Taking Control Of The Stronghold

Lust gazed at the 50 people with a bored look, as if he'd already had enough of idiotic mortals threatening him constantly. Back at the village, while Lust had been watching the massacre and seeing people sprint into the distance he noticed that even though they were powerful, the team of 7 could use an extra set of hands.

Then as if fate had graced them, the stronghold collided paths with them, as he saw the high population of people inside the underground city, it was from that point on he decided to have this place as his base of operations. A place he could regroup without the need of exposing his castle to unfriendly visitors. Now with his new found powers the plan was set in stone.

"Your boss is dead, what are you going to do about it" he shouted, noisy gasps reverberated within the crowd and resentful facial expressions started to appear.

After a moment of pause, they exploded with anger.

"DIE"

"GO TO HELL"

"HOW DARE YOU"

"CHARGE"

Wrath was surprised at their unexpected loyalty to the weak mortal they called boss, who was previously begging at Crimson's feet in fear, he wondered what could inspire such devotion.

Nearly all of them dashed up the stairs, in response, the katana of wrath started to formulate in the air. A second later the mighty bloodthirsty aura that emanated from within it fell upon the distraught bandits. Feeling its sheer aura, the outlaws were scared beyond belief frozen in fear in the midst of the stairs.

In the distance, a multitude of spectators started to gather forming clusters of onlookers.

"Its time you feel the power of the sin of Wrath, in all its glory".

Wrath swept his katana with incredible speed, to any onlookers it seemed as if he struck air, but if you focused and looked closely, a thin line of blood travelled through the air at high speeds. The whole process took about half a second, what was seen next was 48 heads rolling on the ground.

"Seems I'm a bit rusty, I only got 48 of them, damn" The remaining 3 bandits shivered intensely in fright. Their previous demeanour disappearing completely.

"P-p-please don't kill us, we will do whatever you want, j-just spare us"

"That's a better attitude, now look into my eyes until I tell you not to". Lust instructed, not daring to argue with him they complied, after 1 minute of eye contact, another pawn had been placed under Crimson's soon to be army. Such a move had drained one tenth of Crimson's energy capacity, fortunately Lust's ability didn't seem to cancel when the target blinked.

Lust gazed into the distance at the bystanders, shouting "I want every bandit capable of fighting to come here right now, If not, more blood will spill".

Soon the onlookers started to spread the word, and before long hundreds of bandits had arrived at the scene, the large array of headless bodies scared them, after hearing what had happened from the spectators they couldn't believe their ears and rushed over to satisfy their curiosity.

Soon they realised that against such am otherworldly monster, they had no chance of success. One by one they all started to kneel before Pride, his haughty attitude continued to grow.

"You've all made a good choice, I commend you all".

The bandits didn't think much of his compliment and were more worried about their current fate, deciding to stay silent.

"Don't worry, I have no intention to kill any of you without proper reasoning. If you couldn't tell already I don't come from this world, so I need someone to tell me about this planet".

No longer fearing so much for their life, some people grasped at the opportunity to suck up to him in an attempt to get on his good side.

After a thorough explanation, the sins finally understood most public knowledge about England. The country was currently ruled by a 10 year old boy whose father had passed away a year ago, because of his age his uncle who just so happened to be Aldith's father decided most of the political and lawful decisions of the country in his place.

The country was based on a hierarchy system that mostly decided how people were treated, from most important to lowest importance it was ordered.

While the king, nobles and knights lived a very lavish life the peasants and slaves starved to death every day facing multiple unjustifiable punishments for no reason facing the brink of death having their hard earned wealth stripped from them because of high tax rates. It was a system that Gluttony very much liked.

The sins also learned of one other person who held equal if not more power than royalty, the pope. The pope was the current leader of the church, religion was a large factor in society and people feared what god might do to them after death if they didn't follow the popes rules, this granted the pope astronomical power.

1 month later....

The past month had been a fruitful one for the sins, using the powers of Lust they were slowly able to convert the inhabitants of the underground city into mind controlled pawns, including the warrior bandits, robbers, slaves and more. The sins had figured out quite a lot about this underground stronghold.

The strongholds main source of income lied in the multiple ore mines connected to the city, in fact the entire reason for the underground cities location was because of its rich ore veins that consisted of multiple different valuable metals, including gold, platinum and silver. 3 incredibly valuable metals and was the entire reason they were able to afford the infrastructure of the stronghold.

Pride mostly controlled the stronghold's plans. Problems like food shortage were fixed by sending out bandits and robbers to steal the cargo's of merchants on a daily basis. These bandits also ended up becoming mind controlled and would be forced to donate their recourses for free.

The sins had noticed that cleanliness and hygiene wasn't taken into account at all in the current world, it seemed they hadn't reached that level of science as of yet, causing disease, illness and infection to spread like wildfire.

To fix this they ended up placing multiple sets of runes to fix this, such as the {runes of cleanliness} that magically absorbed all dirt, dust and any fumes in the area, they also lay down the {runes of purity} that eliminated all traces of mortal diseases not involving vital organs. These runes spread from the entrance of the stronghold all the way down the mines.

Aldith seemed to have calmed down, likely due to the influence of Lust's contract, the hatred she had for him previously had disappeared entirely and now she could even be seen walking around with Crimson while he was doing something, the desire in her eyes evident.

The sins hadn't just been focusing on the stronghold though, during this time, the 50th lock had also taken quite the beating and was on its last legs, the system currently displayed.

Crimson was at the brink of breaking through the seal, in fact the seal was so weak Pride didn't even need to commit any sins and could directly break the seal on command, but first a secluded space was needed. Once the seal broke, the same beam that brought them into this world would come again giving them even more power.

Description: Gluttony can gather the energies of others within his body and release them within a short interval, in short he uses others powers against them to a certain extent.

Description: When the strike of an enemy lands on you, this skill instantly diverts the strike back onto them. If the opponents strike is to strong, the skill will fail.

Gluttony's ability was an amazing counterattack ability, being able to use the power of others against them was a rare but amazing skill to have, it also had no energy requirement. The innate skill he unlocked was incredible to, it was a life saving skill to get out of a possibly deathly situation but in return his energy reserves would deplete entirely.

Description: Laziness is able to manipulate the flow of time in his current perception radius, either speeding it up or slowing it down. This ability is currently in a weakened state, and the manipulation of time isn't able to be swayed heavily.
