Kidnapped

Finally, the head arrived.

The head of the Yuri family was currently dressed in a full black and gold suit which most likely hosted around $7,000. In other words, he looked like the family head.

As the head sat down at Misa's table, his guards distributed throughout the building so that they could more easily protect him.

Silence filled the room until the head finally spoke, "Good morning Miss, I am the head member of the Yuri family. As you probably already know I am a large supporter and a lord in the Kira cult." The head said this with absolute confidence.

"Hm, then I will introduce myself. I am the messenger of the God of Death. I have no name other than that, " said Misa as she sat up straight in her chair ready for the next few minutes of their meeting.

The family head nodded and they began discussing the information which they had already discovered. In the end, the Yuri family hadn't found much and Yamishi had indeed made further progress than anyone.

The discussion continued in a formal yet rushed and slightly angered tone. This was understandable since the family head was currently under a lot of stress. The two moved from topic to topic only spending a few minutes on each at a time.

Finally, the topic of helping the family came up. Misa simply told them that their God would indeed help them rescue the girl from whoever had kidnapped her. The God which they all followed had told her it would be a matter oh hours before she would be saved.

Soon the meeting concluded. It was now time for Yamishi to continue his search for the girl.

The first step was to watch the rest of the security camera footage of the area. Yamishi hacked into the cities security camera database and soon found the relevant cameras to search.

Once Yamishi went over a few cameras he began to see the kidnapper on tape. He could be seen dragging the girl through alleyways until he finally got to his hideaway.

Yamishi smiled as he saw the man drag the girl into his house. 'What an imbecile, ' Yamishi thought to himself as he pulled up a new tab on his computer.

This new tab quickly turned into a government search engine as he searched for the resident's name among the countless profiles. He did this simply by putting the home address into the search engine.

'Found it' he internally thought as he pulled out his death note and wrote the name into it. Alongside the name, he put a time of death and a cause of death.

On the other side of the city, in a building was a kidnapper and his victim. The man walked up to the girl who was now awake, holding a knife in his hand.

"Haha, this is gonna hurt a whole lot, " the crazed man said as he sliced the knife slowly down the girl's stomach. He hadn't cut her yet but the girl still screamed in terror.

Right as he was about to cut her he stopped in place and dropped the knife. The man's face went blank as he turned around and picked up a gun. turning back to stare at the girl, he held the gun against his head.

A minute later he spoke his final words before blowing his brains across the room, "thank Kira for saving you."

*Bang!*

Those words repeated over and over in her head while she thanked the God in which she devoted herself to.

Soon the police had come after hearing gunshots. When the police arrived on scene they found the girl strapped to a chair with blood and brain matter stuck all over her. On the ground was the kidnapper who seemingly shot himself in the head. Alongside this, there were countless corpses in the room which were all decaying and old.

These corpses were obviously from the women which the kidnapper had tortured in the past. The reason for this being so obvious that he had tortured these women was because every single corpse there had been completely pulled apart. There flesh peeled, fingernails ripped off, cuts, and all types of marks and bruises.

Apart from this, the house also smelt awful due to all the rotting corpses.

It almost made the cops throw up before they could call for backup and report what they had found.

Eventually, the girl was evacuated from the house and taken into police care. The whole time the girl kept repeating two words.

"Thank you"
