Ying-Yang Moon pack. I said

You have no right to remove me as Alpha. said my mother.

I have every right. I said

Mother. You have tried to force Luna duties on me, all the while knowing I was the future Alpha of our pack. I said 

Alice I . . . .

No, you never let me train, knowing that every wolf, every species is to train. Grandfather and Father trained me. You tried to force me to be the mate of someone who wasn't my mate or mates. You have tried to control every moment, every movement of my life. I finally had enough on my birthday. Expect for meeting my MATES, which made my birthday better. This would have been the worst one. 

Alice. . . . Robert kept saying you were his second chance mate since you were five, having you doing Luna duties only seemed right.

I WAS FIVE ! !. My voice boomed across the training grounds. Everyone showed their necks, as a sign of submission to me, since i outranked them, (my mother tried to fight the submission, but failed 

" Alice. " Bear and Foxx said in unison hugging me.

I calmed instantly.

Mother, what did he do to you?. I asked her (realizing my mother was never the type of person to agree wither others so easily. It wasn't her nature) 

He. . . He. . . . She broke down and began crying 

I walked over to her and touched her arm, my father was holding her in a stand up position

I had a vision, going back to the very first meeting my mother had with Robert. What i saw made me even angrier than before. Not only did he try to force my mother to make me his mate/wife, but my mother miscarried, not once but four different times after she had had me. I let her arm go.

He's a murder. I whispered

He's a serial murder. I said a little louder

We know. said Bear

We saw what you saw. said Foxx hugging me tightly

I took a deep breathe, nodded to the guys. they let me go. i stepped toward my mother

Mother- You are no longer Alpha or Luna of our pack. I will allow you to be a normal member of the pack, until further decisions are made. ( pause - pause) Father take her home.

" Yes, my Alpha." He said with a smile and left

" GUARDS !." My voice boomed

Four guards showed up a few seconds later and bowed

Take Alpha Robert and his Beta of the Black Moon Pack to the Alpha's castle n put them in the lowest dungeon level. they are to have breakfast and dinner very day with water. that is the only time a guards is to have any interaction with them. they are to be separated, one at far right and the other at the far left. Am I understood. I said

" Yes, Alpha. " They all said and removed Robert and his Beta.

I turned back to the Black Moon Pack, can the Gamma come forward. i asked

The young boy from before spoke We don't have a gamma anymore either. He said

Why Not ?. I asked

Everyone looked at ech other, but never spoke.

Let me guess the Alpha killed them. I stated

The boy nodded with tears in his eyes.

" Your Parents." I said softly

( Pause )

The Gamma position was given to my father even though it should have been my mothers. she was the previous Gamma's daughter. Alpha said "NO" to her becoming the Gamma, so my father took the position in her place.

What happened. I asked

Our Alpha was telling your mother that you were his second chance mate, He had the Beta and Gamma hold her in place, then He punched her in the stomach, which caused her to miscarry her second child. He had the Gamma take her to the pack doctor, and order my mother to clean -up ( everything ). You were about five when this happened.

What happened next?. asked Bear through clenched teeth.( I touched his arm, I could feel his anger)

My mother knew it was a fetus, she kept it as proof, she even put a note with the date on it

Do you still have them?. I asked

Yes. all four of them. said the boy

Our Alpha kept making the same offer every two years, Your mother kept refusing to give you to our Alpha. I guess Alpha could smell she was pregnant cause that's the only time he would hit her and caused her to miscarry. My mother was always in charge of the clean -up. In which she always kept everything. After the fourth forced miscarriage, the doctor told your mother that she would never be able to have anymore children. After that she agreed.

What happened to your parents?. asked Foxx

My father tried to meet with your grandfather to tell him what was going on, Our Alpha caught him and killed him, he then killed my mother. I was six. So, he let me live.

Where's the Beta's mate? Asked Bear

" DEAD! " Said a young man of nineteen.

Alpha killed her. said the boy

Why? I asked 

For not protecting the Luna. said the nineteen-year-old.

What's your name? 

" Mathis. " ma'am.

[This young man had brown hair, green eyes, (a scar down the left side of his face all the way to his right collar bone. It looked like someone had tried to kill him.) height 5'9" weighting about 200 lbs. (all muscle)

I had seen them a few times before at training sessions.

How? I asked (knowing it was what I was already thinking.)

We were under attack. The Beta's mate was told to protect the Luna. Luna was in the safe room. no one should have been able to get in or out unless the Luna or Alpha opened it. said Mathis

By the time Alpha and Beta had returned, the safe room had been opened, the Luna was dead, Beta's mate was badly injured

by alive. T hat's when the Alpha killed her. He didn't ask any question just killed her.

What did your Beta do? asked Foxx

Nothing. It all happened within seconds of their return. said Mathis

Did any of your pack members get a funeral, a proper send off. I asked

No, they were put in coffins and then put in the giant ice cellar.

Ice Cellar? I asked

Alpha had a giant freezer built, so we could store more meat for banquets and celebrations. Giant ice blocks are kept in there to help keep everything frozen. said the young boy

Did anyone perform an investigation? Asked Foxx

No, Alpha dropped everything and started going after you, Ms. Alice. said Mathis

Did your Luna ever cheat on the Alpha. I asked

Not as far as any of us knew. She was never allowed to be alone. she was forced to have someone bath her. said the young boy

How do you . . . .

My Mother was the one forced to be in there with her. He said

Did any of the she-wolves ever train or practice fighting skills. Asked Bear

No, she-wolves were not allowed to fight or train. said Mathis

Why not?

We do not know. Our Alpha told us no females was allowed to train; any female caught training were to be killed on the spot. no questioned asked. said Mathis

Okay, Everyone from Pearl Moon and my pack head on home. Could the pearl Moon pack Beta come here please.

A gentleman about thirty walked up and bowed

Give this to your Alpha. Have him call me. Also let everyone with you know that what was said here today. is top secret. they are not to say a word to anyone, not even their families.

" Yes, Alpha. He said and left

As they left, he was telling everyone to keep quiet about today's session and events. That it was just a normal training session, they all agreed.

Black Moon Pack started to leave

Black Moon, you are to remain here

Sit and relax for a few moments.

I walked over to where Bear and Foxx were. we quietly discussed a new temporary Alpha, Beta, and Gamma. I spoke

How should we determine who becomes what? Foxx asked

we narrowed it down to just nine people, we split them into groups of three and we each train one of the groups. out of the three we choose one. We'll speak separately, when we were done. I'll announce who we have chosen. 

[ Robert and his Beta are to be stripped of their titles once we get finished here.] I mind- linked

[ Their punishment will be much harsher. said Foxx]

[ Your mother needs a harsh punishment as well. said Bear]

[ I agree with you both, but later. I said]

[ Back to the Black Moon Pack issue.]

Do you have any warriors at your pack house? I asked

No, no one stayed. Robert brought every- male over twelve years old here. said Mathis

[ Greg have ten warriors sent to the Black Moon Pack's pack house. Bear mind-linked]

[ Yes sir. said Greg]

That's been taken care of. said Bear

How many she-wolves, pups, and elder have been left unguarded. I asked

No one answered too ashamed to answer.

Single file, one straight line. NOW! said Foxx 

Robert brought about one hundred wolves. from what I'm seeing he had brought all the male wolves from the pack. (I sighted deeply and let it out)

Anyone under thirteen please step to the grass n sit. I said

Sixteen kids step out of the crowd n sat on the grass. Which left eighty-four

I would like anyone over sixty to sit on the grass as well please, you have already served, and should treated with the upmost respect. Please enjoy some much-needed rest.

thirty-four people left the crowd and sat on the grass.

Anyone over fifty sit as well.

Fifteen more people sat down

That left nineteen people.

Anyone fourteen and under please sit. please gamma's son please stay.

after everything that left nine people. three people each now.

 How? Foxx asked amazed

How-what? I asked

Nothing. He said back

Mathis how old are you?

Nineteen almost twenty Ma'am.

Ok, go stand with Alpha Piscal

Yes Ma'am. He said and moved

Young man since you're the Gamma's son, please go stand with Saber.

Yes Ma'am. said Tony walking toward Foxx

One stood about 6'3, weighted about three hundred lbs. (all muscle) with blue eyes and reddish hair. 

Sir with the reddish hair, what's your name?

Eric Ma'am.

Ok, thank you, go stand next to Mathis.

Yes Ma'am. He said

Okay, I see that there are six left, could you all line-up according to age. please

Everyone shuffled around.
