Li Yifeng felt like he was making things difficult to himself. Why should he curse the Goddess and make levelling up hard?! He should just shower her with praise and decrease the Goddess's Anger Skill Rank so he can level up quickly.
Deducting Negative Points from him... He doesn't give a fuck if he could raise his level. The skills he has now are extremely good and he should focus on ranking them up.
Of course, he will try to get Negative Points without making the Goddess too angry. If he could achieve this he would be killing two birds with one stone.
"Where should I go now?" Thought Li Yifeng. This world was foreign to him and his knowledge about it is extremely limited. So, he should at first learn about the world he lives in now.
"Okay, I will wander around until I stumble upon a city. There, I would learn about the world." Said Li Yifeng as he continued walking.
While walking, he stumbled upon a group of 10 Orcs.

Li Yifeng took out the Blood Sword and rushed toward the Orcs. Nearly all of his skills at E Rank except for the Black Flame Skill. So he planned to use these Orcs to level it up.
The Magic Strengthening Skill increased the power of the black flames he creates. Before he could only create a fist-sized flame. Now, it was double the size and the damage became stronger.
Still, he needed three strikes with the Black Flame to kill a single Orc. Well, that satisfied Li Yifeng as he will use the skill multiple times.
The difference in levels was quite big and Li Yifeng was like a wolf surrounded by a pack of sheep. The Orcs could only run away from this demon who suddenly started attacking them. But, how could Li Yifeng let them escape? One by one, he killed the Orcs without mercy. And after killing the 6th Orc, he received a notification.

Li Yifeng was excited and cast the Black Flame at the 7th Orc. The Black Flame was bigger by one fold and when it touched the Orc's body, it covered half of its body and quickly burnt it. Li Yifeng couldn't but be surprised by the Strength of the Black Flame.
While being surprised by his Black Flames, the remaining Orcs escaped. Li Yifeng looked at the escaping Orcs and his eyes brightened.
"Right! How couldn't I think about?"
He opened the Store and Looked for skills that could restrain the enemies. And he found the perfect skill.

When the host cast this skill, it creates a one meters area of Darkness Element that restain anyone stepping on it for one minute. If the opponent was stronger than the host it will only slow him. But, if the difference is too big the opponent will resist the skill.

Li Yifeng nodded in satisfaction as he bought the Hell Chains Skill. He could be considered a well-rounded in all aspects.
Now, he should look for a city. Thankfully, he saw a carriage not far from. He rushed toward the carriage.
"Stop! Or we attack!" A group of people jumped off the carriage and pointed their weapons at Li Yifeng.
"Why are you acting like this? I just want to ask a question! Where is the closest city to us?" Said Li Yifeng.
"Walk for three days in this direction and you will reach the Golden Horn City." Said the Leader of the group.
Li Yifeng nodded and inspected the groups' levels. Most of at Level 30. He left without thanking them which resulted in him earning 1500 Negative Points.
Li Yifeng smiled as he headed toward the Golden Horn City. With his level and Stats, he reduced the duration from 3 days to a day and a half. Of course, he killed all the monsters he stumbled upon. Most were at Level 20- 30 which only made him level up once.
Seeing the city, Li Yifeng quickened his pace and reached the city's gate. But, he was stopped by the two guards guarding the gate
"Pay the entrance fee. One gold coin for each person" said one the guard at the right.
"If you don't have coins piss off!" Said the guard on the left.
Li Yifeng stared at the two and saw that their levels were at 30! He smiled gently and patted two guards shoulders. The two guards' faces changed after feeling the force behind Li Yifeng's hands.
"Haha... We were joking! Can't you take a joke?" Said the guard in the left.
"Oh, really? Then, It was nice meeting you two!" Said Li Yifeng as he patted their shoulders one more time before entering the city. The two guards wiped the sweat on their faces and stared at Li Yifeng who entered the city.
"I think we should stop imposing fees on newcomers," said the guard on the right. The second guard nodded.
"Oh, right! I have forgotten something important!"
Li Yifeng's voice sounded behind the two guards which caused their bodies to stiffen. They turned around to see him looking at them with a cold smile.
"I am in dire need of money. And I think you two are good persons who help those at need."

The two guards smiled bitterly and handed him a pouch filled with coins. They usually bully newcomers and force them to pay money to enter the city. Now, they are going to be robbed by this teen. This is their mistake for not choosing their target very well.
Li Yifeng smiled happily as he received the pouch and 1600 Negative Points from the two guards. He left the guards alone and walked around the city. First, he wanted to eat something. He was quite puzzled by the fact that he didn't get hungry or thirsty during his stay in the Silver Moon Forest. Maybe it is because of him being a Demon? Or because of his high stats? Well, he didn't care.
He went to the nearest restaurant and ordered a meal. While he was eating, he heard something.
"Another person disappeared yesterday... This marks the 10th person! What are the guards are doing?".
"What can you expect from them when the City Governor is a useless hedonistic young man who only knows how to how to play around with women!"

Li Yifeng was surprised by the sudden mission of the system. And he couldn't help but feel apprehension from this mission.
Why would the system ask him to help this city? Weird... But, he will gain 10000 Negative Points! This was truly tempting to Li Yifeng. He would be able to buy both the Body and Magic Strengthening Potions from the store with the mission's reward plus the negative points he already has.
Li Yifeng decided on accepting the mission and quickly finished his meal before leaving the host. He activated the Camouflage Skill and started following the guards. He wanted to hear the results of their investigation.
Sadly, after following more than 5 guards, he didn't gain any useful information about the cases of disappearance.
"This is extremely bizarre!" Thought Li Yifeng as he followed more guards for a full day. But, the results were the same.
"The only useful information I got is that most of the cases are adventurers men who are at Level 30 to 40."
Li Yifeng narrowed his eyes as he thought of a few possibilities. One, A demon is hunting the adventurers. But, this is highly unlikely to be the case as the guards would be in high alert. Two, someone is kidnapping those people for unknown reasons.
"Interesting... I should ask around."
Li Yifeng went around and asked around. While walking in the city, he sensed that there is someone is following him. His eyes shone with light as this person could be the cause of the disappearance cases in Golden Horn City.
Li Yifeng turned around suddenly and dashed toward that person. His hand turned into a claw as he grabbed the cloaked person's neck.
"Who are yo... Huh?" Li Yifeng was dumbfounded when he saw that the person following him was a girl that looked around the same age as him. The girl's face was red as she tried to shake off Li Yifeng's hand. The girl was quite beautiful. You could say she was more beautiful than Cecil. But, her beauty didn't reach Princess Shea's level. And her Level is 35.
Li Yifeng was quite speechless. Most of the girls he met in this world were extremely beautiful and even the Idols in earth couldn't compare to them.
Hey! What the hell I am thinking of now? Li Yifeng, focus on the mission!
He cleared his throat and said, " Who are you and why are you following me?".

Li Yifeng decreased the strength of his grip and said " Kia, you should tell me the truth! Otherwise, you will suffer a terrible fate!".
"Whaaa... You are one of them!" Cried out Kia.

"You were trying to catch! You want to silence me!" Said Kai as a dagger appeared in her hand.
"Wait, what do you mean by silencing you? Do you know something about the disappearance of those 10 people?" Said Li Yifeng as he grabbed her hand and prevented her from attacking.

"Girl, calm down! I am an adventurer who just reached the city and the first thing I heard was the sudden disappearance of adventurers." Said Li Yifeng.
"Aren't you with the city's governor?" Asked Kia in apprehension.
"Oh, This is an interesting question!" Said Li Yifeng. He released Kia and waited for her to continue.
Kia rubbed her neck and stared at Li Yifeng.

She didn't believe that he was level 36 because of how he easily restrained her. He should be using a skill to hide his true level. This wasn't uncommon and some people enjoyed screwing over people with this way.
Also, if he was with the city's governor he would have already brought her to him.
"My brother is one of the people who disappeared. He disappeared one week ago after celebrating his achievement of reaching level 40. When I tried to search around, I was suddenly attacked by a group of guards! Thankfully, I escaped from them."
"After that, I carefully investigated the City Governor's Mansion and found something interesting. I sensed Darkness Element coming out of one of the rooms in the mansion." Said Kia.
"From the information that I gathered, I think that there is a succubus in the City Governor's Mansion who control the guards and the City's Governor." Said Kia.
"Continue, I am intrigued!" Said Li Yifeng.
Kia's lips twitched as Li Yifeng's excitement was a normal reaction. Most men who hear about a succubus near them will show such expression. Are all men that eager to have their life force get devoured by a succubus?
"That all the information I gathered," said Kia.
"My brother might be suffering from the succubus and I have to save him!".
"Suffering, I highly doubt that. Exhausted, maybe. Ecstatic, You bet."

7-Magic Strengthening Skill(E Rank): Passive skill that improves intelligence and magic output of the host.
8- Camouflage Skill (E Rank): An active skill that hid the host's presence and makes it hard to detect him.
9-Hell Chains Skill ( E Rank): An Active Skill that creates a one-meter area of darkness that restrain the opponent. The effect of the skill and duration depends on the rank and the host's level. The skill can be ranked up. Consume 50 MP and last for 30 seconds.
