Chapter 1: The Strongest Human

"Haa-Haa-Haa~" Sam was breathing heavily after he was finished doing his daily morning exercise.

"I have now reached the limit of these gravity bands, I should buy a new and better bands." Sam said as he looked at the bands on his wrist with a digital number '100' written on it.

Looking at the transparent book that looks like a game interface, Sam smiled as he saw the progress of his hard work for the past eight years.

Although he had no idea why he was doing everything he could just to become the strongest, Sam felt a sense of contentment every time he sees the numbers in his attributes go up.

The first time he received the system, he was in disbelief but he later on gradually accepted it as a part of him. He was different from the kids of his age and that is because he can remember fragments of his past life. He was able to quickly learn almost all of them but he still needs to understand them so it took him almost eight years to level up is [Mixed Martial Arts] to five. But that does mean that he mastered 50% of the world's martial arts,

The next thing he learned was swordsmanship, but he did not need any teacher this time as he only needs to see how they hold the sword and he was already learning it at lightning speed. That is all because of his passive [Weapon Mastery] that was already maxed when he first received it.

The other skills he had learned followed after the others, he had bought the skills [World Steps] and [Lightning Manipulation], while he learned the others. The non-combat skills that he had are obviously given to him by the system because he had surpassed 1000 in all of his attributes.

(Sam, your mom is calling you.) Luna said to Sam. She is the system that Sam received because of an unknown reason, she is connected to every technological device he owns making his life really easy.

"Answer the call Luna," Sam said while he changes his clothes.

"Sammy, where are you right now? I just got home but I can't see you. Don't tell me that you're out for a jog again." His mother started ranting before he could even answer her first question.

"Mom!" Sam quickly interrupted her as he knows that if he leaves her be, then it would only end until she's satisfied.

"I'm on my way home now we'll talk later and please, stop calling me Sammy, I'm not a kid anymore!" Sam said to his mom while smiling.

The only family he had left so he greatly cherishes her and she's the most important person in his life. He hates his relatives as he can clearly see that they are all just trying to get close to him because of their wealth.

"Okay then... I'll cook your favorite dish for dinner, be quick!" His mother said.

"You're the best mom! I love you, bye!" Sam ended the call. He then said to Luna.

"I guess we'll be going home now."

Sam's mother, Wendy Kingscrown is known as the Philippines' Pearl as she is the most beautiful woman in the country. She had innumerable suitors lining up enough to reach the other end of the country.

But she did not accept a single one of them as she knows that they are just lusting over her money and beauty. She already has a son to take care of and that is all she needs. Not counting the fact that she is a big son-con.

Even though he was only out for a jog, Sam was already 384 miles away from home and this was his 20th lap which means that he had already traveled about 7640 miles.

Anyone who had seen that would have been dumbfounded but Sam was in stealth so no one saw. Looking at the time, it was already 7:35 pm.

'I'll just take it slow.' He thought
