Chapter 68

[ With Naruto ]

As soon as the battle started, he was quickly separated from his brothers.

Holding his giant sword tightly on his right hand, he blocked an incoming attack from an enemy with an axe.

His enemy had a pig like face and a blury human body, and just like pig they looked disgusting. It pressed its axe against Naruto while making annoying squealing noise and spraying its saliva on his face.

The pig thought that it could overpower this puny human, but oh how wrong it was.

With a strong push from Naruto, it was was sent reeling backwards.

Naruto raised his sword high and with a roar, he brought it down with inhuman speed.

His enemy tried a pathetic attempt to block the incoming attack with his axe, but it underestimated Naruto's brute strength.

The deadly blade not only broke the axe, it also cleaved the one holding it as well.

Another enemy came flying towards him, it was a goblin. It was armed with a dagger and flew straight towards his neck.

Dodging it by a hair's width, Naruto created some space between them.

As the goblin landed on the ground, he immediately turned back and jumped straight towards Naruto's neck.

That was its biggest mistake.

Naruto never falls for a same trick twice. While mid air and comming straight towards him, the goblin received a brutal kick to the face.

It flipped twice before landing on the ground back first.

What happened next would traumatize it even in the after life.

Naruto stepped on its face so hard, that a few bones would surely broke, but the goblin was still alive and trying it hardest to free itself from Naruto's crushing foot.

To make it worse, Naruto began to twist his foot causing the poor goblin to spasm in pain.

Without any mercy, Naruto lifted his foot and stepped the goblin's face again, this time his stomp had enough power that it dented the ground crushing it victim's face and instantly killing it.

He was wasting time, too much time. He had killed only two enemies, and there were still thousands left.

He was currently too slow, he needs to finish his battle royale thing fast. twenty fours hours seemed like a very long time, but when there were thousands upon thousands of enemies to be killed, twenty four hours was a little too lees.

Cleaving another enemy in half, Naruto placed his giant sword back to his storage scroll and was going to fight barehanded.

Five enemies surrounded him, with spears pointing at him.

Some would say that his decision of keeping his giant sword away was a terrible idea.

But one must think logically and practically. He was more dangerous barehanded than armed.

'' ROARRRRR!!! '' behind him was a giant ogre with its gaint spiked club raised up to the sky with both hands clasped tightly on the Handle. If Naruto still had giant sword with him, he would slashed its knees, but unfortunately, he already placed his sword on the scroll.

Well that was not as logical and practical as he had thought.

Before the Ogre could do anything to Naruto, it was rammed by a black blur from its side.

The black blur was Kuromaru.

'' Brothers always have each other's back. '' Naruto calmly said as he dodged a spear thrust from a random enemy.

Forming a '' V '' with his index and middle finger, he shoved his two fingers to his attacker's eyeballs penetrating it straight to the brain.

Grabbing the face he used its corpse to defend from four spear thrust. His meat shield had four spears protruding from itself.

Grabbing the spears, he yanked them out from their wielders hands.

Forming his fingers like a spear tip, he lunged at his four attackers.

To one he pierced its throat, the next he pierced its heart, the next he pierced its face, and the last he grabbed its throat and used its body as a shield from a volley of arrows.

He ignored the above notifications, and looked at his new attacker. it was a hooded figure with a bow already pulled back and five arrows aimed at him.

Naruto threw the corpse on his hand towards the hooded archer.

The hooded archer jumped back to avoid the avoiding the corpse thrown at him.

It then looked back at Naruto, who was rushing straight towards it with his hand formed like a spear.

The Hooded archer side stepped an attack from Naruto that was aimed for its face.

Jumping away from Naruto, it pulled its bow and released five arrows at Naruto.

Five arrows struck Naruto's back, all landed on his spine. His legs gave up on him and forced him in a kneeling position.

The hooded archer, saw this chance and released another arrow and it flew and struck straight at Naruto's head.

Naruto's body dropped lifelessly on the ground.

The hooded archer waited for the Exp notification, but it never came.

He was confused at first, but he soon realised why. A bloodied hand emerged from his chest.

The Naruto he killed poofed into smoke, it was just a Shadow clone.

Naruto then slammed the hooded archer face first to the ground and to finish it off, he stomped its head to the ground. He even twisted his foot just to make sure.

'' Well this guy is dead. ''

[ You have leveled up ]

'' That's good I guess. ''

Naruto took out his giant sword out again and let the scene of the battlefield sink in.

There was Chaos everywhere,

All the creatures here, were all nothing to him more than annoying pieces of meat with a pulse.

He just want to go back home, home...back home with Hinata.

' Im just a simple guy... I return good with good and evil with a bloody and painful death. I only want to be back home with Hinata. Is that too much to ask ? '

[ With Akira and Akio ]

As soon as the Battle royale began, they jumped a few metres high and quickly morphed to their giant wolves form.

holding their weapons into their mouth, used their current most powerful combo attack.

Two Whirlwind came crashing down to the battlefield, creating a crated and any unfortunate victim of such a move was either dead or seriously injured.

'' Brother that was fun ! Lets do it again ! '' Akio beamed with joy and excitement.

'' Not now. '' Akira said, '' Besides we are straying too far away from our pack. ''

As wolves, it was deeply ingrained in their brain, that straying away from the pack would definitely lead to their demise. So they had to regroup quickly.

An orc then ran towards them. As they dodge an incoming attack from the Orc, they then rammed the orc with their modified fang over fang.

'' We need to regroup quickly! lets go! ''

'' Ok ''

Using their modified fang over fang, they decimate anyone in their path as they make their way towards Naruto.

Akira's and Akio's loyalty towards Naruto was unshakable. Strength is everything, it is what decides your position in the pack, only the strong deserves to rule.

And since both of them where born in the void, they know that only the strong survives.

To them, Naruto is the symbol of strength, an apex predator, a monster ... no ... a demon that can destroy anything that was dumb enough to cross him.

On a personal level, Naruto was someone Akira wants to become.

Strong, Loyal, Cold hearted, Merciless and most importantly, someone who will do anything to protect his loved ones.

' I am Akira, the hound of the Smiling demon, and I will not let any harm come to him or his loved ones. '

Well for Akio, Naruto is a very good guy, he gives him meat, he lets him play with many human cub friends, trains him to become stronger and most importantly he gave him a chance to cure him for the curse that haunted since he entered the Abyssal Forest.

' I am Akio, and I like First brother... and also meat... meat is very good you know. '

[ Back in Konoha ]

Standing on top of the fourth Hokage's head, where the moon brightened the night was Kakashi, leisurely reading his favourite orange book, with a perverted giggle he turned to the next page.

'' What a development, this timid girl will surely be in good hands~ '' This was the latest edition of the very famous erotic novels published by the one and only, Lord Jiraya.

The novel was about how a timid and inexperienced princess was saved from her evil family by a barbaric warrior. Once the two escaped the country, they set on a journey to a safe place where the girl's parents will never find them.

Kakashi was very interested at the development of the novel. At the previous page of his book, the two couples were travelling through a snowy hillside, where the timid girl accidentally fell into a river.

The barbaric warrior save the girl, and then took shelter in a cave. She was freezing to death, and the only way to save her was to take off her clothes and keep her warm.

As the Barbaric warrior took off her clothing, he was greeted with a surprising sight.

Despite the girl having a petite figure, she was blessed with a very bountiful pair of melons. The warrior, despite all the years of battle that hardened his willpower was completely entranced by these pair of delicious fruits that was compelling him to partake of the meal that was infront of him.

'' Who would have imagined that such a timid girl would have such a bountiful chest. Truly the shy ones are always packed with surprises. '' Kakashi spoke facts.

The barbaric warrior reached out his hand towards the girl's chest, as if his hand was attracted to them.

'' Sorry to disturb you Kakashi, but my job is done. '' Iruka called out to Kakshi, as the latter sighed in disappointment and closed his book.

'' I assume they pass your test ? '' Kakashi asked.

When Kakashi announced that his students will be taking part in the upcoming Chunin exams, Iruka was the only one who opposed of his decision.

They were still kids, and could not survive the upcoming exams. He was their teacher at the academy, and he knew them well better than anyone.

But Kakashi insisted, so Iruka decided to see it for himself, if they were ready for the the Chunin exams. He would test them, and if he found that they were not worthy, Kakashi had to removed his students from the exams.

'' Well, the did ok... especially Sasuke. '' Iruka answered.

'' Well I didn't expect any less that. '' Kakashi said, '' Well that boy can do great things, only if he can learn to work together with his teammates. ''

'' That is true... '' Iruka sighed, ''. Sakura could need a little help, but I think she will do just fine. ''

'' What about Sai? '' Kakashi's voice turned serious.

'' That boy... '' Iruka was confused on how to describe him. '' He is someone you should keep a close eye on. ''

Kakashi already expected him to say that. '' Care to explain? ''

'' That boy... when I confronted him he was calm, a little to calm, and when I tried to test his combat ability, he counter attacked and almost cut my neck. His face Kakashi... his face showed no emotions at all. ''

As Kakashi continued to listened to Iruka's discription, he had a hunched that this boy was from the Root.
