: Get Out!
"Uggh, here she comes" a young girl named Ally said to her mother being annoyed seeing her younger sister walk in the room. "You know she is coming, then shh!" Her mother warned her, returning her gaze back to her other daughter.
"Amy, have a sit" Carol gestured to her daughter where she should seat, far from the two of them. Amy just sat down on the chair farthest to her mother and sister.
It was already bad enough that they most of the time ignore her, but was it necessary to keep distance? It is not like she is sick?
"What is it, mother?" Amy asked, as if she does not already know herself. She is aware of what she had done previously, but was it bad? She only did tell the truth.
Her mother on the other hand, already disliked how Amy called her as her mother. She is too ashamed for this girl to be called as her daughter!
"Are you aware of the troubles you caused your sister?" Carol asked gently, hoping Amy would have a conscience this time. But her tiny hope was gone when she answered "No, I am not."
Carol laughed inside. What was she thinking that this daughter of hers will change? There is no chance at all!
"Amy why must you always put shame in our family name? You just stamped the word in all of our faces!"
"Do you not know this could badly cause our business big time?" Your sister is about to handle the family business and you made her look like a joke in front of everyone!" Carol could not contain her anger anymore.
How come she is not adopted? She's a complete mistake to this family!
"Mother, what shame had I caused Big Sis? I had only spoken the truth and gave her a favor" Amy is a prideful girl, she always stood up for what she believed, that everything she do is right because she always speak the truth. She can never lie.
Ally slammed the table loudly, it can be heard outside "Favor?" Ally laughed at her sister's joke, "What kind of favor is that?"
"Amy, you announced at MY celebration party for being the next leader of the company, that I was a boy! Whether it is the truth or not, it is a family secret!"
"How am I going to lead the company when everyone thinks I shouldn't because I'm a fraud women?" Ally had a very strong and fierce face that make her indeed look like a man, this is why she always control her anger to look more feminine.
"I did you a favor by telling the truth for you to know who are your true friends and enemies! Now that you think everyone does not want you to lead, it means you have not gained their trust, and have no strong relationship with your workers. With them doubting you, are you not supposed to show them how capable you could be to lead whether the truth is revealed or not?" Amy was clear for the reason why she revealed her sister's secret, to let her 'sister' prove everyone that she is worthy.
Carol could not believe Amy's explanation actually made sense, but it is not enough to forgive her
Ally was speechless. She actually do not know how to feel, did Amy really did her a favor? But her way was too embarrassing. So she had the courage to speak up "Do you not know your 'favor' was last nights' headline in the news until today? It's already worse that you embarrassed me in front of the whole company staff, but have you forgotten that there were reporters last night that caused for the entire nation to know I was a boy?"
"It means you really have to prove your power as a 'woman', like what mother always believed in you for. Why? Pressured much?" Amy just smiled at her sister that is burning in her anger.
"Another thing mother, why must I be blamed with this issue? I only just said that Big Sis here was actually my brother. I am not the one who went to a doctor and ask to transform myself into a woman. You, mother and Big Sis are the ones who created and started the lie that Big Bro is a women"
"Don't call me your brother!" Ally warned, she does not want to be called by that anymore. She dedicated herself to be a woman forever. It was never there in her past that she was a boy!
"Why Big Brother? Are you not my brother?" Amy asked challenging Ally. "I am neither your sister nor your brother!" Ally shouted back
"You two, enough" Carol stopped the two siblings from their argument before one of them retaliate again. "You still do not admit you are wrong?"
"Because I do not think I am!" Amy cut her mother off in her sentence
"I said that is enough! Amy, you have reached the point of being completely shameless!" Carol could really not stand her daughter's attitude.
"Am I your only daughter that caused you shame? How about your son beside you?" Amy challenged her mother this time
"Mother, you believed that women should be in power. That is why you have successfully overthrown father out of his CEO position and lead the company. And now you trained your son turned daughter to become the next CEO?" Amy laughed, pointing out the unfairness that she is the only one that brought shame to the family.
"Now, isn't that a shame to your belief? To think businesswomen had actually looked up to you for encouraging them to be better than men, when you yourself willingly gave the top position of the company to a fraud" Amy gave her mother and sister a disgusting look.
Carol was once again shocked of what Amy said. It seems like this girl brought her brain today and made a lot of sense. Carol was starting to have second thoughts of their decision but, "Mother" Ally called her with her controlling tone and gave her a push to their plan, and so proceeded to the reason why they were all in that room
"From now on, you are not allowed to set foot in my house! You are no longer my daughter! The family is ashamed to be related to you!"
