Chapter 40

Li Yuan and Qin Yin reached the borders of the foxes' territory. Li Yuan transformed into his Half Fox Transformation and Qin Yin followed him. Then, the two entered the territory without any problem. Well, there was a problem. Qin Yin's appearance was quite deadly for the male foxes who saw her.

For Li Yuan, no one cared about him despite being way too handsome because all the female foxes know how weak they are in bed battles. Even with Li Yuan' strong mind and soul, he couldn't help but become annoyed by the look of contempt that the female foxes gave to him. Thankfully, Qin Yin slapped the hell out of these foxes and didn't want Li Yuan to dirty his hands by touching them. The two passed through a few cities until they reached the 7 Tailed Royal City.

In the city, Li Yuan showed an irritated face while Qin Yin's eyes were sharp and looking at the females who dared to look at him with a wrong look.

Suddenly, they were stopped by someone from the Stone Boar race. He had a burly build but his face was quite average. His chest was exposed revealing his strong muscles.

"Little beauty, why are you with a useless man like him?! I am not as handsome as him, but when it comes to body strength, I can crush this little guy with a single finger."

Qin Yin couldn't help but cringe at the Boar's words.

"Try me once and you will forget abo...."

Suddenly, Li Yuan appeared in front of him and grabbed his arm.

"I am in a bad mood." Said Li Yuan as he increased the strength of his grip.

CRACK!

"Ahhhh... My arm!" Cried the one from the boar race. He was at the 4th stage of Sage Realm and Li Yuan should never be able to harm his physically.

Li Yuan didn't stop and clenched his fist.

"She is with me." Said Li Yuan as punched him in the chest.

BOOOM!

the one from the boar race shot through the air and slammed straight into one of the shops nearby.

The foxes and those from the other races were shocked by this scene. A male fox has actually defeated someone from the Stone Boar Race with only physical strength?! This is quite rare!

The female's foxes looked at Li Yuan with interest. Since he is this strong, he should be competent in bed. But, Qin Yin's murderous eyes deterred them and made them lower their heads. Qin Yin nodded in satisfaction seeing that the females were scared away from getting closer to Li Yuan.

Li Yuan went to the one from the boar race and took his storage ring and all the valuables before gesturing for Qin Yin to leave. He wanted to go to the Royal Library and leave this goddamned territory.

"Li Yuan, how can we enter the Royal Library?" Asked Qin Yin.

"I will use my status as a Forging Master. The beasts races don't think too much about alchemists but when it comes to forging masters who are good at making armours, they might lose their minds and try to robe me into their sides." Said Li Yuan.

"So the first thing I should do is to spread the news that I am a Tier 5 Forging Master who specializes in making armours," said Li Yuan. He looked around and found a good place before quickly building a stand. Qin Yin stared speechlessly at him.

"Hear me out! I am a Tier 5 Forging Master who will make armours for you for free! As long as you bring the materials for me!" Li Yuan's voice echoed and caused the passerby to stare at him for a few seconds before laughing.

Bullshit! How could someone as young as you be a Tier 5 Forging Master?! They ignored Li Yuan and continued walking.

Qin Yin's face turned red from embarrassment and didn't say anything.

Li Yuan snorted at them and said "I just need a single customer. After that, they will beg me to make a set of armour from them."

He waited patiently with Qin Yin beside him until a handsome male fox walked to him.

"Look at this brat! Declaring that he is a Tier 5 Forging Master! Brat, do you know how rare Tier 5 Materials are?" Asked the male fox.

"I don't like to talk too much. It is either you give me the materials and I make a Tier 5 armour for you or leave." Said Li Yuan.

The male fox's eyes narrowed and an evil smile appeared on his face.

"Then, how you will compensate me if you failed?"

"I won't. Because I will not fail." Said Li Yuan calmly.

"Hahaha... Quite the confident, huh? I have a good proposal for you and me. I will give you the materials and let you try. But if you fail, you will give me that girl as compensation!" Said the fox male. Suddenly, a forging hammer kissed his left cheek.

BANG!

"Ahhhhh!" A scream of pain came out of the fox as all the bones on his face shattered from the impact.

"She is my assistant, and you dared to have thoughts for her?! Do you want to die?!" Said Li Yuan with a cold voice.

"How dare you hit me? I am a descendent of a 4 tailed clan! A mere 3 tailed like you dare to attack me?" Yelled the fox male. But, Li Yuan snorted and said " I don't give a fuck about you or your clan. I am a Tier 5 Forging Master and you dared to show such disrespect to my assistant!"

The male fox's body trembled from anger and his four tails stood up.

"That is interesting!" A middle-aged man walked to Li Yuan's stand.

"Don't you know that a fox that showed disrespect to another who has a higher level is considered a heresy?" Asked the middle-aged man.

A smile appeared on Li Yuan's face as he said: "Don't you know that this person dared to show disrespect to a Tier 5 Forging Master?".

The Middle-aged man smiled and said " Indeed. If you are a Tier 5 Forging Master then he should be punished for it. But, what if you aren't a Tier 5 Forging Master?"

"Then, I will accept any kind of punishment you give to me," said Li Yuan while yawing.

"I will give you the chance to prove it." Said the middle-aged man.

"Before that, I want you to bet that person's life. He had evil thoughts toward my assistant and this is unacceptable." Said Li Yuan with a smile.

"Oh, then your life will be also on the line!" Said the middle-aged man.

"Wouldn't it be more exciting like this?" Said Li Yuan.

"Hahaha... Indeed! Then, You and that 4 tailed fox will have your lives on the line. If you fail, you will die. If you prove yourself as a Tier 5 Forging Master, he will die." Said the Middle-aged man. He waved his hand and a set of materials appeared in front of Li Yuan.

Li Yuan looked at the middle-aged man and said " Your armour beneath your clothes has sustained quite a damage around 6 days ago from looking at them. Give it to me and I will fix them for you because of how reasonable you are."

The smile on the middle-aged man's face stiffened and he looked at Li Yuan with deep eyes. This young man was able to precisely determine that his armour was damaged 6 days ago. The middle-aged man's eyes shone and said: " Then, I have to thank you for your generosity!". He took out his armour and gave it to Li Yuan who started fixing the armour. It didn't take him long to make the tattered armour look like a new one.

The fox male who tried to get Qin Yin was in horror seeing this. He turned around and started escaping.

"Where do you think you are going?" The middle-aged man's eyes shone with terrifying light and soul energy shot toward that fox male. It pulled him back and forced him to kneel in front of Li Yuan' stand.

"Sir, I didn't know that you are a Tier 5 Master. Please, spare me! My clan will definitely give you a good compensation for it!" Said the fox male.

Li Yuan stared at him with cold eyes.

"If you have insulted me, I would not think too much about it. But, you insulted my assistant. For this, you should just die." Said Li Yuan. He looked at the middle-aged man and nodded.

The middle-aged man didn't hesitate and casted a spell which caused the ground to morph into spikes that pierced the fox male's body. He couldn't release a single cry as one of the spikes stabbed him through his head which killed him instantly.

Then, the middle-aged man looked at Li Yuan and said: " Sir, I am grateful for fixing my armour and I would like to invite you to my clan."

"A five tailed fox clan, right?"

"You have sharp eyes, sir!" Said the middle-aged man as his five tails appeared.

A Tier 5 Forging Master's stats are comparable to a 5 tailed fox clan. They must show respect to him even if his bloodline was weaker than theirs.

"I am a person who wants to improve and reach the Tier 6. That why I take this path."

"I hope that you understand this." Said Li Yuan.

"I see... Then, Sir, can my clan request a few armours from you?" Said the Middle-Aged man.

"Sure." Said Li Yuan. The middle-aged man bowed to Li Yuan before leaving. He wanted to report back to his clan about Li Yuan.

Qin Yin looked at Li Yuan and asked: " Li Yuan, you shouldn't do it for free!".

A weird smile appeared on Li Yuan's face as he said: "You should just wait and see."

Qin Yin's body shivered as she felt that Li Yuan will definitely do something to armours that he will make! She couldn't help but feel pity toward the poor foxes.
