The Caribbean is a region that is mainly a chain of islands surrounding the Caribbean Sea. To the north, the area is bordered by the Gulf of Mexico, the Straits of Florida, and the Northern Atlantic Ocean, which lies to the east and northeast. To the south lies the coastline of the continent of South America.
The description of the Caribbean Sea is very accurate. I had to look it up on Google to make sure I got it right. With its gorgeous Heavenly turquoise blue beaches, the wide-open jungle of wildlife and fruits, if heaven were water, it would look like the Caribbean
But for every good, there is a bad. To me, it's like the universe can't function and can't indeed coexist without a good and evil dichotomy. Here lies the beginning of a new era in history. Pirates.
Planet Earth 1717s The Pirates' golden-age has begun and continues to flourish across the Caribbean Sea; many would dare and die to fight off a Pirate Invasion. Many would give up when one pirate boards their vessel, and the ones who fight back and defend their goods against the Sea of Thieves come face-to-face with inhumane brutality.
Iconic leaders such as Blackbeard, Sir Francis Drake, Anne Bonny, Mary Read, William Kidd, Ching Shih, etc. All the ones that made history for themselves and made a legacy that will never vanish from history. Hear our story lies elsewhere, and
man who was on the same vessel as these legendary figures. a man who not only created the biggest score in history and changed history.
Casper Venturi was born in England as an engineer for his family, making tiny little trinkets and little inventions for other employers, even stuff for the butlers of noblemen, but nothing too significant.
Casper's family was horrible to him; the father would constantly criticize him even when he didn't do anything wrong. Calling his craftsmanship half-assed and uninspired when he couldn't even do a better job himself, and his mother would join in on the father's mockery like the snake she was.
He never had siblings to back him up or to bear the parent's demands. So he lived a very lonely childhood, and his education was swindled because his parents spent money on themselves. So Casper had to learn his form of education by heading to the local library whenever he wanted to learn something about gears.
There, Caspar met an honest young adult scholar named Kristen Matthews, a librarian that Casper occasionally speaks to from time to time for engine-like machinery. Kristen was always kind to him, one of Casper's good friends.
Weeks and weeks have passed. Kristen heard about Casper's family, so Matthews took pity on Casper and told him the benefits he should be doing instead of working for his parents. Kristen took them to this local industrial factory for sewing. Kristen was a good friend of the manager there and gave Casper a job there. Kristen gave him this responsibility and suggested he should keep it for as long as he could, and Casper agreed.
Kristen Matthews always treated him like family; he taught him how to read, would feed him whenever his parents wouldn't and embrace him, and whenever his family went too far. Kristen was very lonely in the library and always wanted to travel to the Americas and maybe marry and settle.
When Casper was 15, Kristen had an idea. Kristen had a very ambitious and confident personality; plus, he always had good ideas. "Well, I mean, he tells himself that, but that's my own opinion." He wanted Casper to come with him. Casper jitters at the idea; he grows tired of working at the industrial factory.
Because Casper felt he learned all he could and wanted any distance from his family's constant mistreatment, who wasn't even sound engineers. Besides, they wouldn't even care if he got kidnapped or cared if he lived or died.
So, without hesitation, Casper said yes and used his industrial money to pay for the trip. But then, until things are going well. Six months later, Kristen was diagnosed with malaria, and it has gotten worse. Kristen, it's not going to make it.
Casper was consumed with grief. His teacher, his mentor, his father, was going to die right in front of him, Kristen said. "Casper, my son, don't let my weakness. My end holds you down. Don't carry the world upon your shoulders; find your calling in life.
Could you not do it for me? Do it for yourself, and for every movement you feel heavy, the training you need is on your shoulder. " Casper stayed with him until his final days, and then the next day, Kristen Matthews died from malaria on March 12, 1717.
Casper paid for his funeral with the same money they were going on the trip. It rained that day; it felt like a god above attended his funeral, too. But at that funeral, Casper didn't shed one tear. His grief turns to Joy. He smiled. He smiled through the whole funeral because he felt a great fortune was coming his way. So on that same day of the funeral, he marched straight to his house and raided it.
Casper grabbed anything he found useful. Items, leftover chains, he took it all industrial money, leftover, soon he had everything he needed to travel. But to add extra spice, he stole priceless family heirlooms while his parents were sleeping. Like jewelry, money, leftovers, anything, and all he took and sold it off. He rushed over to the docks, hopped on the nearest ships, and sailed to the Americas
While Casper was leaving, his dad caught up to him. calling him a monster, saying that "you stole everything from us, you fiend of a child." Casper turned around, gave his dad a devilish smile, and never looked back, and just like that, Casper, with off the found, found his fortune.
