Test

Perseus went out to the forest with the Parthenon party. They all walked through the forest searching for a goblin nest. He looked at Juno "are you sure you can handle goblins?"

Peppers the red-haired fire mage behind Juno ran up to Perseus and said smugly

"of course, we even defeated a goblin leader once!"

Perseus looked down at her, even with her pointy hat, she only barely reached his waist.

Juno grabbed Peppers before she continued on a tangent about their exploits. She smiled apologetically

"sorry, Peppers is one of the hyper ones in the party, she is very talented though, especially in fire magic, she is a prodigy"

Peppers stopped struggling after being lifted in the air, to nod and agree with Juno's statement.

She looked up at Perseus

"Mr you better be good enough to lead the great peppers!"

Juno shook her head as Peppers started to engage in conversation with Perseus.

"Mr I require snacks and plenty of rest okay! you better give me that or else I'll mad"

Perseus instantly thought about a certain hungry wolf. But he nodded solemnly and played along.

Juno let out a sigh and let Peppers down, dusting the back of her robe slightly to get the dirt off Peppers back. She walked back to the rest of the guild members so that Perseus could talk with Peppers.

Perseus kneeled down so that he could talk face to face with her. He spoke to her in a patronizing way.

"yes, we will provide you with adequate resources, that includes food and we will be sure to give you sufficient rest." Peppers stood slightly in awe of how she was actually promised food instead of the usual "no we are too poor" answer Juno always gave her.

Perseus let out a grin that seemed to have a hidden darkness behind it.

"but that means you'll work hard for the guild right?"

Perseus pumped her fist and raised her wand with a red gem placed on the top.

"yeah! ill do anything you want Mr!"

Perseus let out a gentle laugh as he stood up and ruffled Peppers's red hair. He looked like a kind person who was playing along with the Peppers' demands.

But inside he was laughing evilly. He could already imagine Peppers demolishing the gang members with fire magic. Ahh yesss he could see it already, conquering the underworld with flames.

"now now Peppers don't distract the guild master, he's trying to help us find a goblin nest"

Perseus snapped out of his evil internal monologue and nodded with what the ranger Edilda. She had auburn hair and it was tied in a braid and tossed on her shoulder. She looked much older around 20 ish or so. She didn't look as mature as Juno who seemed to be in her mid-twenties or so. Her eyes were a mix of gentle brown and green. She had a kind smile on her face as she looked fondly at them as Peppers ran around Perseus happily.

Perseus and Edilda made eye contact with each other. She let out a wider smile, dimples appeared on her face. She increased her pace and got closer to Perseus. She stretched out her hand and introduced herself.

"I'm Edilda, the ranger of the Parthenon guild"

Perseus was a bit smaller than Edilda, but he didn't care and responded back to Edilda

"a pleasure to meet you Edilda, I'm Perseus"

Edilda looked at Perseus for a few seconds with an appraising eye. She unconsciously kept on shaking his hand, as she kept on staring into Perseus's eyes.

Perseus's eyes widened as he attempted to back up a bit. Edilda kept on looking into his eyes as if she was entranced. Perseus was about to move away before a hand landed on her shoulder.

Edilda seemed to snap out of her trance and looked to the person who placed a hand on her shoulder. It was the assassin covered in a black cloak if Perseus remembered correctly his name was swifteye.

Edilda looked back at Perseus and her eyes widened as she realized what she did. She lowered her head and apologized profusely

"I'm so sorry! I just... I just..."

Peppers appeared behind Perseus and remarked, "Mr's eyes are pretty aren't they!"

Edilda nodded and then retreated back to where the other mage of the group Hild was.

Perseus looked at the assassin swifteye. They two looked at each other. Unfortunately, swifteye's cloak couldn't cover his entire face if they were that close.

Perseus could see, white hair and blue eyes that shone just like his.

The both of them didn't make a word, instead it seems they had a discussion without words. After a bit swifteye nodded and dropped to the back of the group.

Perseus and the party continued to move on. Boops arrived into his mind space to help out and also to check out the new guild members.

Uranius the ax-wielding man let out an annoyed yell

"argh we've been walking for so long When are we getting there!?"

Perseus raised his hand, making everyone in the party freeze. With a small motion of his hand, the entire party dropped to the floor.

All of the party members looked at Perseus as he slowly nodded with his head in the eastern direction.

They all looked to see a patroling goblin walk through the woods, it held a club as he prowled through the forest.

This is a good time to test them Perseus thought to himself as he rolled over quietly to face the party members behind him. He looked at swifteye and nodded.

Swifteye instantly disappeared. rolling into the undergrowth of the forest. Perseus lost view of him in a few seconds.

A few seconds later the goblin fell to the floor without a single sound coming from its mouth.

Swifteye stood behind the falling goblin holding a black dagger that had a crimson mana line running through it.

With a spin to get the blood off the dagger, swifteye swept his cloak back to reveal a chest amour full of daggers and other hidden weapons. With a satisfying clink, he snapped his dagger back into its sheath.

Uranius stood up next to Perseus and asked excitedly.

"There has to be more goblins here right? right?!"

Perseus nodded quietly and pointed his finger in the eastern direction.

A grin lit up Uranius's face, he unsheathed his two axes and started to sprint in that direction with a wild yell. The yell sounded something like

"LETS KICK THEIR ^&%*^(^$%%#$&%*%^$%#@#$#$^&8 AND *(%^&%^$%#&$%*^ THEIR (*^&%%$%*^"

Perseus looked over to Peppers to see Juno already covering her ears. They both gave each other a thumbs up.

Perseus then looked around at the rest of the Parthenon party members as the yells of Uranius got farther and farther away.

"umm, are we going to help him?"

Juno stood up while Peppers stretched out her arms.

"eventually" they answered as they casually strolled in the direction Uranius ran in.

Perseus followed them with a very confused expression on his face.

Hild the last person he had yet to meet, a wizard with long dark blond hair that stretched to her shoulders. She was dressed lightly in a casual green wizard outfit though it was a bit more skimpy than usual. Besides the exposed thigh on one side and how lightly dressed she was. She had a staff with a green crystal on top. She had a serene and calm expression.

she walked over to Perseus and said in an elegant and calm voice

"don't worry about it, he will either return unscathed or he will be running back with an angry horde of goblins, after all, he is a (blood berserker)"

In the goblin nest, Uranius ran through it tearing through the goblins with his two axes. Each of his swings split a regular goblin in two. Uranius swung his axes around at a furious pace any goblin that got close to him instantly got cut apart into shreds.

Uranius let out a loud laugh as he stood in the middle of a large circle of goblin bodies.

"more, MORE!" He shouted out as he swung his axes around in a circle sweeping his eyes around looking for any more victims.

And then a huge thud resounded through the forest and the ground shook under its force.

Uranius looked back to see a huge goblin leader approaching him. Its eyes gleamed in a menacing red and it increased its speed at the sight of the human in front of it.

Uranius stopped and froze as he looked at the creature he and his party had struggled so hard to defeat after countless preparations barrel towards him.

He did the only thing he could do. Or at least the only thing in his mind.

He turned around and ran back in the direction of the party with a loud scream as the goblin leader ran after him.
