Puzzle of puzzles.

Inspector Vijay was sitting in his police quarter, all the relevant details regarding the case were spread in front of him. He was trying really hard to solve the most challenging case of his career. He was so restless that he could think of nothing else but this particular case. There were many angles to the case.He was not a superstitious man at all but, in some corner of his mind, he was being affected by the various incidents like the cross, the carcasses of crows, changing colors of handprints and the body of Seema found in the cemetery.

There were something common in each murder like all the bodies were naked, all of them were strangulated to death. But there were some dissimilarities as well like Billu was not a stage dancer and none of the victims except Anju was raped. Which clues he was missing? What was the motive behind killing stage dancers? How could Billu be involved in it? What were the reasons of the inscription in Telugu? He had already checked that nobody in street no. 5&7 would understand Telugu. One more thing, if four persons guard each street, how could someone come and write? He was so puzzled in his thoughts that he didn't realise, someone was knocking at his gate. A constable came in and handed over an envelope to him and left.

When he opened the envelope, he got shocked as the message was written in blood in a very poor handwriting. The message was :

TALK TO BABU, A STAGE DANCER IN STREET NO 7 . HE CAN BE BEHIND ALL THIS.

Now, Vijay lost no time and reached street no. 7.He had already talked to all the stage dancers before so he knew exactly where he could meet Babu. When he interrogated Babu, he realised that Babu felt a bit restless. Police has this special instinct, most of the time they judge really well whether a person in innocent or guilty. He asked Babu if he had any connection with these string of murders. If he had any grudges against any of the victims . Babu denied any such thing. Vijay was sure that there was something fishy with Babu, but he could not arrest him only on behalf of that bloody note he received that day. But Babu's involvement could not be ruled out.

He again randomly talked to some of the dancing girls about Babu's character. They revealed that Babu was a flirt. He had tried on many girls, but unsuccessfully as no girl would like him. Vijay asked them why none of the girls registered a police complaint against Babu . He was told that Babu's father was the Union leader and booking manager of all wedding stage performance, so nobody dared to annoy him. Now this was enough to arrest Babu.

After fulfilling all the formalities, Vijay raided Babu's house and arrested him from there. Babu kept saying that he was innocent but Vijay remained unaffected. The people in both the streets heaved a sigh of relief that the cuprit was behind the bars. That night everybody slept peacefully. But Vijay had to interrogate Babu to understand why and how he did all those things.

In the lockup he asked Babu all the questions he had regarding the case, but Babu kept saying only one thing that he was innocent. He accepted that he had misbehaved with many dancers but he didn't kill anyone. Even after a volley of blows and canes, his response was same. The next day was Christmas, so courts were off. Vijay knew that he would be able to break Babu easily.

In the morning of 25th December 1986,people in street no 5&7 got up in a festive mood. They were happy as the danger was gone. But their joy was short lived. Another dancing girl of street no 7 , Ruby was found murdered in her house. Her naked body was recovered from her room. She was all alone at her house as her parents had gone out to their relatives for some important work. When they returned in the morning, they found Ruby dead. They alerted their neighbors and again the clouds of fear hovered over street no 5&7.

Inspector Vijay came at the spot bewildered. Parents of Ruby began accusing him for lacking in his duty. Had he not arrested Babu, they would not have been so carefree to leave their daughter alone. Even some other persons blamed him for framing Babu, who seemed to be innocent to them then. The same people who were praising Vijay wholeheartedly yesterday had suddenly began criticising for his incompetence.

Vijay found himself very weak as he had not slept for the last 48 hours. But he didn't lose his calm as he was not perturbed by what the people said. He immediately rushed back to his room and got the bloody message out and sent it to forensic department. Babu was freed and sent back home. All the people who considered Babu guilty felt ashamed and regretted their mistake.

The next day, a shocking revelation welcomed Vijay, in the form of forensic report of that message. It was revealed that the blood on that message was of some male person with Rhnull group. It was the rarest blood type. Only around 40 people have this blood type in the world. It is also called the golden blood as it worths like gold. It is so rare that it is almost impossible to collect if it is needed.

Now the question was

if the sender was the killer or he was trying to frame Babu?
