The Villain Won't Leave Me Alone!

I can't believe that female lead.. He's clearly a scumbag.. Just because he has the male lead halo doesn't mean he is the only option!! I planned to stay far away from all the main characters, but why won't the villain leave me alone? His character has too much of a gap from the original novel,, why?? Running away should have solved it so why did it become like this!?
