(AKARYUU): If you are reading this then, thanks for the comment my friend, I got to agree to you that Hinata was pretty much trash in the early parts of the anime. But you must consider this, Hinata, was born to the Hyuga clan and they have a lot of expectations to their members, now Hinata not only she was from the main branch she was also the future head of the clan. The expectations the clan had towards her was no means small and if I'm correct, she had to endure a lot of things the clan had to do to her to make her a worthy Heir to the clan. PLUS she is only two years old( only in this fanfic. ), heck! when I was two I was enjoying my childhood with no expectations whatsoever. When adults have expectations for you when you are a teen or older is not that much big of a deal, you can just say fuck it!!! but having huge expectations given to a two year old girl, bruh that some deep shit man. What can she even do man? her own father called her a disappointment how would she endure that? And I personally know how that feels. Adding that she is already too shy, that's really fucked up in my point of view. I'm not trying to rant here but I'm trying to put a bit of realism to this Fanfic.Hope you get what I'm saying. Now for the last part of your comment, there will a lot of pairing in future updates of the story even for Kuromaru, Crazy as it seems is will come true.

There was a long silence, Naruto was staring intently at Hinata's face especially her lavender coloured eyes. Hinata, noticing that her blonde hero was staring at her she blushed. " N-N-Naruto-kun, you are staring at me too much." She said shyly.

Naruto rubbed the back of his neck and laugh awkwardly, " Hehe... I can't help myself, since you're so beautiful."

" EEP!" Hinata squeaked blushing furiously.

From the distance, Himani giggled at these cute children. ' Naruto-kun, I never knew you were this smooth."

Naruto noticed the obvious blush on Hinata's face, ' I said too much again!' Naruto berated himself. ' But she's cute when she blushes.'

Even Kuromaru was looking at them with a smug face, ' Real smooth First brother, real smooth.'

" I'm sorry if I said something wierd." Naruto apologized.

" No, its not wierd. " Hinata said, not looking at Naruto. " I-I-I like it." They both blushed.

Well after that awkward and embarrassing meeting, the began to play at the park going from one park equipment to the next. Naruto even forced Kuromaru to show Hinata a trick, which he first refused but Naruto whispered to his ear that he will taste hell. Which sends shivers down his spine and he had to give a ride on his back to both Naruto and Hinata.

When evening came, Hinata fell asleep after tiring herself while chasing Naruto and was carried by her mother. Naruto and Kuromaru thank Hinami, for allowing them to play with her daughter, to which she replied that she was actually thankful for them, especially Naruto. To which Naruto was confused. Hinami gave a motherly smile to Naruto and said, " You like my daughter don't you?"

'Busted!' Kuromaru said in his mind.

It just got very awkward, " You see...eh...well...eh..." Naruto awkwardly spoke to Hinami. " Don't worry about it, I won't do anything." Naruto sighed in relief. Then she continued, "But make you protect her ok." " I will protect her with my life." Naruto declared. " Alright. I think we should go home now." she said.

" Right! Thanks again miss... eh..." Naruto said confusing what to call her.

" You can call me Hinami, ' mother-in-law' or just call me mom." Hinami said.

Naruto looked at the woman infront of him with eyes as big as dinner plates. " Mom?" Naruto mumbled. Kuromaru knew what his human brother was feeling. Naruto knew neither his Father nor his mother only information given by the orphanage that they left him. Now this lady was telling him to call her his mom. Kuromaru was glad, Naruto always believed that his parents left because of his demonic look( That what's others said. )

" Thanks... Hinami-san." Naruto said not felling ready yet to call her mother-in-law or mom.

" But before you leave, take this." Hinami said before giving him a paper bag, inside were some cinnamon buns. "Thank you Hinami-san!"Naruto and Kuromaru thanked Hinami. To which she giggled. Then they all left the park.

At nightfallat their camp, Naruto and Kuromaru were happily eating the cinnamon buns Hinami-San gave them. " Damn! No wonder Hinata-chan was crazy about them." Kuromaru mooed in agreement. Naruto was going to take another one from the bag when his hand grabbed a letter of some sort. He and Kuromaru got curious about the letter, Naruto then began to read the letter aloud since Kuromaru can't read. The contents of the letter were...

" Dear Naruto,

I hope this letter reaches you with a full stomach. Thank you for being a good friend to Hinata. I hope your relationship will grow stronger as the days passes by. I am also here to inform you that on the 27th of December or two days from now, Hinata will be celebrating her third birthday. Since you can't possibly come during the day, I'll leave Hinata's window open that night, so that you can have a talk, If you know what I mean. so prepare something that will take her breath away.

Don't get too worked up and just prepare any gift, as long as you make it by yourself, she would definitely love it.

From your future mother-in-law,

Hinami Hyuga."

Naruto could not believe what Hinami-san wrote. But now he has a more important job to take care of, that is to find a perfect gift for Hinata-chan.

" So you're gonna steal some marriage ring or something?" Kuromaru said to Naruto, to which Naruto gave him a blank stare. " You know, That sounds like a good idea." Naruto said with a hint of sarcasm. " But Hinami said that if I made something for Hinata-chan by myself, she would would be more thrilled!"

But before that, they will first sleep. When they got up the next morning, they began their quest to find a gift for Hinata, that will stay in her memories forever.
