Chapter 62

Hanabi was having a lot of fun in the academy.

She had a lot of friends, mostly girls though. She always wanted to make friends outside her clan, which made her days very fun at the academy.

She had a friendly attitude, that made her very approachable. Combine that with her innocent personality, it made her a very popular lass in the academy.

She was not like the usual Hyuga who had a huge ego, emotionless face and with no sense of humor. She being the complete opposite made her a likable girl.

'' Hey Hanabi. '' said Fumiko a civilian girl sitting infront of Hanabi getting her attention, '' I heard there will be a new student joining our class today, and I heard that it was a boy and a very cute one too. ''

'' Yeah, so. '' Hanabi was slightly confused, there was going to be a new student joining, so what's with the hype. '' So what if he's a cute boy, they all are the same to me. ''

'' Hanabi is too young for this conversation. '' Another girl sitting beside Fumiko said, her name was Yuki.

'' I'm already nine years old, and I'm already a young lady! '' Hanabi puffed her cheeks in anger, but instead of looking angry, she looked very cute instead. '' I'm angry at you, Hmph! ''

'' Don't be mad Hanabi, we are not making fun of you. '' Fumiko said to Hanabi in an attempt to calm her anger, but was struggle to hid her giggles, at the cute angry face that Hanabi was making.

'' I'm not talking to you again. '' Hanabi hmphed and turned her head away from Fumiko.

Before Fumiko and Yuki could say anything to Hanabi, Iruka entered the classroom.

'' Alright everyone settle down! '' Iruka ordered, and everyone sat on their seats in silence. They all knew he was very scary when he got mad, so they quickly obeyed.

'' I guess everyone here knows that there will be a new student joining your class. He is a year older than you all, so I hope you all will treat him well. ''

'' YES SENSEI ! '' They all said in unison.

' They will be soo disappointed when they meet him. ' Iruka thought with an amused smile. When he first met the boy, he was like '' What the fuck did that guy turned this kid into. ''

'' Alright you can come in now ! ''

As the door was slid open, in came a tall boy wearing a black sleeveless shirt and grey combat pants. His exposed arms were muscular and was riddled with scars. His fingers were dark in colour and had claws that could tear flesh like paper.

He looked very intimidating, but what made it worse was the disturbing grin plastered on his face.

'' Sup Bitches! I'm a year older than you, show me some fucking respect! '' The boy greeted them. He was the opposite of cute, and had a very colourful choice of words.

Immediately after that, he punched himself in the face.

'' What was that for?! '' The boy screamed to himself.

'' What the fuck are you doing? '' He screamed to himself.

'' I was about to introduce myself. '' He said to himself again.

'' Well you sounded like psycho delinquent. '' He said to himself again.

Everyone in the room was getting creeped out by this boy's behavior, well except for Hanabi.

Her face brightened up and gasped in surprise. '' Konohamaru-kun ! you're here ! ''

The boy now named Konohamaru looked at Hanabi with a surprised expression, '' Hanabi-chan ! ''

'' Well it seems like you two know each other. '' Iruka said with a smile.

'' Yes we do! '' Konohamaru and Hanabi said in unison. Both of them giggled at this coincidence, while

'' Why don't you introduce him to your classmates Hanabi? '' Izuka said.

Hanabi went infront of the class and stood beside Konohamaru. She was short, but he was not. Towering three heads above her, he was too tall for ten year old.

'' This is Konohamaru Sarutobi, the grandson of Lord third. '' Hanabi introduced Konohamaru with a cute smile.

Konohamaru was also smiling, but his smile was that same disturbing grin that sent shivers down their spine.

'' I knew him since I was two years old, and he is a very fun guy. '' The whole class were believing that.

' Him and fun? he looks like a insane psycho killer. '

'' He gets angry easily, '' Hanabi continued, '' loves to fight, and does not like dogs. Also he has multiple personality disorder. ''

' So he is psycho! '

'' Thanks for the introduction Hanabi, although you should not have told them about my anger issues. '' Konohamaru thanked Hanabi while patting her head.

Hanabi felt proud about her awesome introduction, and giggled when Konohamaru pats her head.

Many of the boys were jealous of Konohamaru, Hanabi was a very cute girl and was very popular with the boys, but unfortunately for them, she was not interested in boys.

'' Alright, Konohamaru I want you to sit there at the last bench with Udon, since you are the tallest here. '' Iruka pointed at the last bench.

'' You mean that bench where the kid with the glasses is sitting? '' Konohamaru asked pointing to the last bench where Udon, the civilian boy with glasses was sitting.

'' Yes. '' Iruka replied.

'' Ok. '' Konohamaru said as he went and sat beside Udon.

'' Sup bro. '' Konohamaru greeted Udon with a smile.

The receiving end of the smile, simply fainted in fear.

' What's wrong with this guy? ' Konohamaru asked Shiro.

' How would I know. ' Shiro replied.

' Konohamaru. ' Hester facepalmed, ' Next time you greet anyone, don't smile. '

' Why? ' Konohamaru asked.

' Your smile is like how a psycho killer would eye his prey. ' Hester said.

' No I don't! ' Konohamaru was refusing to believe, ' Hinami-san and Hanabi-chan said that I have a charming smile. '

' This guy is hopeless. '

Hester was tasked with a very important job by Naruto, but these two psychopaths are making his job very difficult.

[ Flashback ]

Inside the letter, the third Hokage thanked Naruto for all the hard work he had put into, to train Konohamaru. Also he wanted Konohamaru to join the academy although he was year late.

Mainly because Konohamaru wanted to become the Hokage, but you can't be Hokage if you're not a ninja. Plus he wanted Konohamaru to have friends with children closer to his age.

Naruto hated the Ninjas for a reason, and he doesn't want anyone he cares become one.

But he has plans for Konohamaru. Him becoming the Hokage would be a great boon for his future plans. But first...

'' Alright I know you two are excited about joining the Academy, '' Naruto said referring to Konohamaru and Shiro, '' but first I need you two to remember, the reason why I am allowing you to become a ninja. ''

Konohamaru and Shiro nodded in confirmation.

'' Hester. '' Naruto said, '' Since you are the most reliable among the three, I want you to make sure they don't do anything stupid. ''

'' Yes! I will do that. '' Hester.
