Chapter 15: Anxiety, Shyness, Nervousness!!!

Well everyone is scared of something you just have to know which fears are trully fearful. Being nervous is worse then not getting over the nervousness. Everyone gets nervous but not everyone can get over being nervous. Im a shy person, I get shy very fast. When I get nervous my heart beats faster and faster and then my mind gets flooded with emptyness. I then start to get brain farts. Which is when you cant think and your mind is blank. When I talk to cute girls, it usually happens only because my mind is thinking about sex all the dam time. I also know that when I put my mind to it I'll be unstoppable. Anxiety is like a wave of confusion . I say this because when you get anxiety you get more nervous, more shy, and less outgoing and when that happens tou get confuse and mess up. This is scary because if you can't get rid of your fear of talking to someone or the fear of doing something that can change your life for the better can really damage them mentally. It sucks to be in anxiety and nervousness.

How to get over being nervous. There is one thing you can do, and it's just do it because the more mistakes you make the more you can kearn from. Know your mistakes so you have the chance to grow and learn. Being shy is what makes everyone scared and that can destroy your self esteem. When your self esteem is destroyed, it will take a long time to open up. So grow your self esteem and stop trying to be perfect because there is no such thing as perfect. Instead of focusing on perfection focus on your weak suites and then grow and master them. It will help you grow because learning and getting better at the things your bad at can help you do even better with the things your good at. This is last time I say this, being shy, nervous, and having anxiety is just a stepping stones for you to get even better .

The times I was in a nervous state.

The first time that I noticed and still remembered was when I was taking to this girl but I was stuttering so badly. This fear held onto me for a long time and still does. But I can overcome this like anyone can. There's other times where im lost in space trying to talk to this girl but im gone and not myself. Learn from my mistakes! Don't be quiet and be awkward. Talk and keep talking when you get close to her she'll be more used to you and sooner of later she'll love you. Remember when you're flirty you can feel less anxiety. But it depends on each person. I want to try new things so I can overcome my fear of stuttering.

A very good tip to stop stuttering is to talk slower.
