As Yamishi walked through the school gates, people gave him looks of admiration. They could all appreciate the car which he had just stepped out from. Yamishi didn't mind this as it was something which worked to his advantage. Admiration and respect were both things which Yamishi needed to have a lot of in order to proceed with certain plans.
"Yamishi, where were you? You never miss a day of school." Said a first year.
This first year was one of Yamishi's 'close friends' and was called Jin. Jin was also Yamishi's main source of gossip and school-related info. Yamishi liked to stay on top of everything including the gossip about those around him. This could help in getting an advantage over others who would try to drag him down with them. Of course, Yamishi tried to associate with everyone, but some people just weren't worth the time needed to observe them.
Yamishi put his arm around Jin and replied to his question, "Well, I had extra work to do for my job. I decided to come back for exams though."
Yamishi's friend looked surprised and turned his head to see Yamishi's face. He looked him up and down and thought to himself, 'Who could possibly appeal to Yamishi. He said he didn't want a job so that he could work on his studies. Maybe I should ask him'
Before Jin got the chance, Yamishi began to walk forward as he took his hand from around Jin's shoulders. "I don't need to study as much anymore as I've found a really well-paying job. I don't plan to stay in it forever, however, I've already got my future planned out. Come on, follow me."
The two walked into the school building, coming to a split hallway. They took the left hallway and went up to the roof. Once there the cold morning wind blew on their faces, giving them a refreshing feeling. On top of the roof was a small garden. Yamishi sat down on a bench and pointed to a seat across from him.
"Why did you bring me up here Yamishi?" Said Jin.
"I want to start a business. You're my closest friend Jin, and I want your help in creating my first business." Yamishi said as he looked out into the distance.
"Huh, why me?" Jin questioned in genuine surprise at both the fact that Yamishi planned on creating a business and even more so that Yamishi wanted him to help out.
"Although you're not the smartest kid in the school, you're definitely not dumb. I know you and I can tell that you have the right skills for this." Said Yamishi with complete honesty.
This was the truth, Yamishi really did believe that Jin had one of the best skillsets when it came to this sort of thing. Not only was he good with maths, but he also understood marketing and the nature of humans. With these two skills, a person could easily make it in the world of business.
"I'll text you tonight about the details. Until then just think about it." Yamishi said with a smile.
Yamishi had recently decided that he wished to create his own business. It wasn't particularly for the money he would get, and instead, it was for the fame he might gain. He had already decided that the company would be one which would create weapons and armour. Later he would expand his business to other product as well. This would give a massive benefit to the Kira cult if they could get their hands on top of the line gear. All he needed to do would be to begin designing something.
....
Today there would be four tests. The first being a mathematics test, second would be a physics test, third an engineering test, and finally, the fourth test would be a chemistry test. The rest of Yamishis subjects would have their tests later in the term.
As the bell rang, all the students began heading off to class. Yamishi went straight to his classroom to begin the test. 50 minutes later the class had ended and along with it the test.
"Wow, that was so difficult," said one student.
"yeah I couldn't even get to the end questions in time," said another.
Yamishi went to the teacher and handed it to him. This test was extremely easy for him and required no prior study. It was simple algebra and some quadratics.
Yamishi went back to his seat and waited for the next lesson to start.
Just like the math test, the other tests were completed fully without much effort. In fact, Yamishi had spent most of the test thinking about his new company. The day went by slowly and soon all Yamishi wanted was to go home.
Once home he could discuss in further detail his ideas to Jin. Although Yamishi only considered him as a resource, this resource was a unique one. One which you wouldn't come by often.
